This episode was recorded just before Jamie's VSG (Bariatric Surgery). We tried to keep the convo light with some discussion about Cinnamon Brooms, but quickly moved onto what had been at the core of several messages coming through, The Hero's Journey.

Our Journeys can seem dark, frustrating, enlightening, or hopeful. The longer you're at it, the more you start to realize that it truly is an ebb an flow that brings important lessons, revelations, and hopefully a level of acceptance. Not just for the journey itself, but also for yourself and others that have joined you for the crazy ride.
