Something inside you already knows it's time to grow — and this is the space where that journey begins.
Rooted to Rise with Kimberly Rash is a podcast for women who are ready to move beyond where they are and start creating real, meaningful change — not all at once, but one step, one thought, one decision at a time. Kimberly draws from her own evolving seasons of life to explore what it looks like to release old beliefs, outgrow patterns that no longer fit, and rise into a more aligned, grounded version of yourself. Through honest conversations, personal stories, and real women who have had to rebuild and rediscover themselves, this show makes the messy, beautiful process of becoming feel possible.
Growth doesn't require perfection — it just requires a willingness to begin. If you're feeling that quiet pull that something is shifting, you're not lost; you're just in a moment of becoming.

You're listening to Rooted to Rise. I'm your host, Kimberly Rash, and this is a space for real conversations, growth, and becoming who you're meant to be. Let's get into today's episode.

You don't have to change your whole life overnight, but something inside you knows it's time for a shift. Maybe you've been feeling stuck. Maybe you've been going through something hard, or maybe you just don't feel like yourself anymore. You might not even have the words for it, but there's, like, this quiet knowing that something needs to change. Not everything, just something. A thought, a pattern, a direction. This is Rooted to Rise. And I'm Kimberly Rash, and this is a space for women who are ready to grow beyond their current season and start creating real, meaningful change in their lives one step at a time.

I've lived through many roles and seasons in my life, and each one has taught me something about who I am and who I'm becoming. And one of the biggest things I've learned is that it's okay to change. It's okay to outgrow old beliefs, to see life differently than you once did, to evolve in your thinking, your spirituality, and even the understanding of who you are. It's okay to question things, to shift directions, and to try something new, even when it's uncomfortable, even when other people don't understand. Because growth will ask that of you. It will ask you to release what no longer fits and to step into something you've never been before. And yes, that can come with fear. Fear of judgment, fear of backlash, fear of getting it wrong.

But staying the same when you know you're meant for more. That has a cost, too. Around here, we're going to talk about things like trying new things. New hobbies, new paths, new ways of living and thinking. Not because you have it all figured out, but because you're willing to explore who you're becoming. We talk about becoming less focused on things that truly don't matter and more centered on connection, on people, on loving others, where they're at and learning how to do that for yourself, too. Because this isn't just about changing your life on the outside. It's about who you're becoming on the inside.

And one of the ways we do that here is through something simple I come back to again and again. Root, release and rise. Root into the parts of you that you love. The parts that are true, the parts that are already strong. Release. The parts that no longer fit. The patterns, the beliefs, the things you've been holding onto. That are keeping you stuck and rise into the next version of you.

Not perfect, just more aligned, more aware, and more real. Because change doesn't happen all at once. It happens in the small moments. Sometimes it's just one better thought, one better decision, one small step in the next 24 hours. That's how you begin. And if you need help figuring out what the next step is, I've created simple tools for you, like a Start Here guide and a 24 hour reset to help you clear and actually move forward. And I'll also be bringing in real people with real stories. Women who have walked through change, who have questioned everything, who have had to rebuild, redefine, and rediscover themselves, who choose to keep going anyway.

And sometimes they've even done this more than once. So you can hear those stories and start to believe that it's possible for you too. This podcast is not about perfection, and it's not about becoming someone completely different. It's about allowing yourself space to evolve, to grow, to shift, and to rise into the version of you that feels more aligned, more grounded, and more real. So if you're feeling that pull, that quiet nudge that something is changing, that there's something out there, more for you, you're not alone. You're just in a moment of becoming. So if you're ready to rise at your own pace and in your own way, you're in the right place. Follow the show and I'll meet you in the first episode.

Thank you so much for being here today. Before you go, I want to invite you to just take one small step in the next 24 hours. Whether that's shifting a thought, writing something down, or simply choosing something that feels better for you. If you want support with that, I created a simple affirmation and reflection guide for you. You can grab it in the link below. And if this episode spoke to you,
