In this episode, I got to interview the newly retired, Steve Hammond, about the passion that's driving him these days. Steve has created a program he calls, Intentional Total Formation. Students are trusted with their own learning and are given weekly precepts to ponder with the ultimate goal being a student who truly knows themself when they are leaving the school at graduation.
