Energy follows purpose

That was my main takeaway at the recent EDGECon event, where the theme of pursuing one's purpose was heavily emphasized . Purpose, as defined by myself and Ken Hartley, involves leveraging all of you God-given gifts, talents, abilities, personality, etc to impact others positively.

Bob Beaudine's insight on energy aligning with purpose struck a chord - when directing energy towards things you love, especially those benefiting others, an amazing energy show up. Sadly, a staggering 81% of individuals are not utilizing their top talents in their current roles. This mismatch leads to decreased enthusiasm, as we naturally find joy in activities we excel at. By tapping into these core skills to enrich others' lives, we unlock a new excitement and satisfaction in our daily lives.
