The investigation comes after Mr. Musk announced on X on Saturday that his company would lift all restrictions on Brazilian accounts that had been targeted by the Supreme Court’s order.

A total solar eclipse can be observed today along a path that stretches from Mexico through Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.
