For most of my life, a morning routine was something that did not exist whatsoever. When I started my health journey back in 2019, I knew I had to get very intentional about how I started my days if I wanted to change my life and get where I wanted to go. When I reflect on everything that has happened over the past three years, I give so much credit to the habits that make up my morning routine.
