Lesson 111: Words Shape Your Reality

Even in jest, I don't think anyone should call themselves "stupid" or "dumb" and that's because words are super powerful. Whenever we use a word, it sows a seed and the more we use it, the more real it becomes. In essence, do not get shocked if you actually end up acting/being stupid or dumb if you keep calling yourself those things. We should rather be using positive words. We should also be careful with the way we present things because those affect us emotionally and mentally too.
