This week I’m joined by Harry Portch, Founder of HM Staffing LTD.

He started working in recruitment at 18, and after just under two years decided to set up his own agency from his kitchen table!

Since 2018, his agency has continuously grown in headcount and revenue, as well as pushing through the 2020 pandemic. It was great to sit down and talk to him about everything from leadership techniques through to personal branding.
