Clarity for the Multi-Passionate Entrepreneur: How to Pick ONE Problem to Solve

Are you stuck because you solve MORE than one problem?

You're multi-passionate. You have multiple skills. And everyone's telling you to "pick ONE thing" - but which one?

Here's an example scenario:

Maybe you're a photographer who could:

  1. Train a team to work for you (scale through delegation)
  2. Teach other photographers to build businesses (scale through courses)

Two problems. Two avatars. Which do you choose?

Most people say: "Follow your passion."

I'm saying: Follow the profit.

Here's the framework:

Question 1: Which problem will people pay MORE to solve?

  • Young students learning photography? They'll pay $100-200.
  • Established photographers burnt out and needing to scale? They'll pay $1,000+ because they have the capital and the transformation is bigger.

Question 2: Which creates less work for YOU?

Building a team means:

  • Managing schedules
  • Checking work
  • Dealing with turnover
  • Constant questions

Building a course means:

  • They buy it
  • They implement it
  • You make money with less ongoing work

The truth nobody tells you:

Training a team solves your capacity problem but creates MORE work initially. It doesn't solve your TIME problem.

My recommendation:

Solve your financial problem first. Then solve your passion problem.

Go after the higher-ticket problem. The one where people will pay more.

Why?

Because when you have cash flow:

  • You can be pickier about clients
  • You can raise prices
  • You can take time off without worry
  • You have FREEDOM to build your passion project later

Once you've solved your income problem, build the second course from a place of abundance, not desperation.

The bottom line:

If you solve two problems, choose the one that:

  1. People will pay MORE for
  2. Creates the most cash flow
  3. Gives you time freedom

Your passion project can wait. Your financial freedom can't.
