I'm happy to share a conversation inspired by the thrilling "Pirates of the Caribbean" ride at Disneyland. I'll be sharing some valuable insights that you can apply in your life to empower yourself and achieve your goals.
Life can be a bit scary at times, just like that ride, but you have the power to control what you focus on and where you put your energy. Together, let's explore how you can make the most out of every experience and steer your life in the direction you desire.
Negative memories can weigh us down, but I'll encourage you to reframe them into positive ones, transforming them into stepping stones for your personal growth. As moms, we face unique challenges, but with the right mindset, we can conquer anything that comes our way. Let's navigate life's waves together, filled with courage, empowerment, and a whole lot of momma goals!
What you'll hear in this episode:
[1:45] Pirates of the Caribbean can be a scary ride.
[3:45] You are in control of what you focus on and where you put your energy.
[5:35] What are you going to do to get the best out of the ride?
[7:35] How to reframe a negative memory into a positive one.
Now, you as an adult, get to decide, is it the right decision for me to pursue this goal? Is it the right decision for me to take these steps in my home, in my family, in my business in my job? Now, you then may get in that right, if you will, and be like, Oops, yep, didn't like this one. I want to do something different next time, which is totally fair, as you get on that ride for your job, or your home or your business, or whatever it is. And you decide, okay, yeah, I saw the animals. But I also saw the pirates and this is what I want to do differently next time. I don't want to get back on this ride. I want to go on to a different ride that I find more fun than you can do that. But be proud of yourself for trying. Be proud of yourself for focusing on the Ambrose and southern pirates.
