Speaker A:

In this episode we feature one of the four essential Force for Good tools in the Force for Good toolkit.

Speaker A:

It's the four page Growth Plan.

Speaker A:

In just four pages is everything you need to create exponential growth in your business.

Speaker A:

But before we dive into the tool, let's talk about why this four page plan is so powerful.

Speaker A:

The four page Growth Plan.

Speaker A:

A living document that simplifies your path to exponential growth by focusing on the core areas that drive success.

Speaker A:

It's designed to help you and your team get clear on your purpose, your customers and your impact plan.

Speaker A:

All of the essential elements to fuel growth and scalability.

Speaker A:

Here's what you'll experience when you implement and use the four page Growth Plan.

Speaker A:

First, you'll experience clarity and alignment.

Speaker A:

It keeps you and your team focused on what matters most, your purpose, who you serve and your long term impact plan.

Speaker A:

Second, Strategic focus.

Speaker A:

You'll be able to direct your energy toward the most critical areas of your business.

Speaker A:

Ensuring no aspect of growth goes neglected.

Speaker A:

And third, empowerment and freedom.

Speaker A:

As you implement this tool, your team will become aligned, self managing and able to execute without needing your constant oversight giving you your time back.

Speaker A:

So let's walk through the four page Growth Plan.

Speaker A:

This plan is broken down into three crucial areas of alignment.

Speaker A:

There are four crucial areas of alignment in the Force for Good system.

Speaker A:

And the four page Growth Plan really summarizes and addresses the first three.

Speaker A:

First is know your purpose.

Speaker A:

Second is know who you serve.

Speaker A:

And third is know your impact plan.

Speaker A:

The fourth is actually to know your highest and best use.

Speaker A:

And we have other tools to help you guide in on this and it falls directly from the four Page plan.

Speaker A:

But today we're going to focus on these three essential three elements.

Speaker A:

By clarifying these three elements with your team and together doing it with your team, you will unlock exponential perpetual growth in your company.

Speaker A:

So page one of the plan focuses on your purpose, which includes your company's core purpose, your 100 year vision and your 10 year impact goal.

Speaker A:

This sets the foundation for why you're in business and what you aim to achieve.

Speaker A:

Page two is all about who you serve.

Speaker A:

You'll define your authentic customer, who they are, what they need and why they need it.

Speaker A:

Understanding this will help you create offerings which could be services or products or a combination that align perfectly with your customer, your market.

Speaker A:

One thing to mention is that each of the topics contained within the four page growth plan has its own tool which I will introduce to you in the future episodes of the Force for Good Business show.

Speaker A:

But for now, I will guide you to to just take a crack at filling in the blanks of this first template.

Speaker A:

Okay, Moving on to page three of the four page plan, we dive into your impact plan, your revenue goals, profit margins and customer growth projections.

Speaker A:

This will help you assess your progress toward your 10 year goals.

Speaker A:

Great.

Speaker A:

So if this is all sounding really good to you, please be sure to like and follow our channel here today and our show so that you'll be able to find us again in the future.

Speaker A:

All right, so let's, let's talk about an example of a company using the four page plan and what, what can happen with a company as it uses a four page plan?

Speaker A:

So let's take Sarah, a sustainable, a founder of a sustainable beauty brand.

Speaker A:

After a few years of steady growth, her revenue plateaued to to 1.5 million and she felt stuck in the daily operations and unable to scale further.

Speaker A:

Sound familiar?

Speaker A:

So an example of what can happen after 30 days is after using the four page growth plan, Sarah was able to clearly define her core purpose and identified an untapped market segment.

Speaker A:

So after just 30 days, Sarah was able to see results.

Speaker A:

After 90 days, Sarah aligned her team around the new market and the new strategy, increasing customer acquisition by 15%.

Speaker A:

So think about how that would feel is if in just three months you could have 15% new customers coming in every week, every month and then in 12 months, what would it look like after 12 months to be using the four page growth plan?

Speaker A:

A year later, Sarah's business hit 3 million in revenue and she was able to hire three new sales people, hire a talented COO who now runs the daily operations and she was able to double her take home salary.

Speaker A:

So just think about what would be possible for you if you were able to double your profit and double your revenue in just 12 months.

Speaker A:

It's all very easy and very possible when you follow this Force for Good system.

Speaker A:

So let's go ahead now and walk through each section of the four page plan.

Speaker A:

,:

Speaker A:

By going to a ForceForGood biz free dash tool.

Speaker A:

You will also get it free ongoing when you buy the Force for Good book at a forceforgood Biz slash book.

Speaker A:

So let's go ahead and dive right into the four page plan.

Speaker A:

So you'll see that on the four page plan the first section is the Inception Story and Core Purpose.

Speaker A:

This is where you write down the story of why your company exists.

Speaker A:

You define your core purpose and your 100 year vision.

Speaker A:

This becomes your guiding light.

Speaker A:

Not just yours, but your whole team.

Speaker A:

Next, who you serve and we get pretty granular here.

Speaker A:

These are specific areas of defining who your market is and who you serve so that you can align your efforts together with your team and create exponential growth.

Speaker A:

So first you're going to go in and you're going to think about what's my total addressable market and serviceable obtainable market.

Speaker A:

And as you do that, you're starting to move into the language also of investors and banks so that you're able to speak to them in language that they're able to hear.

Speaker A:

So you are able to get access to capital when you need it.

Speaker A:

Next you're going to go into the exercise of the authentic customer experience, which is one of my favorite pieces of the Force for Good system.

Speaker A:

So you'll define who your authentic customer is, who they are, what they need, and you'll also articulate what you offer.

Speaker A:

Here you're in general, you write down what you offer, your services that you provide or products.

Speaker A:

You also mention your top three competitors, your position statement, and an area of chosen greatness.

Speaker A:

An area of chosen greatness is one of the really interesting pieces of the Force for Good system.

Speaker A:

It's the area that you become decide to become truly great in.

Speaker A:

And it's also the area that your customer needs you to be great in.

Speaker A:

So we'll think think about that and write something down.

Speaker A:

You'll also identify three transformational feelings that you would like to cultivate with every customer experience.

Speaker A:

You'll define impact mantras that guide your culture to create that customer experience, and three customer experience improvements that you're working on right now and then ongoing, you'll always have three.

Speaker A:

You'll also articulate your growth model.

Speaker A:

So we provide within the Force for Good System Some basic 5 basic models for growth.

Speaker A:

And then you're able to really easily modify them for your specific business and your specific customers.

Speaker A:

And you build from there a customer enrollment funnel that marries up with that growth model.

Speaker A:

So then included with the four page plan is a brief description of each of these terms that I'm walking you through so that you can quickly create an initial draft.

Speaker A:

In future episodes of the Force for Good Business show, we will delve deeper into each of these topics and provide a tool, sometimes more than one tool for each of these, for each of these categories so that you can refine your four page plan over time.

Speaker A:

But a first draft is a great place to start and you could do that today in less than 30 minutes.

Speaker A:

Minutes.

Speaker A:

So your last section is your 10 year impact plan.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

And this is where you're going to first articulate your 10 year goals in terms of impact, scale and profit.

Speaker A:

Here's where you're going to identify how many customers you would like to be serving in 10 years.

Speaker A:

The revenue and profit you you plan to achieve when you are in service over the next 10 years.

Speaker A:

Then you'll start to build your strategy and your series of milestones by doing a SWOT analysis.

Speaker A:

Your strengths, your weaknesses, your opportunities and threats.

Speaker A:

And then you'll have a chronological strategy three years at a time, followed by a set of ideals that you'll bring to your company over that entire time.

Speaker A:

We call those strategic priorities.

Speaker A:

And then you will build out milestones that will lead you there.

Speaker A:

10 year milestones, 3 year milestones and 12 month milestones after that you will create a 12 month breakthrough plan.

Speaker A:

So you'll identify one big breakthrough gold.

Speaker A:

At any time, at every time in the life of a business, there is one core breakthrough that is needed by the business in order to create exponential growth in impact, scale and profit.

Speaker A:

So in the 10 year plan, you will decide what that 12 month breakthrough is and the key performance indicators that will help you track your way to get there.

Speaker A:

So all of this is on the four page plan and you can get that four page plan once again by simply going to afforceforgood Biz free tool.

Speaker A:

It will be there for free until October 12th and you can also get it ongoing as part of the free offering when you buy the Force for Good book.

Speaker A:

So once you've completed the four page growth plan, here's the next three actions I invite you to take first.

Speaker A:

Share it with your leadership team and get their impact.

Speaker A:

Get their Input and their impact.

Speaker A:

2.

Speaker A:

Schedule a weekly review session with them to measure Progress on your plan.
