We had a glorious day at the recent PUMA British Championships 2021.

It was nice to get back to the thing that we all love and brush shoulders with friends and family.

I stood back and watched people laughing and joking with friends and colleagues that they hadn't seen for such a long while. It's at times like this that you realise the importance of close human connection and the real difference that it can make to one's health and happiness.

I'm looking forward to 2022 with huge excitement that we can repeat this many times over and once again enjoy our passion as it should be enjoyed.
