Main Takeaways:

  • How can you make your voice heard without yelling? Once you get more confident in yourself and your accomplishments, you dont feel the need to be loud or take up space but people will respect your confidence and being authentic to yourself.
  • How can you build confidence when you dont feel like you belong in certain spaces? ON a personal level, Mitch believes in nurturing confidence from an early age.As our generation has kids and we look to raise the next generation we should be more intentional to raising confidence to our kids and encourage them to reach their full potential and celebrate them on their journey.
  • If we are committed or dedicated to something we can overcome those feelings that want to hold us back. We need to believe that we are more powerful and capable of doing so much more than we think we can do.
  • Be very cognizant of where you can learn from. Always keep learning and improving more about your craft.
  • You should keep an open mind and heart and constantly keep evolving and adapting to change. By being more bond and courageous, all of us will be better with time.
