Having the right energy and focus means you’re getting things done. If you don’t have the energy, you’re going to be distracted and get less done. Blocking out time isn’t going to help if you don’t have the energy. So what do you do to focus your mind and give yourself energy? Find something you enjoy doing that helps you focus.
