It’s been just over two years since the pandemic began and also two years since I was first struck down with the virus. As a nutritionist, I am a healthy person who looks after myself, but it goes to show this can affect anyone... and it can really wipe you out. I sadly had to pause my podcast and postpone my Food Freedom Bootcamp event, as I realised trying to carry on as though nothing was happening was making me even more ill.
Having now recovered from Covid for the second time, today I wanted to talk about my experiences of having the virus and what I did that helped me recover. In this episode, I share my top tips on how to alleviate Covid symptoms and provide general advice on how to support your immune system.
