- Brain dump, get down everything that’s bothering you and all your limiting beliefs. Then write out your argument for the opposite side.
Journal Prompt 2: The 4 questions. Write down the limiting thought you are having (Ex: I’m not smart enough to start my own business). Ask yourself these 4 questions:
- Is this true?
- How do I know this to be true?
- How do I feel when I think this thought?
- Who would I be without this thought?
Choose your new thought, repeat the same 4 questions.
