Shownotes

Today we’re drinking about, we’re going to enjoy some of Jodi’s stash beers as we’re working to clean out the beer fridge.

Tonight’s lineup:

Evil Genius Company – New Phone, Who Dis?: ABV 6% | IBUs’ 17Caramel Macchiato Porter.

Your favorite espresso beverage has now become your favorite adult beverage! Brewed with American barley, caramel, and chocolate malt, and a touch of dark wheat. Gently hopped with American and German hops, and then infused with caramel and locally roasted La Colombe coffee. Full-bodied, smooth and robust, with notes of sweet caramel, mocha, and chocolate.

Spider Biter Co. – Love at First Bite: ABV 7% |IBUs’ N/A

Our seasonal porter is brewed with chocolate and raspberries making it reminiscent of a jelly ring. It will be Love at First Bite.

Pressure Drop - Faded Clauz: ABV 7.5% | IBUs’ 32

Notes of rich milk chocolate and cocoa with a super smooth and creamy finish.

Rusty Rail Brewing Co. – Fools Gold: ABV 8%  | IBUS’ 18

The promise of gold at the end of a rainbow continues to fascinate imaginations. While many deem this search to be foolish, our journey through a rainbow of ingredients resulted in a rare style of Hefeweizen which uniquely blends peanut butter and banana flavors. One sip and you’ll see why this brew is worth its weight in gold.

New Holland Brewing Co. – Dragon’s Milk “Reserve”: ABV 12.3% |30 IBUS’

Throughout the ages, Dragon’s Milk has been used as a term to describe potent ales and elixirs worth of celebration – a reward at the end of the journey. We are proud to be stewards of that ancient tradition today, hand-crafting each batch of Dragon’s Milk Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout in Holland, Michigan. The best liquid in our house is now yours. Roasted malt delivers notes of coffee and chocolate married with sweet undertones of vanilla and oak from a three-month stay in bourbon barrels.
