He is the founder and CEO of Hummingbird Humanity, a consulting firm that cultivates and champions inclusive workplace cultures and human-centered leadership. He is also the author of Humanity in the Workplace: A Blueprint for Building an Inclusive and Equitable Company Culture which will be released in 2022.
