[0:09] Taking inspired actions and turning thoughts into tangible results in today's episode. We're going to explore the, Transformational power of taking intentional and inspired actions to turn our thoughts into concrete tangible results, See our thoughts are the seeds of possibility, but without action They're just that they're just thoughts they stay Stagnant, they're only ideas now ideas is can turn into anything that we want.

They have unlimited possibility, but without action, they go nowhere.

Taking inspired actions is the bridge that turns our ideas, our dreams into reality.

It's what gets you from the one side to the other side of the river.

The river being inaction. You know, that's what crosses that divide.

When we take action, we bring our thoughts to life.

It's not enough to just think about what you want. You have to actually do it.

You have to pursue it.

By taking those steps towards your goals, you create momentum and you propel yourself forward.

[1:26] Inspired actions are driven by passion and purpose, and they come from deep within.

They come from a deep alignment with your values and with your desires, with your wants, with your dreams, your goals.

When you tap into that inner motivation, you find the drive and the determination to take consistent meaningful actions.

Consistent and meaningful, two majorly key words.

[1:58] One of the key elements of turning your thoughts into those tangible results is overcoming fear and doubt.

The fear is often a fear of failure and doubt is doubt in your ability.

And we have to overcome those things in order to be able to take that consistent action.

It's a natural thing to experience that uncertainty when we're starting something new, when we're going down a path that we've never gone before.

But by continually doing new things, you create belief in yourself and you embrace a growth mindset.

[2:38] That will help you move past those fears and build the confidence to continually move forward, when we take inspired actions that, Often involves getting outside of your comfort zone and that is where growth happens, Growth happens when you push yourself, Beyond what's familiar when you get outside of the boundaries of the normal of the mundane of?

What you know?

Growth happens when you grow, when your circle or your sphere of capability grows, when you operate outside of that, just a little bit, not too far, but just a little bit, just enough to utilize what you know in a new way.

That's where growth happens. And when we embrace that discomfort and, Take on new challenges you expand your capabilities and you open yourself up to new opportunities.

[3:39] Another essential aspect of that taking that action is a Plan of action you have to have a plan you can you can do, Actions you can act Sure, but to move yourself towards your goals, It requires a plan it what you want to do is you want to break down those goals into smaller?

More manageable tasks that way you can track your progress and celebrate the milestones along the way and, It helps keep you focused on your path to achieving that success that you want, takes consistent Deliberate actions leading to sustainable results now don't be mistaken in thinking that all, actions lead to immediate success or even success, setbacks and failures are part of the, Part of the journey you will experience setbacks and failures if you try something new, When we used to go wakeboarding, I would tell my buddy all the time The reason he never fell is because he didn't try anything I don't know if I ever saw him get his hair wet, Wakeboarding out on the lake because he didn't try anything that he could fail at, I don't know if he was afraid of the water or what but he didn't fail. He wasn't growing as a wakeboarder.

[5:07] But that trying and failing, those experiences are invaluable for our learning.

They're lessons that give us opportunities to learn and grow from.

And then we can adjust our approach the next time. I've fallen hard so many times wakeboarding, but I learned and I got better and I improved.

To recap, taking inspired action is the catalyst for turning your thoughts into tangible results. And when you align your actions with your passions and your purpose, when you embrace discomfort, when you persevere through the challenges, you can turn your dreams and your goals into reality. So take that first step today and take actions towards your goals.

Tomorrow we're talking about the thoughts that turn into action. I alluded to that a little bit today. Tomorrow we're diving deeper into your thoughts. Do good work.
