I know the power of this word, I love to hear the impact these conversations have. Okay, let's get into it.
I imagine you've had that experience when feels like you're on the cusp of reaching a goal and things start going wrong. And why is that? So because there's an internal belief within you that still needs upgrading your current thinking kind of belief system and your nervous system, as you kept. You know, UK brought more and without ego. You know, you've got better skills and better ability and some of the people you see getting far better results, getting more recognition and better awards for their hard work. But just when you appear to break through to that next level, you end up saying the wrong thing. You get sick or you get injured or life throws a curveball that needs your most attention. I see it all the time with athletes. They're just being talked about to make that next step in next representative level or on the cusp of being regarded in some new level of performance. And they get injured. This part of them that unconsciously does not believe that they're deserving of that, that they're capable of capable of that. And we'll see it all the time with people when they have these big life setbacks. They're like why now? Why me? Why this time. At the same time, I say other people who have that happen, and they push on they persist and like my guests last week, Peter border. And he talked about in the face of the most difficult things, he still found gratitude and ways to move forward. Because if he didn't, he'd forever be a victim himself. And when you have these setbacks, just when it feels like you're about to break through, you're left wondering why. What am I done to deserve this? Logically, you know what you should be achieving. at an unconscious level, though, you don't believe it's possible. You don't believe you deserve it. And so you unconsciously self sabotage. Working harder on your recovery, and your craft will only get you so far. Upgrading your mindset, your unconscious beliefs and your ability to regulate your emotions is what you need to break through. And while the fastest way to do that is with a trusted coach or a mentor or a guide. If you're more of a DIY sort of person. And as you've heard me say again and again, your personal journal, and meditating are two key skills which will fast track your performance. Your journal is your self accountability tool. And it also allows you to program your unconscious mind and ask questions. And I encourage all the people I coach to adopt this process, and I love the results I get from particularly the athletes who may have already dabbled with the idea of keeping track of things. But when they're able to actually see their progress, instead of getting caught up in the result. They always feel much better about where they're at and where they're heading. And you can do the same in any area of life. Meditation allows your mind to rest long enough for you to receive answers from your intuitive mind so that you can heighten your gut instincts so you can trust your gut instincts. Both these tools will help you break through. Choose one, commit to action, and watch the changes. And of course, if you need guidance for either shoot me a note, and I'll send you some resources that will get you started, get you on the right track and get you moving forward.
