Today, we are diving into the second basic personality type of the DISC model of human behavior, the (I) Inspiring personality type.

The Inspiring type is outgoing and people oriented. They are very inspiring, and make people feel great when people are around them. When there is a group of people around, the "I" type is the last person to leave. They like to make things happen; they are stimulators, and agents of cause.

The Inspiring type is also very impressionable, and easily influenced. They can make great leaders, but in many respects they are also followers. They have such a strong desire for people to like them that they will do just about anything it takes to please other people.
