I have talked a lot about thought leadership and I’m on record saying that thought leadership is one of the fastest ways to grow the revenue of your company. And I believe that whole-heartedly and I believe that it’s true and I know that it is true.

However, one of the biggest internal barriers to growth is not niching down into a specific industry that you serve.

The thing is those 2 cannot go hand in hand, because you can’t be a thought leader in all industries.

You can become a thought leader in a specific niche industry.

So if you’re working to build thought leadership, it will force you to niche which will force you to grow faster.
