The Kyle Rittenhouse trial begins Monday 11/1/21.

We welcome special guest special guest Andrew Branca. He has worked numerous cases advising lawyers, in any jurisdiction, on tactics and strategies to optimize a self-defense affirmative defense.

Jury selection begins in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, who on August 25, 2020 shot three men in riot-ravaged Kenosha WI, killing two of them and grievously wounding the third.

Kyle is being tried on a variety of charges. These include intentional homicide, reckless homicide, attempted intentional homicide, two counts of reckless endangerment, as well as a misdemeanor charge of weapons possession by a minor.
