Hello there. Hello, Mel. How are you doing?
Melissa Amos:I'm good, how are you? I'm good. You look very
Beth Hewitt:bright and ready for the world today. Do you feel that
Beth Hewitt:way? Context. It's been really
Melissa Amos:sunny the last few days, and then today it's one of those
Melissa Amos:grey and wet days. And I am
Melissa Amos:so conscious when it is a day like this, how many people turn around and
Melissa Amos:go, oh, what a horrible day. People say it all the time, right?
Melissa Amos:And what a wet day.
Beth Hewitt:But I actually love these days, I love the rain. I don't
Beth Hewitt:particularly like being caught up in it, but I don't know, there's something about rain
Beth Hewitt:that clears the air. I actually think it makes you stop in the moment
Beth Hewitt:and just be like, oh, how shall I do my day to day? For example,
Beth Hewitt:today I'm in the summer house, and the rain immediately made me think, can
Beth Hewitt:I do it in the summer house? Because we might be able to hear the
Beth Hewitt:rain on the podcast. But then I thought, actually might be quite therapeutic for people
Beth Hewitt:to hear the rain. But as it is, I don't think you can hear it
Beth Hewitt:anyway because Zoom has cut the background noise out. But I just. I don't
Beth Hewitt:know. I like rainy days. I used to love it at school when it was
Beth Hewitt:raining and we all had to play inside instead and play with the games that
Beth Hewitt:no one ever played with. Like, I loved that kind of, that
Beth Hewitt:feeling. I don't know, something cosy about rain. Yeah, it can't be a
Melissa Amos:sunny day every day. It can't be a sunny day every day. Yeah. And I
Melissa Amos:don't think. I don't think we would want it to be. Although doing the school
Melissa Amos:run in the. Rain, that is no fun. No,
Beth Hewitt:that's less fun. I got out of that this morning. So what's
Melissa Amos:going on in Beth's world? That the listeners will be
Melissa Amos:riveted to. What'S going on in Beth's world. So right now, I'm in the
Beth Hewitt:middle of another gratitude journey. This time it's
Beth Hewitt:a smaller container. That's because, and this is an interesting topic as
Beth Hewitt:well, because of what's been going on in life. I wanted to create a
Beth Hewitt:smaller container. I didn't want my energy to be overwhelmed with lots
Beth Hewitt:and lots of people. And I think at one time I would have probably seen
Beth Hewitt:that maybe as a bit of a failure. Like, I haven't got 300 people in
Beth Hewitt:a community, but actually, I set that intention of, let's have
Beth Hewitt:a smaller group dynamic, which I can hold, and that all of
Beth Hewitt:those people that show up are going to be engaged, and it's just been a
Beth Hewitt:really nice space to be holding this month. So that's what
Beth Hewitt:I'm doing currently in terms of work. I'm working on the gratitude journey,
Beth Hewitt:but I'm also looking at this sense of community right now. I don't know about
Beth Hewitt:you, Mel, but I'm getting this real pull away from
Beth Hewitt:Facebook right now. And that's where I do a lot of my,
Beth Hewitt:a lot of my work. It's the biggest platform, really, I think I
Beth Hewitt:use in terms of my marketing and reach. And I'm really.
Beth Hewitt:I love community. I love creating space where there's
Beth Hewitt:engagement and connection and collaboration.
Beth Hewitt:And I'm just feeling Facebook is not conducive to that at the minute. It's just
Beth Hewitt:not. It's not helping me. It's not like how we talk about the universe. Like,
Beth Hewitt:you take some action and the universe meets you halfway. I feel like if Facebook
Beth Hewitt:was the universe, it wouldn't be being very kind right now, because if you're doing
Beth Hewitt:all of the work and Facebook's going, I'm not going to help you with your
Beth Hewitt:actions kind of thing. I don't know, I feel like it served its purpose. I'm
Beth Hewitt:going to stick around on Facebook. I'm not going to cut my nose off despite
Beth Hewitt:my face, but I'm working on things behind the scenes where I want to create
Beth Hewitt:and cultivate communities that have got a different
Beth Hewitt:energy. And it's kicked up all kinds of different nuances and things as I've
Beth Hewitt:been working through that. Even just thinking about
Beth Hewitt:moving space has also changed some of
Beth Hewitt:these perceptions or self limiting beliefs we hold about ourselves. So, for example,
Beth Hewitt:from like price point kind of thing, like,
Beth Hewitt:as soon as you shift to a new space and dynamic, you're no
Beth Hewitt:longer held down by the same conditions that you were
Beth Hewitt:previously or that you become accustomed to, if that makes sense. Does that make
Beth Hewitt:sense? So that's what's going on for me right now, is that I'm in the
Beth Hewitt:summer house because it's coming to summertime. I
Beth Hewitt:like working out here in the garden this time of the year. But, yeah,
Beth Hewitt:just doing my thing, creating new products,
Beth Hewitt:creating new services, just having fun and living life
Beth Hewitt:and listening to the rain. So, yeah, that's my long answer to what's going
Beth Hewitt:on right now. Well, I want to pick up on that because you
Melissa Amos:said about creating community and community
Melissa Amos:is, look, I'm seeing a big shift in a lot
Melissa Amos:of people, especially those that
Melissa Amos:are, what do we call awakened, aware,
Melissa Amos:conscious. And there seems to be, there seems to have
Melissa Amos:been, especially in the last few weeks and months, this
Melissa Amos:up level in connection, this change in
Melissa Amos:connection, this want for a deepening of connection.
Melissa Amos:And connection for me is one of my strongest values. It
Melissa Amos:always comes up whenever I'm looking at creating something
Melissa Amos:new or doing inquiry of myself or wondering
Melissa Amos:why I'm maybe not feeling aligned to something. It always
Melissa Amos:comes back to connection to self, to connection to others,
Melissa Amos:connection to spirit, connection to truth, connection to whatever
Melissa Amos:it is. And then, and how all of those are connected
Melissa Amos:together. And as we're recording
Melissa Amos:this, it was last week when many parts of
Melissa Amos:the world saw the aurora. And
Melissa Amos:it's interesting when an event
Melissa Amos:happens like that where we're all sitting in this amazing
Melissa Amos:awe and there's something that's different happening. Just like we started this
Melissa Amos:conversation of when it's raining, it's something different now I'm moving somewhere else. It brings
Melissa Amos:up conceptions and perceptions. I think the
Melissa Amos:aurora did that for so many people. It's like this possibility of
Melissa Amos:what's going on now.
Melissa Amos:I channeled into the
Melissa Amos:energetics of the aurora as it came in. I got
Melissa Amos:this really profound insight
Melissa Amos:which I didn't realize the implication from until a couple of
Melissa Amos:days or about 24 hours later. And it
Melissa Amos:said to me, I was like, what's this about? I just asked that question, what's
Melissa Amos:this about? What's your message? And I got this
Melissa Amos:download, if you like. That said, this is around
Melissa Amos:about technology, the use of technology,
Melissa Amos:where we place our focus and experiencing
Melissa Amos:wonder and awe. And then here we are having a conversation
Melissa Amos:about technology. Is it meeting me halfway? How am
Melissa Amos:I doing this? It's interesting, this seems to be coming
Melissa Amos:up and I've been having conversations with friends
Melissa Amos:and I've just noticed something.
Melissa Amos:So I've got chat GPT open on my yeah, some
Melissa Amos:work and the forward slash number is
Melissa Amos:444. But this is the point
Melissa Amos:is that as I was tuning into the aurora and I
Melissa Amos:was like, okay, what is the message? And I posted it on my page, which
Melissa Amos:I'm sure if you went on my Facebook or on my Instagram, you could go
Melissa Amos:back and find it. But it spoke about this coming together of
Melissa Amos:technology in humans, and technology is involved.
Melissa Amos:Like, I've just said the horror words, chat GPT as a spiritual
Melissa Amos:teacher and there will be people who are going, how can you use chat
Melissa Amos:GPT? It's like the work of the devil, but it's not.
Melissa Amos:It's are we relating with this? How are we
Melissa Amos:working with Facebook? How are we working with AI? How are we
Melissa Amos:working with technology? What are we feeding into it and then what are we
Melissa Amos:drawing out of it? And with the aurora, it
Melissa Amos:was interesting. The only reason I knew it was there is because I was on
Melissa Amos:my phone on Facebook, and then suddenly I started to see these pictures and
Melissa Amos:I'm like, and then I went outside and I'm
Melissa Amos:looking in the sky and I'm like, oh, I think there is something out there.
Melissa Amos:And how did I get those amazing views? Through
Melissa Amos:the camera on my phone? Yeah. Which has the
Melissa Amos:capabilities. So the technology isn't
Melissa Amos:bad. The technology enabled me to happen,
Melissa Amos:but I took time out of looking through my phone to
Melissa Amos:get the photos wide so I could share it with people to
Melissa Amos:actually stop and just be, even if I couldn't see it fully with
Melissa Amos:my naked eye, to just be in the energetics that are coming in.
Beth Hewitt:Yeah. So there's a toing and throwing a blending.
Melissa Amos:There's something going on. I think there definitely is. I wrote an email,
Beth Hewitt:actually, I think it was the day after the aurora, around that around perspective,
Beth Hewitt:because there were a lot of people saying, I couldn't see it, there was nothing
Beth Hewitt:there. Why can I see it? Why can you see it? Kind of thing. And
Beth Hewitt:it was all the email. I can't remember the full essence of it, but it
Beth Hewitt:was about the shift in the perspective. And actually, if you utilize the tool, if
Beth Hewitt:you use your phone, you might have, might be able to see the unhidden. And
Beth Hewitt:it's like life generally, right? If we shift a perspective, we change a lens all
Beth Hewitt:of a sudden. And actually, at that time, everybody was thinking, we
Beth Hewitt:can try again tomorrow. Now, unfortunately, I don't think the weather
Beth Hewitt:allowed us or things had moved along and we couldn't see it as the same
Beth Hewitt:way as the day before. But there is something about the shifting of
Beth Hewitt:perspectives and using technology or using
Beth Hewitt:communication or just changing the status quo. Because I think
Beth Hewitt:if we come back to Facebook, for example, it's a giant, isn't it?
Beth Hewitt:And so many people use it every single day. It's just part
Beth Hewitt:of who we are. We might get up in the morning, the first thing that
Beth Hewitt:we check is maybe Facebook or some other social platform, and it's just
Beth Hewitt:come ingrained in us that this is part and parcel of what we do. But
Beth Hewitt:actually, what if there's a different way to have the
Beth Hewitt:same experience, but a better experience in a different place with a different
Beth Hewitt:lens, with a different perspective? So I'm all for new technology and new
Beth Hewitt:ways of doing. I love chat GPT. Like, I use it, like, for
Beth Hewitt:all kinds of different things. It's absolutely amazing for
Beth Hewitt:brainstorming and working with us. Don't use it just to give you the answer,
Beth Hewitt:but use it to mold with your, your inquisitive
Beth Hewitt:nature and your own ideas and see what else can come up as well. And
Beth Hewitt:again, that's about connection and communication
Beth Hewitt:and all of that. What are you giving your
Melissa Amos:power to? You can think about the, you can think about chat GPT,
Melissa Amos:and I can put something in there and I can say to it, write me
Melissa Amos:a program. And then the program's just not going to be,
Melissa Amos:it might be good, but it's not going to be me. And so the people
Melissa Amos:who are then attending my things, and then I'm reading out some
Melissa Amos:stuff that I haven't even written, it's not going to
Melissa Amos:resonate because they're coming to me. They're not going to
Melissa Amos:chat GPT, but using that as a
Melissa Amos:prompt, help me hear about other things, or
Melissa Amos:I want to talk about this. Can you let me know what other research is
Melissa Amos:around and available for it? And using it to help
Melissa Amos:enhance is like, why wouldn't we? This is for me
Melissa Amos:what the age of Aquarius is about.
Melissa Amos:Now, I had an interesting discussion with
Melissa Amos:some of my members in soul space. It was a few months ago,
Melissa Amos:and it was when Zoom had put on some new terminal
Melissa Amos:conditions, saying that they're basically recording all of your thing
Melissa Amos:and that everything that you say, you're giving them
Melissa Amos:your rights. And they were like, we're all going to come off Zoom and all
Melissa Amos:this stuff. And I'm like, hold on a minute. What I understand of this
Melissa Amos:new rule is it makes sense. We've got these AI tools.
Melissa Amos:Like, this is being transcribed. Yes. This call that we are having is being
Melissa Amos:transcribed. What's it being transcribed by AI? Yes.
Melissa Amos:And so we need it saving us days of time. Maybe that's how you found
Melissa Amos:us, by a keyword that was on the transcript. I
Melissa Amos:don't know. Maybe this is how this message is getting out there. But also,
Melissa Amos:isn't it good for the AI bots that
Melissa Amos:there's information like this that's going into the AI?
Melissa Amos:Because if the only people that used AI were people who
Melissa Amos:didn't care about the universe, the planet,
Melissa Amos:ethics people, the
Melissa Amos:spirituality, the greater good, then the
Melissa Amos:only information that would go into AI is all the kind of the things that
Melissa Amos:we don't really want more of in the world. And what I said to my
Melissa Amos:members was actually, I quite like the idea that
Melissa Amos:my words and that my ideas and that my
Melissa Amos:understandings and my ethics are going in and feeding this machine
Melissa Amos:even if it's just like zero, zero, like
Melissa Amos:1%, it's still putting in that drop.
Beth Hewitt:Yeah. Of good points and a sea of.
Melissa Amos:Who knows? It's the age old kind of the history that
Beth Hewitt:goes round and round again, like when the machines first started coming in and the
Beth Hewitt:printing press, and it's just time evolving and new things coming
Beth Hewitt:in all the time. There's always going to be a level of resistance, and it's
Beth Hewitt:whether are you going to come along for the journey and be part of the
Beth Hewitt:solutions where technology is actually
Beth Hewitt:working for us rather than against us? We can't
Beth Hewitt:get left behind. We can get left behind, but I would say don't get left
Beth Hewitt:behind. And I think it's a really good point that the work
Beth Hewitt:that many of us do in the world should be
Beth Hewitt:being interpreted and used in new
Beth Hewitt:ways to create better worlds rather than
Beth Hewitt:scaremongering or whatever else. AI in itself, just like money
Melissa Amos:in itself, just like social media in itself, is not inherently good or
Melissa Amos:bad. It's what we do with it that that counts and
Melissa Amos:that matters. And I was also. These
Melissa Amos:synchronicities just coming up. I was also in a. I'm in a
Melissa Amos:Facebook group that's part of a program that I'm in, and they've chosen
Melissa Amos:to take the group off Facebook and put it on a separate
Melissa Amos:platform. And I went in there and it's a really nice group. It's one of
Melissa Amos:those rare groups on the Internet that actually, you
Melissa Amos:can have discussion. Yeah, it's good
Melissa Amos:engagement. They're good people. And you, like, you go in there and there's
Melissa Amos:this just nice little light fizz. And I put a note in
Melissa Amos:there and I said, it's really rare to see this, and I'm going to miss
Melissa Amos:the community because actually this group, sometimes it just shows up on
Melissa Amos:my newsfeed, which can be a sea of
Melissa Amos:opinion. And actually, my commitment is to
Melissa Amos:continue that when somebody, whoever it is, comes
Melissa Amos:across my post, that maybe it will help just fizz a
Melissa Amos:little bit of light in what could be a sea of doom,
Melissa Amos:right. Which sometimes it is, depending on who you connect to and
Melissa Amos:your algorithms and all of this. And so it becomes our
Melissa Amos:responsibility. And if you're listening to this, I would say that
Melissa Amos:it's, it can be quite easy to move into
Melissa Amos:this despair. And so. Oh, my God, everyone's having these
Melissa Amos:conversations. Yeah. On the Internet. And it's awful
Melissa Amos:and I need to come off it and I need to do this. And if
Melissa Amos:that's your choice, then that's fine. And how
Melissa Amos:about if you're not seeing what you want, you become
Melissa Amos:the change that you want to see and you
Melissa Amos:bring to that space. You become a creator, not a
Melissa Amos:consumer. You bring your light, your energy,
Melissa Amos:your point of view into this space. And
Melissa Amos:maybe even for one person, you'll
Melissa Amos:help change their perspective, help them feel a little bit of
Melissa Amos:this energetic that you can emit. That's
Beth Hewitt:exactly where my head is right
Beth Hewitt:now with moving a community to another
Beth Hewitt:platform, in that I can see the benefits of
Beth Hewitt:this particular platform. I won't name it right now, but there's
Beth Hewitt:a lot of, you can hear around the periphery, lots of
Beth Hewitt:conversational communication of, this is not the right space
Beth Hewitt:or it's bro energy or. And I just
Beth Hewitt:think, actually, it's not about who's already there. It's
Beth Hewitt:about what we bring to the party. And if, let's take women, for example.
Beth Hewitt:If women never stepped up and said, I have a place at the table, too,
Beth Hewitt:I can make business decisions or I can vote for my
Beth Hewitt:country, whatever that is. If women particularly didn't do
Beth Hewitt:that, then where would we be today? So, as I'm looking at it, it
Beth Hewitt:would be very easy to listen to maybe some of these naysayers and
Beth Hewitt:more critical elements of. But this is
Beth Hewitt:what's over there right now. But I'm thinking, yeah, but this isn't, this platform
Beth Hewitt:is amazing. It has so much potential, and it's not
Beth Hewitt:about who's using it now or how they choose to use it. It's
Beth Hewitt:about how we as leaders choose to use it
Beth Hewitt:moving forward and shining the light for other people to do that,
Beth Hewitt:too. Because why should something be dominated? And
Beth Hewitt:it's not about saying, like, one energy is better than other energy. It's just about,
Beth Hewitt:let's. Let's just compliment one another. There's a space for everybody. So it's interesting
Beth Hewitt:that you've raised that as well, because I think it's. That's
Beth Hewitt:the thought process that I'm having at the minute, is that it's
Beth Hewitt:about stepping up into a different kind of leadership where you're
Beth Hewitt:prepared to do something that goes
Beth Hewitt:against the grain, see what happens. But I feel only
Beth Hewitt:magical things can happen when you're in that kind of let's create good.
Melissa Amos:It's this balance, isn't it? We listen to our
Melissa Amos:intuitive nudges, we understand what is it that's
Melissa Amos:driven, that is it an inspiration of, okay, there's
Melissa Amos:this new thing I need to go here. I'm being called here. Is it
Melissa Amos:a running away from energy? Like, we look at these things and we're like,
Melissa Amos:okay, how do we bring in and make the most of
Melissa Amos:that? How do we bring our essence into the place? Now,
Melissa Amos:what's also interesting is last week I was running a free
Melissa Amos:event on really diving deep into what it
Melissa Amos:means to be intuitive, how to work with our intuitive nudges,
Melissa Amos:what intuitive isn't all of this. Now, I have run
Melissa Amos:a similar event on Facebook, but I don't
Melissa Amos:know how many times now. Seven times, I think. And it's brilliant. And
Melissa Amos:I was like, you know what? I don't want to do it on Facebook this
Melissa Amos:time. And I took it over to telegram and did the
Melissa Amos:whole thing on there, and the energy was completely different.
Melissa Amos:And I'm. I've not really been much on telegram,
Melissa Amos:but having the. It was just different. Like,
Melissa Amos:completely different. And part of my decision was, I know that I
Melissa Amos:do have a lot of clients who don't want to be on social media. And
Melissa Amos:when I'm working with people and encouraging them to open their
Melissa Amos:intuitive information, to open their energy bodies,
Melissa Amos:that sometimes a platform that's so busy, like
Melissa Amos:Facebook, isn't conducive to the opening, and then
Melissa Amos:it can become overwhelming. So I thought I would try it.
Melissa Amos:And yes, there's some refinements and tweaks that I
Melissa Amos:need to do from my end, but I actually really liked it. My nervous
Melissa Amos:system was settled the whole time. I really enjoyed the whole process.
Melissa Amos:It wasn't actually that energetically
Melissa Amos:taxing, like you said, with your smaller group that you've
Melissa Amos:got. So it's different, and who knows where that might
Melissa Amos:be another time. So there is this
Melissa Amos:definite move and shake, and
Melissa Amos:I want to encourage the listeners to
Melissa Amos:just notice what's coming up for them now and
Melissa Amos:what they can bring to these different platforms. Where are you
Beth Hewitt:being called? Where you've been pulled to, what you've been encouraged
Beth Hewitt:to try. It's exciting,
Beth Hewitt:it's new, and, yeah, it's just nice to
Beth Hewitt:try these new places. I did a similar thing with Voxa recently, and again, it
Beth Hewitt:was the same. I'd probably not made that connection about the nervous system, but,
Beth Hewitt:yeah, I can totally resonate with that. It's almost like a clear channel. There's nothing
Beth Hewitt:else there. There's no distractions. There's
Beth Hewitt:no. Yeah, just a nice space to be
Beth Hewitt:and to create from the ground up, rather than almost trying
Beth Hewitt:to peer through the trees of everything that's come before. When we're in
Beth Hewitt:Facebook or we're in a group and we've previously run something in a similar space,
Beth Hewitt:or there's lots of things I've gone on previously. It's almost like we're trying to
Beth Hewitt:restate ourselves. Like, hello, I'm back
Beth Hewitt:again. But I think in a brand new space each time, it's
Beth Hewitt:just like starting from the ground up and being. And just seeing what
Beth Hewitt:organically happens in a really easy space.
Melissa Amos:Yes, we are evolving, and our job is to continue to
Melissa Amos:evolve. I started speaking about the
Melissa Amos:aurora and the message that I got from that. And
Melissa Amos:the message that I got was super clear about what is it that you're
Melissa Amos:focusing on? Because if you remember, after the
Melissa Amos:aurora, the following day, 24 hours later, we
Melissa Amos:had, yes, half some of the people, oh, it's not fair.
Melissa Amos:Why did no one tell me? Blah, blah. And some people were
Melissa Amos:joking about it, and some people were mad about it. And then there was
Melissa Amos:this whole thing of, oh, it was a
Melissa Amos:technological. It was because of
Melissa Amos:weather and all of this stuff. And
Melissa Amos:whether that's true or not isn't my concern at the moment. But
Melissa Amos:I received this message about how are we responding to technology?
Melissa Amos:That technology isn't inherently good or bad. And then
Melissa Amos:some hours later, discovered that there was talk of maybe
Melissa Amos:this whole phenomenon was created by technology, maybe
Melissa Amos:it wasn't. And I thought, isn't this message even more
Melissa Amos:potent now? And I wonder,
Melissa Amos:do you want to hear it? Do you want to hear what I. Yeah, sure.
Melissa Amos:Yeah. Okay. Spend even a small
Melissa Amos:moment in the beautiful awe that is possible in the world, in the
Melissa Amos:darkness of the world, in the peace and quiet. It's the darkness and the
Melissa Amos:still that brings you and allows the possibility of the wonder
Melissa Amos:to you. It's moments like these that impart
Melissa Amos:the connection of the vast as well as the apparent separateness of
Melissa Amos:self. How small you may feel under the expanse of the
Melissa Amos:stars. And it is the awe, the feeling of
Melissa Amos:wonder, the openness to the vastness of possibility that
Melissa Amos:starts to create a momentum when the full spectrum of
Melissa Amos:light is able to be received in the world through the darkness that
Melissa Amos:many of you shy from. But where you can shine the
Melissa Amos:most, these purples and blues and pinks and greens
Melissa Amos:flooding you with wonder, with codes that you can choose
Melissa Amos:how to use. That's right. It is not our intention to do
Melissa Amos:the work for you, but to provide you with the opportunities to
Melissa Amos:awaken what is ready for you. Tonight is one of those
Melissa Amos:times. Choose. As the age of Aquarius is
Melissa Amos:dawning, humans all have a choice. This connection with technology
Melissa Amos:can both ascend and descend, can create both
Melissa Amos:wonder and fear. And both can imply love or
Melissa Amos:hate. That, dear ones, is up to you. When
Melissa Amos:technologies are involved in natural phenomena, it is not inherently bad
Melissa Amos:or wrong or scary, but with enough focus, we can make it that
Melissa Amos:way. As you noticed with the events this evening, technology
Melissa Amos:allowed for this to happen. Should this take away the wonder?
Melissa Amos:When was the last time you allowed yourself true, pure,
Melissa Amos:unadulterated, wow. True openness to the
Melissa Amos:possibility, true connection with the night sky and the
Melissa Amos:wonderful phenomena that the humans get to experience?
Melissa Amos:When was the last time it interests us
Melissa Amos:that humans can very easily dwell in cynicism and fear and
Melissa Amos:rejection and separation. Yet a moment of wonder is short
Melissa Amos:lived and often preferred to be logicalized away.
Melissa Amos:Why would you so easily allow yourself to be drawn down when
Melissa Amos:it is so few and far between that we find ourselves enjoying?
Melissa Amos:The power of? These moments come with how the humans welcome and
Melissa Amos:interact with them. This is the same for your technologies and
Melissa Amos:your artificial intelligence. And when a major world event such
Melissa Amos:as this one occurs, choose your thoughts wisely, for they all have
Melissa Amos:power to create worlds. You are on the precipice
Melissa Amos:of pure potentiality right now. How do you choose to
Melissa Amos:honor the possibilities that lie ahead? Enjoy.
Melissa Amos:And full of wonderful. Wow,
Beth Hewitt:amazing words. There's so much to pick out from that
Beth Hewitt:I don't really know where to start. There was certainly, like, a resetting, wasn't there,
Beth Hewitt:when that happened? Because it made people look up and stop and
Beth Hewitt:think, is there a different way? Or at least if you wanted
Beth Hewitt:to do that, you could do that. You could think,
Beth Hewitt:what, is this just something I need to be focused on in the moment?
Beth Hewitt:Or is actually this telling me something more than what I'm seeing right
Beth Hewitt:now? So I just love all of that. I don't really know what to say.
Beth Hewitt:I think there's so much more to unpack with all of that. Even
Melissa Amos:just on a neurological level, right when you're looking up, it's
Melissa Amos:creating pathways in the brain. Like, even just that. Even if we just took
Melissa Amos:that. Amazing. Yeah. And you think
Melissa Amos:about the moment, certainly, for me, it was
Melissa Amos:like, oh, my God. Like we've. Me and my husband have been saying
Melissa Amos:for years, I would really love to go to Iceland, to Norway, to go and
Melissa Amos:see the northern lights, the stuff we were meant to go
Melissa Amos:around 2020 and never happened, obviously.
Melissa Amos:And in the moment, we were like, wow.
Melissa Amos:We were standing literally outside our front door, like,
Melissa Amos:in this sense of, oh, my gosh. And from a
Melissa Amos:physiological point of view, that sense of wonder, that sense of awe, that
Melissa Amos:sense of just being astounded, it
Melissa Amos:doesn't happen. It's not something that we allow
Melissa Amos:ourselves. Very often
Beth Hewitt:it's not even allowing, is it, though? It's almost like the certain conditions that need
Beth Hewitt:to happen in order. It's like, for me, awe. It's almost like when you give
Beth Hewitt:birth, like a baby arrives. Oh my goodness. Like, how did I create this? How
Beth Hewitt:is this possible? How did the body do this? That's awe.
Beth Hewitt:I think it's very difficult. Is it difficult
Beth Hewitt:to get to that space of awe and wonder without something stimulating
Beth Hewitt:something, without something triggering the mind to think in a different
Beth Hewitt:way? That did, yeah,
Beth Hewitt:that's what it did. On a major scale. Now,
Melissa Amos:for me, this spiritual journey, like, even right now, as we're speaking,
Melissa Amos:a tiny little bird, I don't know what it is. Maybe a sparrow
Melissa Amos:has just jumped in as we're talking about this. It's jumped in and it's sitting
Melissa Amos:on my herbs and it's just having a nice little
Melissa Amos:chill. Like, even in a moment like that, there can
Melissa Amos:be when, when, you know, when I just said about
Melissa Amos:that, my chat GPT and my forward slash is 444. There's
Melissa Amos:moments like this that if we connect into the
Melissa Amos:likelihood and the synchro
Melissa Amos:dipidous moments of what this could be,
Melissa Amos:there could be all, every day, every time the sun sets and the
Melissa Amos:sun rises, every time you hear of a new baby being
Melissa Amos:born, every time there's some connection that
Melissa Amos:happens. It's possible, but we end up
Melissa Amos:logicalizing things. We end up. That just happens every
Melissa Amos:day. Oh, okay. But what else is going on? We have all of these
Melissa Amos:distractions. We have all of this stuff. And so
Melissa Amos:I think it's possible to do it.
Melissa Amos:And it was very interesting for me to witness what
Melissa Amos:happened with the aurora and then people going, oh, just trying
Melissa Amos:to bring that energy down. And you think, why? Why are
Melissa Amos:you trying to bring the energy down? What? And it's because we're not used to
Melissa Amos:it. And so it's familiar and then we're like, it can't
Melissa Amos:be true. It has to be bad. And so I'm going to
Melissa Amos:throw that in there. And it's just,
Melissa Amos:I don't think that's the point of our
Melissa Amos:spiritual, human existence.
Melissa Amos:Personally. I agree. There's always, like, when I'm doing the gratitude journeys that I always
Beth Hewitt:get people who get totally into it and they're super positive and then there's
Beth Hewitt:other people like, nothing's good has happened this
Beth Hewitt:week. And then, you know, I'll look on the wall to see what's been going
Beth Hewitt:on. Have they been like, to a family meal or somebody's birthday party or they've
Beth Hewitt:got a brand new coat and I'm thinking there's loads of things that you could
Beth Hewitt:be grateful for. So there's always the people that will have a point of attraction
Beth Hewitt:in a particular space. The thing I love about this phenomenon is
Beth Hewitt:that it was a collective experience.
Beth Hewitt:So it wasn't just all in isolation, it was
Beth Hewitt:actually. You could see how people were choosing to
Beth Hewitt:react in the moment and they're continuing to react. And
Beth Hewitt:if it was something that happened every single week, would we still have that
Beth Hewitt:same level of awe? Or would it just become part of the everyday? I love
Beth Hewitt:that it happened and I love that it was a conversation piece. And I love
Beth Hewitt:that it's starting to illuminate this kind
Beth Hewitt:of conversation because it's needed. We need
Beth Hewitt:to have that. We do. We all need more
Melissa Amos:awe in our life. We do. A wonderful, colourful
Beth Hewitt:experience episode today. I loved it all.
Beth Hewitt:I'm so happy that we all experienced that last week, or at least on some
Beth Hewitt:level we experienced it, whatever that was. I do feel it's a start of a
Beth Hewitt:conversation moving forward for community and connection, so.
Beth Hewitt:But it's been great to discuss it today. And so what I
Melissa Amos:want to end this with is things happen and
Melissa Amos:things happen all the time. And technology is something that is now part
Melissa Amos:of us and I think that we, especially as conscious beings
Melissa Amos:now have a choice, like it is our duty really to
Melissa Amos:do the work. Yes. And this doesn't just mean sitting
Melissa Amos:and changing your vibration and your point of attraction where you
Melissa Amos:are. It is also, I think, our responsibility
Melissa Amos:to be in spaces that. Where
Melissa Amos:we can have a positive influence even minutely,
Melissa Amos:wherever that is. And so
Melissa Amos:if you can, maybe we'll speak about this another week, but
Melissa Amos:think about becoming the transmitter of energy rather than the
Melissa Amos:receiver of energy in these kinds of
Melissa Amos:spaces. Try that for the next week and let us
Melissa Amos:know what difference it makes and then maybe we can dial down that conversation.
