I thought I was an introvert and I

what I did really in a blast.

I just did a 16 hour fast.

So an eight hour eating window, eight
mainly high proteins, stayed away from

gluten, had not as much dairy as normal,
added vegetables and berries in a

Really worked on no sugar and
worked on trying to eat things

The physical thing that I started
doing different was really dedicating

these inspiring gals, and enjoy it at
