What do you think we're doing that's never been done before? We're still hung up on that one!
What's up?
Speaker B:Skirts up, squad.
Speaker A:Did you just take my wine?
Speaker A:I did.
Speaker A:It's Samantha and Melissa.
Speaker C:I'm going to actually tell you guys how it is right now.
Speaker C:It was so fun.
Speaker B:We couldn't even make it up.
Speaker B:I'm gonna do it.
Speaker B:I'm gonna wear it in public.
Speaker A:And then she looks at me and.
Speaker C:She goes, that's what Jesus is for.
Speaker C:We are about normalizing things that are.
Speaker B:Hard to talk about.
Speaker C:I was like deer in headlights.
Speaker C:Skirts out, but keep your pant.
Speaker C:Welcome to our first episode in November.
Speaker B:It's November 3rd.
Speaker C:October flew.
Speaker C:It flew.
Speaker C:And here we are in November.
Speaker C:Like, it's just wild.
Speaker C:Like the year.
Speaker C:This is maybe glass half empty, but it feels like the year is almost over.
Speaker C:Like, where did it go?
Speaker B:Well, yeah.
Speaker B:Or half full.
Speaker B:Because, like, we made it.
Speaker B:I like that refrain.
Speaker A:We're gonna go with that.
Speaker B:We made it.
Speaker C:We made it.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker C:That is what we're going for.
Speaker C:And when we were talking earlier, you mentioned that maybe it feels that way because October is just kind of like our favorite month.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:And I wish it could last a little longer.
Speaker B:I'll be honest.
Speaker B:Like, I freaking love it getting cold.
Speaker B:I love the leaves starting to fall.
Speaker C:Change colors because November is like fall.
Speaker B:That's true.
Speaker B:Here in Georgia.
Speaker B:They don't fall as early as they do up north.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker B:But, yeah, it's.
Speaker B:Yeah, you're right.
Speaker B:November is really more.
Speaker B:Because that.
Speaker B:They were falling at your wedding.
Speaker C:They were falling at my wedding.
Speaker C:Which our anniversary is on the.
Speaker C:Oh, my gosh.
Speaker C:The 10th.
Speaker C:November 10th.
Speaker C:So, yeah.
Speaker C:Next week.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker C:Oh, my goodness.
Speaker B:Anything fun?
Speaker C:We don't have anything planned.
Speaker C:And I think I'm lowkey waiting to see if he forgets.
Speaker B:He does do something.
Speaker B:Oh, if he forgets.
Speaker B:Oh, you're trying to.
Speaker B:You're trying to trap it.
Speaker B:I'm not, I'm not.
Speaker C:I really, like.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker B:I think you're trying to see low key.
Speaker B:If he remembers.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker C:Because regardless, like, I can honestly say, like, honestly, like, full heartedly say, like, right now, if he didn't remember, I would just laugh and not have any hard feelings.
Speaker C:Like, things just.
Speaker C:Things are just so good.
Speaker C:There's nothing he could really give me right now that would mean more than just, like, spending time together.
Speaker C:So I think I would laugh if he, like, forgot and just be like, well, I guess, God, make it up to me.
Speaker C:I'm hearing the melting pot.
Speaker C:He doesn't like the melting pot.
Speaker C:I like the melting pot.
Speaker B:I know.
Speaker A:Works.
Speaker A:I love it.
Speaker B:Because it's true, though.
Speaker B:Like, I I don't think you're really trying to trap him.
Speaker B:I was just joking.
Speaker B:But it is nice to kind of be like, oh, is there going to be a surprise?
Speaker B:What's going to happen?
Speaker B:As long as you don't get mad.
Speaker C:When it, you know, when you are in a negative headspace, though that is for sure a trap.
Speaker C:Like if that's your mind, like for sure.
Speaker C:Like, I.
Speaker C:Probably not probably.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker C:I, I, I've done it before.
Speaker C:I was about to say, like, I want to say I probably have done it before, but I, I've done it before.
Speaker B:Yeah, yeah.
Speaker B:It's not fair, but it's happened.
Speaker B:But oh, that's so good that things are perfect.
Speaker B:I really can't wait to see if he does what what he does.
Speaker C:Yeah, I guess we'll find out thing.
Speaker C:We'll find out if he does.
Speaker A:Cool.
Speaker C:And if not, I'm hearing the melting pot.
Speaker C:That's where we're going.
Speaker C:The melting pot.
Speaker C:They should pay me for this.
Speaker A:They should.
Speaker C:I don't think we mentioned this in the last episode, so I just want to remind everyone that we have our subscription on our website so you can pay to get our extended full episodes.
Speaker C:And with video, which.
Speaker C:Yeah, I think people have been asking not I think people have been asking us for.
Speaker B:Well, I didn't realize people had asked you.
Speaker B:I had a couple people ask me too.
Speaker C:Yeah, I didn't know anyone was asking you.
Speaker C:I just know that on side people were like, man, I wish there was a video because I just, I don't get into just listening and.
Speaker B:Which is weird because I think you and I are both like on the same page where we are like, no, I can only listen when I'm working or doing something because I don't have time to sit there and watch.
Speaker B:But yeah, they want to see us.
Speaker A:We got to give them what they want.
Speaker C:Oh, slide's awesome.
Speaker C:That is there.
Speaker C:Check it out.
Speaker C:It's on our website.
Speaker C:We also have our charity event for canine assistance coming up with Clean as our head performance.
Speaker C:And we also have an opening band called Carrie in the Feels.
Speaker C:So it's just going to be this whole fun.
Speaker B:Wait, wait.
Speaker B:Oh, we're, you know, Carrie in the Feels.
Speaker C:You know them?
Speaker C:Yeah, I went to school with them.
Speaker B:That's crazy.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:So it's just exciting.
Speaker C:Really exciting.
Speaker C:It's going to be just this music filled, magical day and it's all dogs.
Speaker C:Yes, kids.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker B:How could you ask for more beer?
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:Good drinks, dogs, amazing music for a good cause.
Speaker C:Like, come on, it's going to be fun.
Speaker B:It's going to be really nice.
Speaker C:I'm so excited.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:Yeah, me too.
Speaker B:Yay.
Speaker C:And another thing, you guys may have seen this by time it comes out.
Speaker C:Melissa, I just shared this with you.
Speaker C:Our episode.
Speaker C:I'm so thankful for.
Speaker C:For the opportunity that we get to talk with people of all different walks of life.
Speaker C:If someone had come across our episode about with the domestic violence and sexual assault investigator, where we talked about the red signs and symptoms and, you know, what you can do when you find yourself in a domestic violence situation, and someone heard that episode and reached out and said that that episode is what led them to get away from their situation.
Speaker C:And I'm just so thankful that the investigator was open and with her story and was able to talk to us and that DeKalb county even let her do that, because I know that that.
Speaker B:Can be, you know, that can be dicey, right?
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker B:And, like, yeah, she had, like, a lot to say already, and she had a lot of experience with dealing with these things with other people.
Speaker B:But that investigator was so freaking open about her own story, like, you just said.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker B:And I think that was the nail in the coffin on that one.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:I just got goosebumps.
Speaker C:And, you know, we just got out of domestic violence awareness month, so I just feel like it was just perfect timing.
Speaker B:Yeah, it was really special.
Speaker C:It was special.
Speaker C:I'm also thankful for the episode that we're going into today.
Speaker A:But first, but what?
Speaker C:We need to talk about our fails.
Speaker B:Oh, okay.
Speaker B:Okay, okay, okay.
Speaker C:Mine's not really a fail.
Speaker C:Mine's kind of stupid.
Speaker C:So I'll go first, and then you go run with yours.
Speaker B:Mine is really dumb, but okay.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker A:So good.
Speaker C:Because it's, like, an actual fail, but, like, it's funny.
Speaker B:Okay, okay.
Speaker C:Mine's really, like.
Speaker C:I really don't have anything good.
Speaker C:Mine was.
Speaker C:I don't like cats.
Speaker C:I've never liked cats.
Speaker C:But then this, like, little, like, young, black cat just kind of walked onto the property the other day, and I fell in love with him.
Speaker C:He's got this, like, chopped tail.
Speaker C:It's not a bobt, but it's not a full tail.
Speaker C:So something happened to his tail.
Speaker C:And he's just so adorable.
Speaker C:He's solid black, and I just love him so much.
Speaker C:And I named him Jinx because I thought that that was the name of the cat in Hocus Pocus turn, which.
Speaker B:When you told me that's why you named him that, I was like, oh, yeah.
Speaker B:Because I thought it was the name of the.
Speaker C:My neighbor did the same thing.
Speaker C:They're like, oh, like hocus pocus.
Speaker C:And, you know, like, that's.
Speaker C:Yes, exactly.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker C:And then my sister comes over, and she goes, you know, it's Binks, Hannah.
Speaker C:I was like, no, it's not.
Speaker A:It's Binks.
Speaker A:But to be.
Speaker C:Yeah, hilarious.
Speaker C:I left it as Jinx.
Speaker A:His name is Jinx.
Speaker C:And then, you know, Karma kind of hit because I accepted one cat and now there's two, so name that one Karma.
Speaker C:That's.
Speaker C:I wonder if they're litter mate.
Speaker B:Oh, no, they're different.
Speaker A:No way.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker C:The second one's, like, way younger.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:It's so bizarre.
Speaker C:I've noticed.
Speaker B:She friendly, like Jinx?
Speaker A:Oh, yeah.
Speaker C:She's.
Speaker C:She's more timid, but she is very friendly.
Speaker C:And they.
Speaker C:I don't know.
Speaker C:She's, like, afraid of him, and he's, like, a little rough, and I'm like, okay, well, I really love him, so this is gonna be a problem.
Speaker C:Like, she's gonna have to see her way out.
Speaker A:But they'll figure it out.
Speaker C:I'm hoping they do, because she's adorable.
Speaker B:Oh, what does she look like?
Speaker C:She's like, this little calico, and she.
Speaker C:It could turn out to be a boy.
Speaker C:Like, again, when they're this young, you really can't tell.
Speaker C:I think it's a girl, and I think it's Karma.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker A:So.
Speaker B:Oh, you named her Karma.
Speaker C:I did.
Speaker C:Karma's a bitch.
Speaker C:I accepted one cat, got another.
Speaker A:I love it.
Speaker B:That's not a fail, in my opinion.
Speaker B:Well, success.
Speaker B:And I love.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker C:More to love.
Speaker C:True fail is.
Speaker C:It was Binks, not Jinx.
Speaker B:Oh, that's the fail.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker B:That's adorable.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker C:Okay, but tell yours, because it's so good.
Speaker C:It's like, is it best?
Speaker C:They.
Speaker B:It's really dumb, I think.
Speaker B:Okay, guys, she's actually overhyping it.
Speaker B:I'm worried you're not gonna make it.
Speaker C:I think it's because it.
Speaker C:Literally, as you're telling me, I'm like, man, you.
Speaker C:Why do you and Courtney not hang out more?
Speaker C:Because it's like, you guys are the same person, and I think that's why I love it.
Speaker A:So.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker B:I don't know why we don't either, because I love her, but.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:I was at the dog park the other day, and I feel like the people there are.
Speaker B:You can talk, you can make jokes, and people are always inappropriately, like, joking about.
Speaker C:Oh, the dog's not even the one I'm talking about.
Speaker A:Well, I'll get there.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker B:And so Then this dog came into the dog park and she had like these kind of swollen looking titties.
Speaker B:And so.
Speaker B:So somebody was like, oh, has she had allure recently?
Speaker B:And he's like, no, but I think she's about to go into cycle again.
Speaker B:And I was like, oh, she's in.
Speaker B:And I put my hands on my breast like this.
Speaker B:And I was like, oh, she's in that, like swollen boob stage or tender breast stage or something.
Speaker B:And everyone just stood there and I was just joking.
Speaker B:I was trying to be funny.
Speaker B:And everyone just like looked away and kind of kept talking.
Speaker B:And I looked and I dropped my hand and I was like, yeah, that happened.
Speaker C:Yeah, yeah, that's exactly what would happen to me.
Speaker C:I think it was funny.
Speaker C:And since you said the word titty, I need to say now that I.
Speaker C:Okay, a word.
Speaker C:A word that I have a hard time remembering how to spell for some reason is practitioner.
Speaker C:And then I realized that there's titty in practitioner.
Speaker C:And now I spell it right every time.
Speaker B:That's insane.
Speaker A:I.
Speaker B:That is funny.
Speaker C:Okay, okay, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, continue.
Speaker B:The practitioner.
Speaker B:Practitioner.
Speaker B:Never mind.
Speaker B:But yeah, no, that's my fail.
Speaker B:It's always.
Speaker B:And then.
Speaker B:Well, are you talking about the ugly?
Speaker C:The better one.
Speaker B:Okay, well, what's funny is I told her that story earlier.
Speaker B:She's like, you always have dog fails.
Speaker B:And I was like, no, I don't.
Speaker B:And when she said that, I remembered a memory that I had forgotten for years.
Speaker B:When I was little, I was trying mine.
Speaker B:We had a golden retriever, and she had a litter of 13 puppies.
Speaker B:And I remember thinking how she must be so tired because she was always working to feed them.
Speaker B:And my dad caught me.
Speaker B:I was must have been like 4 years old because maybe even younger.
Speaker B:But he came out where we were keeping the puppies and the dog, and he caught me with puppies, two puppies under my shirt, and I was trying to breastfeed them.
Speaker C:Adorable.
Speaker B:That is not how it works.
Speaker C:That is so funny.
Speaker C:Oh, so there is a. I do.
Speaker B:Have a lot of dog fails.
Speaker C:You know what's funnier, though?
Speaker B:What?
Speaker C:That's still not the one I want you to tell.
Speaker A:What?
Speaker C:The one you told me last night?
Speaker B:What happened last night?
Speaker C:You lost your keys.
Speaker B:Oh, my gosh, you guys, I do.
Speaker A:Have a lot of dog.
Speaker C:I am making you air out all the dirty laundry because this is the one I've been waiting for.
Speaker A:Oh, my gosh, it was awful.
Speaker A:So.
Speaker B:And I even had a friend I was supposed to meet.
Speaker B:She was gonna Meet me at the shop.
Speaker B:Luckily, she actually backed.
Speaker B:Not backed out, but she ended up canceling.
Speaker B:And so she wasn't here waiting for me.
Speaker B:But, yeah, I was at the dog park with Oliver last night, actually, and I went to get in the car, and the car was locked, and I couldn't get in.
Speaker B:And I have, like, the kind where, like, the key fob, if you're close, you can push the button on the handle and it will unlock the door.
Speaker B:And so I'm like, well, great, I lost my keys somewhere.
Speaker B:And I thought, surely I'll just turn around and retrace my steps.
Speaker B:I'll find them.
Speaker B:Well, I didn't find them.
Speaker B:And then I had, like, everybody in the dog park.
Speaker B:There were three other people, like, policing the whole area.
Speaker B:They were asking people if they'd seen keys.
Speaker B:Oh, looking everywhere for my keys.
Speaker B:And then they were like, sorry, Melissa.
Speaker B:And they ended up leaving.
Speaker B:I mean, after, like, a good 30 minutes of searching.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker C:There's only so much you can do.
Speaker B:Exactly.
Speaker B:And I was like, well, I guess I'll just call Jacob anyway and so don't, because they did offer me a ride.
Speaker B:And I was like, well, I'm a call Jacob.
Speaker B:And so I called him, and he's like, okay, yeah, I can go get you, but what are we going to do to fix this?
Speaker B:Like, what are we going to do?
Speaker B:Your car is there.
Speaker B:And I was like, I don't even know right now.
Speaker B:Just come get me.
Speaker B:Because it was starting to rain, so for, like, another 20 or 30 minutes.
Speaker B:And at this point, it was dark and it was rainy, and I was just walking around in the rain with my flashlight, trying to find Jacob gets there, and he walks around for, like, five minutes.
Speaker B:And then he goes, oh, here they are.
Speaker B:Somebody had found them.
Speaker B:And before we even started looking, I guess they had gone to the parking lot, figured out which car it went to, and they had tucked them, like, under the windshield wipers, like, down where they're, like, falling into the hood.
Speaker B:And so I couldn't see them because it's a truck and I'm not.
Speaker B:I'm not short.
Speaker B:But anyway, so thank goodness for Jacob and the kindness of his heart to come out in the rain.
Speaker B:And he found them.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker B:So I guess the person hid them there so that they wouldn't get, like, stolen.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker B:Because they didn't know who.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:That's just a hard place, like, to put them there.
Speaker C:Like, how are you supposed to know?
Speaker B:Right?
Speaker B:Like, if maybe if there was a note, but then that would defeat the purpose, too.
Speaker B:Like, maybe somebody could steal.
Speaker B:So I know they did the right thing.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker B:And I was looking everywhere, like, on the ground, under the tires, thinking, well, maybe if someone found them, they would, like, set them on top of a tire or under one or something.
Speaker C:Yeah, that's kind of what I was thinking.
Speaker C:Like, on top of a tire.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker B:But they're.
Speaker B:Yeah, so that happened, too.
Speaker C:You're welcome.
Speaker C:Guys, you got three stories and Tricky Girl.
Speaker B:I know.
Speaker C:Well, you just am forgetting the one that I wanted.
Speaker C:You're like, I want to picture hell out of you.
Speaker B:I did.
Speaker C:I did.
Speaker C:I kept.
Speaker C:That's not the one I want, Melissa.
Speaker B:Like, I didn't even have to tell.
Speaker A:You guys I was breastfeeding puppies from the age of four.
Speaker A:Nope.
Speaker C:No, I didn't.
Speaker C:You volunteered that one.
Speaker C:Oh, okay.
Speaker C:So in our first episode of this season, I think you guys heard us talk about some of the episodes that really touched us, and this is actually one of them, because this is one with astrology scientists.
Speaker C:Is that kind of how you explain her?
Speaker B:I would call her an astrologist, I guess.
Speaker C:An astrologist.
Speaker C:That sounds very professional and logical.
Speaker C:I like it.
Speaker B:But we loved her.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker B:Was so good at, like, just teaching us things as if we were five.
Speaker B:Because we needed it.
Speaker B:We needed.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker C:And then all of a sudden, we were like, hold up.
Speaker C:Let's, like, is there, like, a tangible example?
Speaker C:And she takes one, and it's about us, and she runs with it.
Speaker C:And we just learned.
Speaker C:I don't know if it's that we learn so much.
Speaker C:It's that it feels so good to, like, be seen and, like, have something reflected what we're trying to do.
Speaker B:Exactly.
Speaker B:She was amazing.
Speaker C:And actually, I have been.
Speaker C:I have already recorded to be on her podcast, so when that comes out, I'll let you guys know.
Speaker C:And, Melissa, you're supposed to reach out.
Speaker B:I need to get on.
Speaker B:I get it.
Speaker B:Get on that.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:So, yay, Our first guesting appearance.
Speaker B:Take it away, Laura.
Speaker C:Today we have with us Laura Allen.
Speaker C:She's an artist host in scientist, which is a whole big realm of things, and she's going to tell us all about it.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:I'm an artist.
Speaker A:I paint, I write books, I. I'm a hula dancer.
Speaker A:A bunch of things in, like, the artistic realm that before I wasn't able to do growing up, I was always.
Speaker A:I was.
Speaker A:I was accelerated in math, so it was always about math and, like, being good at math and all of, like, like, the hard stuff with, like, academia, like, really.
Speaker B:Sure.
Speaker A:And devoting myself to it.
Speaker A:And so now I get to, like, have fun and do all my artistic things.
Speaker A:I have two podcasts, so that's what the host comes in.
Speaker A:And then with the scientist part, I'm getting my PhD right now in education, and I'm focusing on everything.
Speaker A:So I just love everything.
Speaker A:And before, when I started this project, it was really looking at what the purpose of education was.
Speaker A:So that's why I was trying to, like, bring in all these different academic subjects.
Speaker A:But I found out what the purpose of education is.
Speaker A:It's to connect.
Speaker A:So the reason why we learn about plants is to connect with plants.
Speaker A:When we learn about cars, connect with cars, whatever we learn, it's to connect with it.
Speaker A:So that then what I've learned is that it's like a mirror of learning within ourself.
Speaker A:So then I went whole, like, rabbit hole of like, okay, well, then who am I?
Speaker A:I've always just been devoted to academia.
Speaker A:Who is all of this?
Speaker A:And so that's how I started piecing everything together.
Speaker B:Wow, that's beautiful.
Speaker A:I'm looking at how.
Speaker A:I'm looking at 16 different ways of knowing, and then how it can inform us to make better decisions.
Speaker A:So that's.
Speaker B:What do you mean, 16 different ways of knowing?
Speaker B:As in, like, different learning styles?
Speaker A:No.
Speaker A: So back in the, like, in the: Speaker A:Like, if we can logically prove something, that's how we know that it's real versus using our senses.
Speaker A:And then that's how we know that it's real.
Speaker A:Okay, but our senses can sometimes trip us up or not be.
Speaker A:We could just get fooled with by our senses.
Speaker A:It's true.
Speaker A:Then it only went back to the rationality.
Speaker A:But sometimes things don't make sense, but they're still true.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker A:And then that's how I started bringing intuition.
Speaker A:So on my podcast, it's called Hila Radio, and we look at all ways of knowing.
Speaker A:But really looking at intuition, what I've discovered by having guests on is that there's so many different ways of intuition.
Speaker A:And some people even say, like, intuition, same as instinct.
Speaker A:And I'm like, I don't think so.
Speaker A:I think those are two separate things.
Speaker A:And so that's piecing it together.
Speaker A:And now it's like this.
Speaker A:This whole chart where I included the astrology in there, I included life themes, and then also understanding the soul, mind, body, and spiritual and how they interact with each other within us.
Speaker A:So it's like a thing now.
Speaker B:Oh, my gosh.
Speaker B:I feel like I told like an episode with you?
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker C:And a fifth and a sixth.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker B:Anyways, like, right, just then, you literally were talking for two minutes, and I had, like, a million questions.
Speaker B:I'm like, oh, no, we're never going to get through.
Speaker C:Oh, right.
Speaker C:My jaw dropped and I was like, oh, my God, I know nothing about astrology.
Speaker C:Like, as Melissa's giving me her, like, base knowledge of astrology, I'm like, which is little.
Speaker C:Like, I have no idea what you're talking about.
Speaker C:So I was like.
Speaker B:I was like, so, yeah, I'm kind of curious about how do you know?
Speaker B:Like, so I know.
Speaker B:Like, you know.
Speaker B:Okay, for instance, I was born a Taurus.
Speaker B:I'm a Taurus.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker B:But I think it goes deeper.
Speaker B:Well, I know it goes deeper than that.
Speaker B:I just don't know how.
Speaker B:But, like, okay, it has to do with, like, what House was your son in and your moon in when you.
Speaker C:And then she was like, then you're assigned an element.
Speaker C:And I was like, like an Earth element.
Speaker C:And she was like, yeah, yeah.
Speaker B:I didn't say that mean.
Speaker C:You did not.
Speaker C:I was like, we do.
Speaker A:We are assigned those.
Speaker A:All of these things for sure.
Speaker A:So I could talk about how it.
Speaker A:How astrology.
Speaker A:How I started, like, with astrology and all that.
Speaker A:Because I agree with you.
Speaker A:Like, I'm a Leo.
Speaker A:My birthday was just on Friday.
Speaker B:Happy birthday.
Speaker A:Thank you.
Speaker A:And I was.
Speaker A:Everyone around me that was a Leo.
Speaker A:I'm like, we're both Leos, but we're not the same.
Speaker A:Like, I have this else that has to be true in order for.
Speaker A:For this to work.
Speaker A:And so that's why I started digging deeper.
Speaker A:And so there are nine planets that influence us.
Speaker A:And there's actually probably more, like, different asteroids out there.
Speaker A:There's different things.
Speaker A:Like, Chiron's an asteroid.
Speaker B:I was gonna ask.
Speaker B:I said Chiron.
Speaker B:I mentioned it.
Speaker C:I was like, I have no idea.
Speaker B:But I don't know anything about it.
Speaker B:People talk about it all the time.
Speaker B:It'.
Speaker A:Asteroid.
Speaker A:Yeah, it's an asteroid.
Speaker A:And so it's a healer.
Speaker A:And so wherever.
Speaker A:The reason why it's so important is because it shows where you're most wounded so that you can heal yourself.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker A:And then that's why Melissa Walker was.
Speaker B:Talking about it, because she's a therapist.
Speaker B:She's really interested in trauma.
Speaker B:That's why she likes.
Speaker C:Oh, she is.
Speaker B:The trauma.
Speaker B:It's kind of coming together.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:So that's the Chiron, but there's all these planets and then the houses.
Speaker A:And so it's like.
Speaker A:Like a Little puzzle where you have a house, you have a planet, and then you have an element or you also have a zodiac sign.
Speaker A:So all the different things kind of mesh together and then create you.
Speaker A:Wow.
Speaker A:So that's like the.
Speaker A:The basis of astrology.
Speaker A:And that's why it can't be, like, scientifically proven, because we would need like a million of you with different birth times.
Speaker C:What's really, really you?
Speaker A:And what's the influence of the planets?
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker A:So that's where that from.
Speaker A:And then with the houses.
Speaker A:So I see them as like different sections of humanity.
Speaker A:So that's why I use them as a framework for my.
Speaker A:For my PhD work.
Speaker A:Because if I'm trying to bring everything together, I had to have some kind of, like, space to put it in.
Speaker A:And so astrology, it walks you through life.
Speaker A:So the beginning with Aries, first house, it's about yourself.
Speaker A:It's about how you grew up, how you keep that childhood curiosity and excitement as an Aries does.
Speaker A:So that's why Aries now, as adults, they're known as being impulsive or being too ambitious.
Speaker A:Things like this or leadership, because it all comes back to the beginning.
Speaker A:Whereas Pisces is the end of the zodiac.
Speaker A:And it's supposed to be somebody who brings everything together, who sees the collective as a whole.
Speaker A:That's what they say.
Speaker A:Jesus is a Pisces because really brought everybody together and tried to feel like humanity.
Speaker C:Okay, okay, so.
Speaker A:And then in between.
Speaker A:Let's just go.
Speaker A:It's halfway Libra.
Speaker A:Libra is about connection with yourself.
Speaker A:So if we start at the beginning, Aries, connection with yourself, Libra, connection with others, and then Pisces, connection with the world.
Speaker B:So that's what, like, each of these signs, like, represent.
Speaker B:Oh, but we all have part of, like, that part.
Speaker A:We all have all of them.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:Every single one.
Speaker B:Wow.
Speaker B:See, this is where my mind is starting to be blown, because I've always been like, okay, all I know about astrology is I'm a Taurus, and I am one thing that I can really relate to as far as Taurus goes.
Speaker B:Super earthy, super loyal, and probably stubborn.
Speaker B:But, like, I mean, other than that, I don't know.
Speaker B:So you're saying it's more than just you have everything in you.
Speaker B:One of the things that I was thinking was when you start thinking about your signs and stuff, and you want to go to an astrologist and ask questions, you want to ask.
Speaker B:Okay, you don't want to say particular, just what is the right thing for me to do, but maybe like, hey, with the way my house is set up, how can I accomplish these things that I want to accomplish?
Speaker B:Because it's like you're, you're saying it's not predestiny.
Speaker B:We're not like, oh, every Capricorn has this talent and should do this.
Speaker B:You're just saying there are some strengths that you could have and it can help you in this way.
Speaker C:Exactly, yeah.
Speaker A:People like to use it as kind of like a map.
Speaker A:Like, okay, these are, these are the, the strengths that I have now and these are the ones I will have in the future.
Speaker A:So let me start working towards them.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:But I see that kind of like a self fulfilling prophecy.
Speaker B:Oh, yeah.
Speaker A:I really use astrology as just a way of learning more about myself.
Speaker A:Like, it's still a way for me to understand myself and to see, like, how I can uplift people or how I can connect with them, how I can show my love.
Speaker B:Okay, I have another question.
Speaker B:So say what makes me a Taurus?
Speaker B:Versus I hear some people say, well, you're a Taurus, but you haven't this leaning or I don't know, like, why do we just go by the bay?
Speaker B:Is that the whole chart that we're going by?
Speaker A:When you, when we have like the differentiations of like, oh, you're Taurus, but this.
Speaker A:Then yeah, you're looking at the whole.
Speaker C:Oh, but if you just say you're.
Speaker A:A Taurus, that just means that your son is in Taurus.
Speaker B:Your son.
Speaker B:Okay, yeah.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker B:When you were born.
Speaker A:When you were born.
Speaker B:But now it could be somewhere else.
Speaker A:Oh, no, your son's always going to be in Taurus.
Speaker A:Yeah, that's always in Taurus with the progress chart.
Speaker A:It depends degrees.
Speaker A:So let's say.
Speaker A:So for instance, I have my moon at 29 degrees in Sagittarius.
Speaker A:So in the progress chart it would be like maybe like 3 degrees in Capricorn because it's always moving.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker B:Interesting.
Speaker B:And then you have to learn.
Speaker B:Do you have to memorize all that stuff?
Speaker C:You're like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker A:That's what I loved about astrology too, is that it was so.
Speaker A:It wasn't like I had to sit down and study or read all these books.
Speaker A:It was just like picking it up as I went along, like reading a little bit here, a little bit there.
Speaker A:But it wasn't even like reading books.
Speaker A:I would read a little bit and then apply it to my life and say, okay, like, is this actually working?
Speaker A:What is, what does it mean?
Speaker A:That kind of thing.
Speaker A:And like really be checking it As I went along.
Speaker A:Because when I first started, I was kind of trying to disprove it because I was.
Speaker A:Like I said I was so into academia.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker A:I only knew about Leo sons.
Speaker A:And I'm like, okay, that's not true, because I don't do this, this, and this, like other Leo sons.
Speaker A:But then that's when I had to start digging deeper and deeper.
Speaker A:I'm like, oh, okay.
Speaker A:There's this whole world to.
Speaker B:Interesting.
Speaker A:And so I.
Speaker A:That's how I learned it.
Speaker A:Just a little by little and really applying it to myself and then applying it to the people in my life so that I'm.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker C:So one of the things you brought up when we had our pre.
Speaker C:Conversation was that you need to create roots that are true to you and not what other people say.
Speaker A:So how.
Speaker C:How have you.
Speaker C:And how does one create the roots that they're meant to have?
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A: k to Renee Descartes from the: Speaker A:Because our mind is working and because we can see that things exist.
Speaker A:So his thing is I am, therefore I exist.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker A:Or I think, therefore.
Speaker C:You know who that is, Melissa?
Speaker C:Like, yeah, yeah.
Speaker B:He's a philosopher.
Speaker C:Oh, okay.
Speaker C:I haven't.
Speaker C:So.
Speaker C:But I saw your face change, and so I was like, oh, Melissa knows about this?
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker C:Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker B:So, like, I think therefore I am.
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker A:Yeah, exactly.
Speaker A:I think therefore I am.
Speaker A:And so he had to, like, basically spill out all of his belief system and see, okay, why do I believe this?
Speaker A:Is this true?
Speaker A:Is this not true?
Speaker A:And so at the end of that, that's how he came up with the I think, therefore I am.
Speaker A:So when I did it, it was right after or it was during COVID because I met this guy, and four months later, we were engaged.
Speaker A:And a little after that, we were married.
Speaker A:And my whole, like, support system freaked out at me.
Speaker A:And they were like, this is the wrong guy.
Speaker A:Like, you shouldn't be with him.
Speaker A:We've been married now.
Speaker A:It's gonna be six years, so congratulations.
Speaker A:So it ends up being good.
Speaker A:But it was because of that that I was like, okay.
Speaker A:Like, I know in my heart that he's the right guy, but everyone's saying that it's wrong, that it's false.
Speaker A:So I think that's kind of how all of this came up, too, with, like, the beginning, what I was talking about, the different ways of knowing that, like, the chart lights up with the ways of knowing, but it's just those Two, that what the world sees that says that, no, like, on paper, it would never work, but in actuality, it has been working.
Speaker A:So I had to really dump out every single belief system that I had about love.
Speaker A:About the same time I was in that.
Speaker A:My PhD program, and I was thinking about quitting because I was getting all into the spiritual stuff.
Speaker A:So I'm like, how can I be spiritual and an academic?
Speaker A:Like, that doesn't really make sense.
Speaker A:So all of this was happening at the same time that Granite Spirits came up.
Speaker A:So it was, like, really trying to embrace myself as an oxymoron.
Speaker A:And now I'm seeing that everybody's multi.
Speaker A:Multi dimensional.
Speaker A:Everybody has an oxymoron.
Speaker A:Everybody has.
Speaker B:And they work together.
Speaker B:Yeah, let them.
Speaker A:If you let them.
Speaker A:That's the thing, is that we're constantly fighting with ourselves.
Speaker A:Like, our head and our hearts are fighting or, like, are fighting with.
Speaker A:With the other parts of ourselves.
Speaker A:And I.
Speaker A:That's why I created the chart, so that we can, like, see all the different parts of ourselves so that we know who is fighting with who.
Speaker B:So, wait, you created a chart of your own?
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker B:Oh, tell us about that.
Speaker B:I think I didn't understand that.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker A:I didn't realize at the beginning the 16 different ways of knowing that.
Speaker A:Okay, is that what you were saying?
Speaker B:Because I was just about to ask you.
Speaker B:You said, like, everybody's telling me no, but they're just looking at.
Speaker B:On paper and like, head in the heart.
Speaker B:I'm looking at the chart, and it all was lighting up.
Speaker B:Saying, this is Right.
Speaker B:What ways?
Speaker B:What were you seeing on your.
Speaker B:What was your.
Speaker C:Yeah, that's a great question.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:Because what's lighting up?
Speaker C:When you're like.
Speaker C:It's lighting up.
Speaker C:You're not talking about just, like, in your brain and in your heart, it's lighting up.
Speaker C:You're talking about.
Speaker C:You followed your six various modalities.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker A:Oh, well, at the time, it was.
Speaker A:I just created this, like, it's.
Speaker A:It's gonna be a book that's coming out soon, but it's not like it's been through trying to figure this out that I've been able to create the chart.
Speaker A:Nice.
Speaker B:Okay, so, like, what was lighting up for you?
Speaker A:So for me, it was like, the.
Speaker A:The negative parts of the parts that like to say this.
Speaker B:This is right.
Speaker B:It's okay.
Speaker A:Go against.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:Like, the green.
Speaker C:Because a lot of times, especially, like, we do a lot of work with, like, domestic violence and stuff, and it's like, oh, if your friends are telling you these are red Flags.
Speaker C:This is bad.
Speaker C:Like, you should probably listen to your friends when they're all telling you something, but what you're saying is that all of your friends and family were like, hey, this isn't right.
Speaker C:Like, this is too fast.
Speaker C:But you went against that, and it was exactly what you were meant to do and supposed to do, and you're happy and thriving.
Speaker A:So.
Speaker C:Yeah, I'd love to know how.
Speaker C:Like, how you knew.
Speaker C:Yeah, like the difference.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:So my chart, it combines the soul, mind, body and spirit, and then the four disciplines.
Speaker A:And so for me, the two main ones that really lit up were.
Speaker A:Wait, what are the.
Speaker B:What are the four disciplines?
Speaker B:Just for those who don't know, like.
Speaker A:Myself, the natural sciences, the social sciences, the humanities, and the arts.
Speaker B:Thank you.
Speaker B:Okay, perfect.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:So the body of the soul is expression.
Speaker A:So if you think about our soul, if we were to think about our soul having a body, it would be the express how we express ourselves.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker A:And the way of knowing is somatic.
Speaker A:So when you feel it inside, like, your body feels good doing this.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker A:The somatic part, then the academic subject related to it is the performing arts.
Speaker A:So like theater, dance, I would even say, like, entrepreneurship, leadership, like getting up and like, speaking or like using your body to express, like, that kind of stuff.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker A:And then the astrology sign is Leo.
Speaker A:So shining bright, all of that.
Speaker A:So like with my husband, he.
Speaker A:He allows me to.
Speaker A:To shine bright.
Speaker A:He doesn't put me in a box too.
Speaker A:Like, you can only do this.
Speaker A:He allows me to, like, spread out and like, what we're talking about earlier with the roots, to go deep with things and to really build these sturdy roots so that the found.
Speaker A:So now, now the foundation is, like, set for us to be able to, like, live out our dreams.
Speaker A:So that was a really big one with the belief system.
Speaker A:So that one's more intuitive where if someone tells you something, it's up to you to check within and think, like, is this true?
Speaker A:Is this not true?
Speaker A:I always like to use, like, short and tall.
Speaker A:Because, you know, if you're short or you're tall, anything that can be.
Speaker A:Yeah, so someone.
Speaker B:It could be measured.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:Like, if someone were to call me short, I'm really tall.
Speaker A:So if someone were to call me, sure, I'd be like, no, I know that's not true.
Speaker A:So it doesn't matter.
Speaker A:But if someone were to call me dumb, then I'd be like, oh, like, am I dumb?
Speaker A:Like, you'd be rethinking it and so, like, that kind of thing.
Speaker A:So that's like where it really hit hard with me with my husband.
Speaker A:Was that what everybody else was saying?
Speaker A:It didn't feel like how inside it felt like what they were saying was wrong.
Speaker A:Like if they were saying that he's short, he's really tall too.
Speaker A:So it's like if everyone was calling him short when I know that he's not short.
Speaker A:So like that's where that one came in.
Speaker A:That's cancer.
Speaker A:Cancer is naturally rules the moon.
Speaker A:So the moon is the sign of your internal world.
Speaker A:Your intuition, your emotions are also part of that.
Speaker C:And where did the cancer come in for you?
Speaker B:I was gonna say how did you attach.
Speaker B:Like earlier you said that was Leo and this is cancer.
Speaker B:How do you attaching.
Speaker C:Are these your like specific elements or.
Speaker A:Oh, no, this is the general for everybody.
Speaker B:So you're just saying these are like aspects of a cancer is like to.
Speaker B:Like you said, Leo is helping you shine bright.
Speaker B:And so what makes that the case?
Speaker B:It's just because Leo, that's what it embodies with cancer.
Speaker A:Cancer.
Speaker A:I was saying that it rules the moon and things.
Speaker A:So it is about like really tapping in and feeling.
Speaker A:And then with the belief systems, cancers can I always feel like a little crab where they're really about protecting the inner and pushing out the outer.
Speaker A:And so when we see this in society, it's like when people groups come together and like, oh, you're not part of us.
Speaker A:So like you can't be part of this.
Speaker A:So that's where I was saying with cancer, and this is the body of the mind.
Speaker A:So with cancer, it's knowing what is.
Speaker A:How do I say this?
Speaker A:The mind.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker A:So when we think about conceptualize what a mind is, some people would say that it is you and other people say it's the body.
Speaker A:And so like that's where a lot of like the.
Speaker A:The fight comes in.
Speaker A:But if you think about the mind as a body, it would be the belief systems.
Speaker A:It would be.
Speaker A:This is what I believe and this is how I'm acting.
Speaker A:So like the body is going to follow whatever the belief systems are in place.
Speaker A:And so that's why cancer would come in.
Speaker A:Would come in there.
Speaker C:I think that we're confused on.
Speaker C:So are.
Speaker C:Are we hearing that like we are all the signs?
Speaker A:Yeah, you're all of them.
Speaker C:Oh, okay.
Speaker C:So where we have all of the signs and then those signs.
Speaker C:Signs mean something different that pertain to you.
Speaker C:So for you, you were saying that for you the cancer represents the mind, the belief system.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker C:Yeah, yeah.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker C:And you were Saying that.
Speaker C:What the Leo for you means that that's, like, your light up.
Speaker A:Yeah, but that's for everybody.
Speaker A:Wherever it is that you have Leo, that's where you shine.
Speaker A:That's where you light up.
Speaker B:Got you.
Speaker C:What do you mean when you say that?
Speaker C:Like, wherever that is.
Speaker A:Whatever.
Speaker A:Wherever House.
Speaker A:Whatever house that you have.
Speaker A:It.
Speaker A:Let's.
Speaker A:Let's look at, like, the chart for today.
Speaker A:Like, out, like.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:Because.
Speaker B:Okay, so not.
Speaker B:I'm not trying to take us on a different tangent, but because you can also, like, use charts for businesses and, like, relationships.
Speaker C:Besides, just when you say business, like, the day you've, like, launched it, like, that would be like the.
Speaker A:That's the.
Speaker A:That's the date that you'd put into the.
Speaker C:Oh, yeah.
Speaker B:Because I wanted to, like, kind of.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker B:I was thinking about.
Speaker B:For you and I. Sam.
Speaker C:Yeah, that would be really fascinating.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:But.
Speaker B:Okay, so, like, do you guess.
Speaker B:Let's look at today right now?
Speaker A:We.
Speaker C: ,: Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker B:In Suwanee, Georgia.
Speaker A:Wow.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker C:You're smart.
Speaker A:You are, too.
Speaker A:So.
Speaker C:Oh, okay.
Speaker A:So talking about cancer and the moon, that it naturally rules for you guys, it rules in virgo in the 12th house.
Speaker A:So what this means is that you guys, like, getting into, like, the.
Speaker A:The dark and the unknown.
Speaker A:So bring it out into the lights.
Speaker B:It's so true.
Speaker B:That's what we wanted our podcast to be about.
Speaker C:I don't understand this.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:And then the Virgo means that you want to help.
Speaker A:You want to be a service to, like, help people as they listen to it.
Speaker C:I'm, like, sweating what we said we wanted to do.
Speaker B:It just seems like magic, what's going on.
Speaker A:That's why, like, when I first started getting into.
Speaker A:I'm like, there's no way.
Speaker A:And then it just keeps happening over and over and over again.
Speaker A:That's why I had my whole show about it, and every time, it always hits.
Speaker B:So, wait, so why did you decide to look at where cancer was and where Virgo is?
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker A:Oh, that was just the first thing that popped up to me on here.
Speaker B:Interesting.
Speaker A:Yeah, but.
Speaker A:But, like, I could go into the other ones.
Speaker A:Let's see.
Speaker C:Yeah, let's do it.
Speaker A:Okay, so you have.
Speaker A:Oh, this is cool.
Speaker A:So Sagittarius in the third house, it means that it's like, Sagittarius looks like an arrow.
Speaker A:So I always say it's like a straight shooter.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:When they're ready to commit.
Speaker A:So it.
Speaker A:The third house is like how.
Speaker A:How you are seen by the outside world, and so you Have Venus, Mercury, and Mars all in this house.
Speaker A:So what that means is Venus is about love.
Speaker A:Mercury is about communication, and Mars is about, like, action, but also, like, motivation or drive.
Speaker A:And all of this is coming together to say that you are seen as somebody.
Speaker A:Oh, okay.
Speaker A:This is kind of like you guys are like, the, the ones that are, you know, people say, jump on the bandwagon.
Speaker A:Yeah, I mean, the bandwagon.
Speaker A:And, like, people are, like, jumping on to, like, how you feel.
Speaker A:Good.
Speaker A:Oh, my God.
Speaker C:That is interesting.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker C:Fun.
Speaker C:Oh, my God.
Speaker C:I'm gonna start using that, like, in our, Like.
Speaker C:Oh, maybe our season three intro will be.
Speaker C:Or wait, no, we are in season three, four.
Speaker C:Our fourth intro will be something about, like, jump on our bandwagon.
Speaker C:That's right.
Speaker B:So, okay, so now.
Speaker B:Okay, so I, I, I'm starting to, like, get more of a clear picture because you're talking about.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker B:Venus means love.
Speaker B:This means so this.
Speaker B:And I'm kind of understanding that a little bit way.
Speaker B:And I understand how you said the houses are kind of like how the sky is divided up.
Speaker B:But what does each house kind of stand for, too?
Speaker B:Like, what makes you know that?
Speaker B:Oh, that stuff in the third house means this.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker A:I like to memorize it by, like, a few words so I can go through them really fast.
Speaker A:So the house is about yourself.
Speaker A:The second house is about your values and, like, financial.
Speaker A:Third house is about, like, how you're seen in the outside world, but it's also, like, early childhood, especially with school and with siblings and communication.
Speaker A:The fourth house is about family, and that's where the roots are built.
Speaker A:And so if you didn't grow up in a good family, those roots are really small.
Speaker A:So then it's up to you, when you're an adult, to build those deep roots.
Speaker A:But that's also why the ic.
Speaker A:So the bottom of the chart in the fourth house, it represents the lowest part of the chart.
Speaker A:I think it got really dark all of a sudden.
Speaker B:But no, this is interesting.
Speaker B:Thank you.
Speaker A:That's all in the fourth house.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker A:Getting dark and.
Speaker C:Yeah, like, the negative.
Speaker A:Well, it's interesting because in your, in your guys's chart, you guys have Capricorn.
Speaker A:And so Capricorn is about, like, you guys.
Speaker A:People might be, like, drowning, and you, like, lift them up.
Speaker B:Oh, I'm gonna cry.
Speaker C:That's a.
Speaker A:Because you have Pluto here, too.
Speaker A:So you're about deep transformation.
Speaker C:That's all we wanted.
Speaker C:Like, we've deeply Transformate.
Speaker C:Transformed.
Speaker C:I know I have for sure.
Speaker C:I know that I've been enlightened through this.
Speaker C:And, like, that's what we hope is we really hope that people, they listen to us and they're inspired to change into whatever it is that they have been thinking or wanting to be.
Speaker A:Yeah, that's true.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:And so that's definitely Capricorn.
Speaker A:Capricorn's an ambitious sign.
Speaker A:And like you said earlier, the leadership.
Speaker A:But I always see it as, like, a mountain.
Speaker A:And so since in the fourth house.
Speaker A:The fourth house is typically a water sign.
Speaker A:So it's like this mountain in the sea.
Speaker A:And so people are coming out of the sea and onto the mountain.
Speaker B:Like, so beautiful.
Speaker B:Like a landing pad.
Speaker B:A safe space.
Speaker A:Exactly.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:That's what we said too, from the beginning, huh, Sam?
Speaker B:We wanted to be a safe space to talk about things that are difficult.
Speaker C:This is what we needed to, like, kind of piece it all together.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker A:Thank you.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker C:Now it's making sense.
Speaker B:Okay, so how many houses are there?
Speaker A:12.
Speaker A:There's 12.
Speaker A:So.
Speaker A:Yeah, I'm halfway done.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker B:She's at 4.
Speaker B:You're at 5 now.
Speaker B:Yeah, I'm writing them down because.
Speaker C:Wait, so you said our dark house, like, wasn't even dark.
Speaker C:Our dark house was that, like, we save, like, we want to be us.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:So you guys are lucky that all of the.
Speaker A:The water signs there, that are typically water signs here, they're Earth signs.
Speaker A:So it, like, balances you out nicely.
Speaker C:Oh, okay.
Speaker B:Interesting.
Speaker C:I love that.
Speaker A:So the fifth house is expression.
Speaker A:The way that you express yourself, like, love.
Speaker A:It's also, like, with children and, like, finding your inner child and taking care of your inner child.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker A:The sixth house is about routine, about work, your day to day.
Speaker A:It's also health.
Speaker A:The seventh house is about relationship.
Speaker A:Like, one on one relationship specifically.
Speaker A:Typically, people like to say that it's marriage, but I say it's also like business, financial.
Speaker A:Any pairing where it's one on one is the seventh house.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker A:The eighth house is about the taboo stuff, like sex, drugs.
Speaker C:Ooh, what are we?
Speaker A:So you have Taurus here, and Taurus, as you know, is about being loyal and stubborn.
Speaker A:But you also have Jupiter here, and Jupiter is about expansion.
Speaker A:So it's kind of like the more that you talk about these taboo subjects, the more that you'll expand.
Speaker A:Joseph and Luran is here, and that one is about, like.
Speaker A:Like a revolution.
Speaker A:It's like switching things up and, like, changing the way that people typically see these things.
Speaker B:Oh, nice.
Speaker C:This is amazing.
Speaker A:Okay, then the ninth house is about higher learning.
Speaker A:So it could be higher learning, like, in school, but it could also be like a spiritual higher learning or just like learning in general.
Speaker A:It's also traveling, languages, foreign languages, things like that.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:The tenth house is legacy, reputation, your career, how you're seen in the public eye.
Speaker B:How would you say that's different from the third house?
Speaker C:I was just gonna say that.
Speaker A:Which is different than the third house because the third house is your initiation, your opening.
Speaker A:Whereas the tenth house is more like this is your long standing legacy.
Speaker A:After we're all dead and gone, what is remains?
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker A:Okay, thank you.
Speaker C:Oh, what is ours?
Speaker C:What's going to remain?
Speaker A:This is so sweet.
Speaker A:It's in cancer.
Speaker A:So it's like that nurturing, like nurturing like the love, compassion, taking care of one another, that kind of stuff.
Speaker B:Oh, I love anything.
Speaker A:Then the 11th house is community.
Speaker A:But it's also like dreams, aspirations, like getting yours, like elevating, getting to the next level.
Speaker A:And the 12th house is like your subconscious, your dreams.
Speaker A:Yeah, that's about it.
Speaker A:Oh.
Speaker A:Like spirituality is also in there.
Speaker C:But I feel like that house, that is a composite of all of them, right?
Speaker C:Yeah, that's kind of what it sounds like to me.
Speaker C:Because it sounds like we hit like.
Speaker C:Yeah, okay.
Speaker B:Wow.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker B:So I'm feeling like I'm finally kind of.
Speaker B:Some of the stuff we were talking about earlier is making more sense.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker C:So examples.
Speaker C:It is, it is.
Speaker C:Usually we operate off of examples.
Speaker C:So I'm really glad that we moved into this direction because it's really, really clicking.
Speaker C:So we just said that a good way to look at it is that it's like, you know, a collective.
Speaker C:Collective.
Speaker C:Collective.
Speaker C:And then a composite of everything that like went through.
Speaker C:So if I had to guess again, I'm not going to know, like, because I don't know anything what is in that last one.
Speaker C:But if I had to guess whatever you would have to tell us, it would be something off of things, off of being inspirational.
Speaker C:Growth, love, happy.
Speaker C:Like, if I had to guess, like, that's what you would tell us.
Speaker A:Would sometimes.
Speaker A:Because with the 12th house, it encompasses everything like what we were saying, so you could see it in the positive light.
Speaker A:But then the other way to see it would be like in.
Speaker A:In Stranger Things, like the Upside down world.
Speaker A:Oh.
Speaker A:Because it's the shadow side of the first house.
Speaker A:So the way.
Speaker A:So like the circle, it doesn't go a circle like a clock.
Speaker A:It doesn't.
Speaker A:It starts here.
Speaker A:So it's 1:12 on this side.
Speaker A:And then it goes 1, 2, 7.
Speaker C:Kind of upside down.
Speaker B:Like the dark tarot and the shadow Work.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker B:Like knowing how to like work like taking the negative things but like knowing how to work with them for yourself.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:To make them into a positive.
Speaker A:So that's why like I kind of agree with you, Sam.
Speaker C:But no, that makes sense.
Speaker A:Like then the negative side in there too to see how.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker B:Remind me example.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:Remind me what our one was and then remind me how that.
Speaker A:So your one is in Libra.
Speaker A:So Libra super bubbly.
Speaker A:Exactly.
Speaker B:Like one is like the self right.
Speaker A:To your show in the first place.
Speaker A:Oh, how fun and bubbly you both are.
Speaker A:And then like the dark side would be Virgo.
Speaker A:Which Virgos.
Speaker A:Like, the dark side of them is like they want to be perfectionists.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:That will like that's a free at all same from doing it.
Speaker A:But because you have Lilith here.
Speaker A:Lilith is.
Speaker A:Acts like a little bubble.
Speaker A:I like Lilith.
Speaker B:I like that name.
Speaker B:I feel like she's.
Speaker B:Is it.
Speaker B:She kind of like mischievous.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:So the reason why I call it a bubble is because you have to pop it in order to like, let all of like your mischievousness come out and like be proud of it and not be ashamed of it.
Speaker B:Okay, interesting.
Speaker B:So what's in our 12th house?
Speaker B:If we're going back to our example.
Speaker B:Lilith.
Speaker B:That's where.
Speaker B:Yeah, that's.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:Oh, yeah.
Speaker C:I asked how like what was our first house and how does that reflect into like our negative quote unquote, the last house.
Speaker A:But because you're so light and airy, you wouldn't assume like it just look.
Speaker A:Looking at the picture, you wouldn't assume that you dig into these deep.
Speaker A:That's so true too.
Speaker A:And so that's my whole life.
Speaker B:People are like, you're not what we thought you were.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:And then our name is like an oxymoron.
Speaker C:Is how I explain it to people.
Speaker C:Because like the people who don't get it immediately because a lot.
Speaker C:Some people, a lot of people like her.
Speaker C:So skirts up, then get it immediately.
Speaker C:And then others are like, but why like, you know, like show like showing people your underwear.
Speaker C:I'm like, no, like, like kind of like digging in you in the normal, like, you know concepts like we can.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker C:Dig in, do hard work.
Speaker C:And like we can just do all things.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:Very cool.
Speaker C:That was really fascinating.
Speaker A:So now let me share my.
Speaker A:Oh, there's no sharing.
Speaker A:I was like, let me share my chart so you can.
Speaker A:So that I can actually make it.
Speaker B:Sam, make it so she can share.
Speaker C:Can I do that?
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:This is awesome.
Speaker B:I would love to have you back.
Speaker A:Yeah, let's be back having some.
Speaker B:That would be amazing.
Speaker C:I'm so glad, like, we.
Speaker C:You know, it shifted into, like, really being able to grasp it, because now it's making so much sense, and now.
Speaker B:It'S, like, I'm understanding it more than.
Speaker C:I ever have, and now it's, like, feeding that curiosity of, like, wow.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker C:So there's this to learn about.
Speaker C:There's this to dig into.
Speaker C:And so now it's, like, creating that picture of, like, curiosity that, like, we have to look into.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:Ooh.
Speaker B:The people who, like, have our Patreon or whatnot are going to be able to get this chart.
Speaker B:This is interesting.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker C:If you're okay with us sharing it there.
Speaker A:Yeah, of course.
Speaker A:So the top part is, like, the ways of knowing.
Speaker A:So, like, archetypal.
Speaker A:This is, like, where astrology came in.
Speaker A:I put influencers because I thought about, like, religion is in here, astrology is in here.
Speaker A:Actual, like, influencers are in here.
Speaker A:And like, even, like.
Speaker C:Wait, remind me what this chart is.
Speaker C:I'm sorry.
Speaker C:This is the one you created.
Speaker A:This is the one I created.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker C:And you called it.
Speaker C:What do you call it?
Speaker A:I call it the Ornelian framework.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker A:So why.
Speaker B:How.
Speaker B:Okay, how did you get Arnelian?
Speaker A:Oh, that's my.
Speaker A:My husband's last name.
Speaker A:Oh.
Speaker A:Love it.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker C:I love that.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker C:And this chart tells us.
Speaker A:It explains everything.
Speaker A:So we could look at it like.
Speaker A:So let me go through the parts first, and then it'll make more sense.
Speaker B:Please.
Speaker A:So the first part is the ways of knowing.
Speaker A:So, like, when we think about, like, a mystical way of knowing, it could be, like, a sign or like, the one, one.
Speaker A:One that people see.
Speaker A:It'd be here with the soul of the soul.
Speaker A:Then love.
Speaker A:This is what our souls want and crave, is love.
Speaker A:But Scorpio is in here, which is about digging deep.
Speaker A:And the thing is that Scorpio is sometimes seen as dark.
Speaker A:But love is so beautiful and so large and expansive.
Speaker A:But the deeper that you go, big things are gonna have to come up that you have to work through.
Speaker A:And that's, like, where this math comes in.
Speaker A:I think that the reason, like, this is, like, my own thing.
Speaker A:I think that the reason why people even started doing math, like, now it's, like, all complicated with a bunch of things that no one asked for.
Speaker A:Well, I think the root of math is.
Speaker A:Is to understand love.
Speaker A:Like, if we think about, like, the limits and, like, infinities, people have been trying to figure out, like, the different kinds of infinities and Is this infinity bigger than this infinity?
Speaker A:And I'm like, all you're looking at is love.
Speaker A:So that's like, how many lives can.
Speaker C:You have and how much love can you give?
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:And also, like, how.
Speaker A:When people say.
Speaker A:People are always trying to say, like, how much you love somebody.
Speaker A:Like, how do you show that love?
Speaker A:And people say, like, to the moon and back or to like, different things like that.
Speaker A:But if you have in these different kinds of infinities, they.
Speaker A:There are different kinds of love for different kinds of people.
Speaker A:And you love everybody, but there's always going to be value that it's still infinite.
Speaker A:Like, you still love this infinite, but there's different levels to this infinity.
Speaker A:Okay, so that's just one example.
Speaker B:Can I ask a real quick question?
Speaker B:So you're showing that Scorpio is there in that part of the chart.
Speaker B:But what I don't understand is I thought the planets were always moving.
Speaker B:Is this from a snapshot from you.
Speaker C:Or this is your personal.
Speaker B:How does Scorpio get in that place right there?
Speaker A:So you're looking at astrology.
Speaker A:As far as active astrology happening now, they are always constantly moving.
Speaker A:I'm looking at astrology as the archetypes.
Speaker A:So, okay, Scorpio in and of itself mean.
Speaker B:Thank you.
Speaker A:Then we can apply it to the chart later.
Speaker A:Oh, well, for yours, since we're here.
Speaker A:Oh, you have Scorpio.
Speaker C:We're talking about business.
Speaker A:Business, yes.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker C:So that we can make sense.
Speaker B:Like, yeah, the business.
Speaker B:But also like, it's.
Speaker A:It's us.
Speaker C:It's our relationship.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker A:So Skirts up has it in the second house.
Speaker A:So it's the values.
Speaker A:So you value love and you value spreading love.
Speaker A:Wow.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker A:So for me, I have scorpio in the 10th house.
Speaker A:So my love comes from.
Speaker A:From my career, from my different programs that I have.
Speaker A:So this is even all the things that we've talked about.
Speaker A:This is just one little thing compared to all of the other things that I'm working on.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:This is so Scorpio.
Speaker A:Like, it's so deep where you just have to keep going deeper and deeper and deeper.
Speaker A:And that's what I love about Scorpio, even though it does get a bad rap.
Speaker B:So, okay, so you're saying.
Speaker B:Okay, can I ask a question?
Speaker B:So across the top of the chart is soul, mind, spirit and body.
Speaker B:But it's also down the left side.
Speaker B:And I'm not used to seeing the same things on both the top and the left of a chart.
Speaker B:I'm used to seeing, like, two things and how they intersect.
Speaker B:So what is this meaning?
Speaker B:Like, what are we looking at?
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker A:So when I first started doing this kind of work, I was trying to figure out.
Speaker A:I was trying to separate them.
Speaker A:Like, what is the soul, what is the mind, what.
Speaker A:And then spirit ended up coming out of soul that.
Speaker A:I thought they were the same thing, but turns out they're completely different.
Speaker A:Soul, something that we have inside.
Speaker A:And then the spirits, like our aura or like our energy that we give off.
Speaker A:And then a body, obviously our body.
Speaker A:And I try to.
Speaker A:To separate them by themselves, but it was.
Speaker A:It's not.
Speaker A:I don't think it's possible to separate them because they're so interconnected with everything else.
Speaker A:So I had to put it along the side over here to then be able to analyze them as they connect.
Speaker C:Instead of the spirit of the body.
Speaker B:The spirit of spirit, connect with the soul and.
Speaker B:Oh, I get it.
Speaker B:Thank you.
Speaker C:What the spirit, like spirit to spirit?
Speaker C:What the spirit, like, truly embodies say.
Speaker C:Okay, okay.
Speaker B:You were able to take each sign and kind of say what it embod.
Speaker B:Okay, okay, okay, okay.
Speaker C:I'm.
Speaker B:I'm here with you.
Speaker C:I'm following you now.
Speaker B:How the soul and the soul, the true soul.
Speaker B:You've got mystical love, Scorpio, and mathematics, which you're saying is love.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker A:So that's like the outside is all based on astrology, but then the inside, these are the problems that us humans have not been able to figure out.
Speaker A:So for instance, here with energy, it's like, how do we give and take in equal amounts?
Speaker A:Either we're giving too much or we're not taking enough.
Speaker A:And then same with, like, responsibilities, like up here with duty and moral, like, we're.
Speaker A:We either do too much or we don't do enough.
Speaker A:And then same here with awareness, it's either we're not aware of what's going on, or we're too aware where now it's hurting us because we're too aware of everything.
Speaker A:And then social power.
Speaker A:I mean, I don't have to talk about politics and power.
Speaker A:Yeah, that's clearly an issue that we're going through.
Speaker A:So these four are like.
Speaker A:What I'm saying are the four of what we're trying to solve, because out here, these are all based in astrology, where these are recurring cycles that will happen for forever.
Speaker A:They've been happening for thousands of years, and they will continue to happen for thousands of years.
Speaker A:But these four in the center, awareness, duty, power, and energy, These are the ones that we need to, like, work on and so the way that I've seen it do it is like cutting this up in, in force.
Speaker A:So, okay, for self awareness, it's self love, having the will to do things and using your desires not as a negative, but as a positive.
Speaker A:Like if you desire something, if you have a need for something, give it to yourself.
Speaker A:And if, unless it's something like let's say like you have a desire to steal, so then you would go to this awareness part and reflect on it.
Speaker A:Okay, why do I want to steal?
Speaker A:Okay, Because I don't have anything.
Speaker A:Okay, well is there a different way that I can get this?
Speaker A:Okay, then let me go do that.
Speaker A:Because you people like to just say, oh, I desire this thing, but I'm not going to do anything about it.
Speaker A:It's a bad desire.
Speaker A:And they try, they try, they stuff on themselves for desiring this negative thing.
Speaker A:But it's supposed to be a good thing.
Speaker A:Like there's a reason why you want this.
Speaker C:Just reflection.
Speaker A:And then now bring love into it.
Speaker A:And now the desire can be a positive thing.
Speaker B:Okay, so we can use like these.
Speaker B:So that actually kind of brings us full circle in my opinion, how we can use astrology to help us grow.
Speaker B:Like you don't want to, you don't have to just look at it and be like, oh, it's going to tell me how I'm supposed to be.
Speaker B:You can say I'm having these feelings.
Speaker B:I am, but.
Speaker B:But let's look more into it about why and then how can I make them work for me in a good way, in a positive way.
Speaker A:Exactly.
Speaker A:So like here being Libra, I had Libra in the ninth house.
Speaker A:So for me it was to dive into education, which is how this whole thing came about.
Speaker A:But for you guys with Libra, with skirts up, it's in the first house.
Speaker A:So it's really looking at what both of your desires are and then being able to reflect on it, to then bring it out into the world with the will and like bring that love in to like make it even more.
Speaker B:Interesting.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker B:What I've been working on, I love it.
Speaker C:Thank you.
Speaker B:Well, now I want to ask the question of how can we help ourselves be?
Speaker B:Let's see, the more successful and like not.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker B:Like reach more people.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:To help them to.
Speaker C:Yeah, yeah.
Speaker A:Where would we look there.
Speaker A:So with reaching more people, what I've found is that it doesn't matter how good your content is because I don't know if you guys have experienced this, but for me, like the stuff that I put out that I'M like, oh, this episode was okay, but I'm still going to put it out.
Speaker A:Versus I love this episode so much.
Speaker A:So true that you thought it was okay.
Speaker A:Like, that one gets more attention and found is that it's really about feeling, like, feeling safe, being seen.
Speaker A:So when you feel it inside, then it brings it out more.
Speaker A:So with those episodes that you're like about, you don't care who sees it because you're like, whatever.
Speaker A:But when it's something that you actually love, it's.
Speaker A:You're putting yourself out there.
Speaker A:That if when it's not reciprocated, like the same energy that you're putting out and it's not reciprocated, then that's when we are me.
Speaker A:I feel sad, but it really is just about allowing yourself to be seen and being proud of what you put out in a way.
Speaker A:Nothing that you don't.
Speaker A:How do I say this?
Speaker A:I feel like I'm confusing the words.
Speaker B:Now, but, like, not trying to protect it because it's, like, not perfect.
Speaker B:Vulnerable.
Speaker A:Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker A:Both of them.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:So it's about, like, being more vulnerable with yourself and going back to my chart with the Leo, like, expression for skirts up.
Speaker A:It's in the fifth house, so it's going against the grain.
Speaker A:And, like, that's how you express.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker A:So, like, really sticking with that and not caring if people get feathers ruffled.
Speaker A:Yeah, exactly.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker C:Well, that.
Speaker C:That is like an internal battle, like, for me too, because I feel like both of us, I feel like, like, Melissa, like, when you're talking about, like, the Mormon Church, like, you are very careful not to offend anyone and, like, ruffle any feathers, even though that was your past and that is your truth, if you want to say.
Speaker C:But it sounds like it's okay.
Speaker C:Like, it's giving us kind of permission to, like, it's okay to say what we need to say.
Speaker C:Like, we're not trying to ruffle any feathers, but it.
Speaker C:It's just something that needs to get said and it doesn't have to be true for you, it's true for us.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:Interesting.
Speaker C:Wow.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker C:This was amazing.
Speaker C:Thank you so much for reaching out to us and joining us on skirts up.
Speaker C:Like, I had, like, like I said, I was really scared when we first started this conversation.
Speaker C:Like, oh, like, what are we doing?
Speaker C:Like, there's no way get into.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker C:I was like, this is.
Speaker C:Wow.
Speaker C:This is just gonna look at how dumb I am.
Speaker C:But this one's, like, really fascinating.
Speaker C:And now, like, it just kind of questions.
Speaker B:That is very nice of you.
Speaker B:Well, here's the thing.
Speaker B:Like, if we have the questions, someone else.
Speaker C:Other people do too.
Speaker C:Yeah, yeah.
Speaker C:And.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:And this, wow.
Speaker C:Just.
Speaker C:This is really uplifting too, as we're, like, preparing to come into season four and, like, to hear, you know, I wouldn't have even thought to look into Skirts up and like, it's astrology.
Speaker C:And just to hear, like, everything that you had to share with us based on what.
Speaker C:What that is.
Speaker C:It's like, wow.
Speaker C:Like, we really are, like, doing what we thought we were doing.
Speaker C:It's kind of like what I'm hearing.
Speaker A:Yes.
Speaker A:That's what I love about astrology.
Speaker A:It's like when you look at your personal one, it's like, whoa, like, I actually am in the right direction.
Speaker A:Especially when I earlier that, like, everyone was saying, don't do this, don't do this.
Speaker A:But when I look at my astrology, I'm like, no, it's right, like, look.
Speaker C:It doesn't make sense.
Speaker C:Yeah, now that clicks too.
Speaker B:Just like, looking, since you have it in front of you.
Speaker B:Our dates and our.
Speaker B:Our houses and what not.
Speaker B:Do you have anything that you're like, hey, this is something I think you guys should know and I'm gonna tell you before we head out.
Speaker C:Yeah, ruffle the feathers.
Speaker C:I'm just kidding.
Speaker C:Yeah, definitely.
Speaker A:That's the number one thing.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker A:Because the north node is in Aries, and so it's like you guys are going to be doing something that no one else has done before.
Speaker A:So Aries is, like, the first to do things.
Speaker A:So, like, really focus on that.
Speaker A:Like, what's something that no one else has done?
Speaker A:Or like, in your own way, because obviously everyone has right about to say.
Speaker C:Me, and I have to reflect on.
Speaker A:That because everything's been done.
Speaker A:But.
Speaker A:Yeah, but it's by.
Speaker A:So your chiron we were talking about at the beginning is right next to it.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker A:North node is about, like, evolving and moving forward spiritually.
Speaker A:But the chiron is like that wound.
Speaker A:So, like, there's a wound that.
Speaker A:That you may not want to go first or like something that comes up that you.
Speaker A:You may not want to, but you know that it's going to help people.
Speaker C:So you're going to do it because vulnerable.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:We both have talked about how we were raised and things that we want to talk about and bring up, but we feel like we're still trying to protect people from our childhood.
Speaker C:That we're like, okay, no, we'll just put brush over that.
Speaker C:But we keep teetering with it.
Speaker C:So that's like really amazing that you brought that up.
Speaker C:Like I actually just got goosebumps.
Speaker B:I did too.
Speaker A:And the fact that it's in the seventh house, meaning like that one on one relationship like between the two of you is incredible.
Speaker A:So to really you like help each other with those wounds that you can bring it out into this main stage.
Speaker C:Oh man.
Speaker C:I don't know what's going on with me but I might cry.
Speaker C:I literally have I think the same feeling.
Speaker B:Sam, I love you so much.
Speaker C:We have like seen each other through.
Speaker A:A lot of you.
Speaker B:We have.
Speaker A:Thank you so much for having me on.
Speaker A:That's just been great.
Speaker A:Thank you.
Speaker C:Amazing.
Speaker C:Our minds are blown which is like what we're always looking for.
Speaker C:Did you like the episode that you heard today?
Speaker A:Great.
Speaker C:Share it with a friend.
Speaker C:And don't forget to rate and review Sam.
