Danielle Rama Hoffman:Hey, divine leader, welcome to this episode, the pro lightworker how to make more money. So what is a professional light worker? Well, we're gonna dive into that in this episode as well as how to make more money. Yet what do I mean by light worker, it means that as your profession as your career, you are in the transformational industry, you are a coach, you're a therapist, you're an energy healer, you're a channel, you are a spiritual leader, you may be an author, you may have different modalities that you work with human design, or Tarot or astrology, acupuncture massage. So as a pro Lightworker, if you're anything like me and our clients at divine transmissions, most likely you love what you do. And not only do you love it, it's real calling it it, it is your reason in a way for incarnating, you're very clear that you have a role to play in facilitating transformation, evolution, change, and others and for the larger evolution in consciousness. And my guess is that you love it so much. And it's so much a fabric of who you are. And, and while you're here, that you'd even do it for free, which is awesome. If you are a hobby light worker, if being a light worker, being a transformational agent of change is your hobby, then that's awesome, that you would do it for free. However, if you are a professional, your purpose, and your passion needs to pay the bills. And I'm really passionate about this, because I've been a part of the healing arts since the early 90s. And I've met so many really talented, incredible energy healers, lightworkers, who were just making ends meet or not even having enough money coming in to be able to pay their bills, and I just like, it doesn't have to be that way. Now, if you're here, you may already be like how I was when I first started having my own business where I was a professional pretty much right from the get go, where I was doing a full time it was sustaining My, my, my livelihood. And, and then you you may be anywhere along the the scale of things, as we're talking about money, because as you know, this is a seven figure spiritual leader. So you may be here creating your first six figures or growing to seven figures or you may just be starting out, however, as a professional Lightworker, how to make more money is important. And so in this episode, we're really going to cover five possible reasons and ways you may not be making more money. And if we have time, we'll go into how to shift at least one of them. So in a way, these five ways are also a little bit of a framework of what a professional light worker is because I know like for at this time on the earth star. There's a lot of individuals as well that are transitioning out of a career and then maybe starting in their own transformational business or, or working for somebody else. I remember I was a massage therapist, and I worked at a part of a like a business where they or you could do floating in the deprivation tank. So it was like, you know, I was doing my massage, but I was a part of a larger experience. And, and so as these these five ways you can make more money, they're also kind of five indications that you are a professional light worker. And again, you may be transitioning or just starting your business. And yet this can also be informative as to different sign signposts along the way. Now, of course, this isn't everything that makes one a professional light worker. However, this is important, they are important aspects of it.
Danielle Rama Hoffman:So the first one is that you are a professional, you're a pro lightworker. And one of the reasons that you may not be making more money is that you're not running your business, like a business, rather more like a hobby or a passion. So how does this show up, this can show up with being kind of loosey goosey with your time or not having clear client agreements in place, not having your, your the ways that you work very clear. So really being a professional is that you have a business, and there are certain aspects of being in business that you are honoring. And so some of that may, may come down to really saying, Okay, what are your office hours? What are the days of the week that you don't work? What planning, even though, I follow energy, that's my number one aspect of my business plan is Bali energy. Yet, there's this kind of professional aspect of it in terms of having a business, as well as really being a pro at what you do that and not necessarily from the perspective of you have a certification or training or those kinds of things, because I've seen so many lightworkers who are really adept at what, what they do stop themselves, because of like, oh, I need another training, or I need to read another book, or I'm not certified or who am I or that that whole imposter syndrome. Whereas what I mean by by professional is that they're there and I know this seems very rudimentary, yet they you also cultivate your, your craft, and you, you evolve it and you grow it now, most of the lightworkers I know we were passionate about our own transformation, we're passionate about continuing to learn and to grow. And so and so you may already have that aspect down and part of this like being a professionals, having a business being a pro also at your skill set at your adeptness like being able to really assist someone in the way that they are choosing to create change in their life, and facilitate that it can continue to grow and deepen with experience. And that may be where you also are in an evolutionary path. Like I know for me, it's it's not about the modality however, there are different modalities that I've had over the years, where I was a massage therapist, and that was what I did with people now. That was the modality of course, what I did was help them recover after an accident or help them to be more relaxed or help them to for their body to really is I worked with a lot of, of professional football players and musicians at concerts and, and and individuals that really also physically we're using their body as a tool to really assist them to be able to do what they did and massage was a modality and then I got to this point where it was like I Just felt like I couldn't be assisting in in a greater way. And that's where the energy work came in. And then the energy work came to a place and where I was like, Oh, I just feel like that's not the most adept tool that's available. And then the channeling came in and, and creating bodies of work with sores and, and so sometimes, as a part of being a professional, it is continuing to evolve now, all along my career, I have been facilitating transformation, it's just that that level of professionalism has evolved. And part of being professional, I know, there's like, I could have just done one, like how to make more money. Number one, be a professional, be a professional light worker, be a professional, your business, it's, it's also, that part of being a professional, is that you a pro light worker is that you earn great money.
Danielle Rama Hoffman:So this is going to number two, you earn great money. And one of the ways that that most of you that are tuning in here can make more money is to raise your prices. And that that that may seem like oh, how can I raise my prices and, and yet to really also be a professional light worker, where you are paying your bills and thriving and really also being resourced money is one of the resources on the earth star. And I know that the spiritual community, the lightworker community, we have a very complex history, let's say, in, in spirituality around around money, whereas there may have been vows of poverty or in order to develop the skills that you carry in this lifetime, there most likely have been other lifetimes where you have gone into the temple and, and there has been this, this these different vows or agreements to not have personal gain and, and also around the culture. Even today, there, there are some individuals that think like, Okay, if you're a healer, or you're a spiritual mentor, that you should be doing that for free. And so I know there's a complex kind of lineage around being a light worker that spans across lifetimes. And yet, at the same time, it from my perspective, the more we are thriving as lightworkers, the more that we have money pooling in our environment, and we're coming from a place of overflow, and there isn't like a survival mechanism that's running as well and what it is that we're offering, then we can be an even greater service. So I'm at times, there can be this complexity around being so uni focused on wanting to contribute, wanting to be of the highest divine service, wanting to make a difference on the planet. And, and again, from my perspective, that requires money. So earning great money in something that you could probably even do today is to raise your prices. Now, when you raise your prices there, there'll be some attrition, some clients will fall away. And yeah, even if you raise your prices like 20% for new clients, then that can also be a way to to make more money and this one is a very practical way that you can that you can have an income leap. Now I know it requires some energy shifts to be able to raise your your, your investment level. And then perhaps this is the one that will go into about like, well how can you shift it one way that you can shift it is to not make the investment level about you Even though it can be easy to say, well, like, is it? Am I good enough? Or is it worth this or whatever those things are yet to really hold the investment as a container for the transformation that you do. And that it's your client way of committing to their transformation. And so when you hold the investment level, as an opportunity for the clients transformation and about them, then that also just can, it just takes the focus off of off of you and whatever may be going on inside of you. So as a professional light worker, number one, you're you're a Pro Number two, you earn great money.
Danielle Rama Hoffman:Number three, you You're, you're speaking about what you do, you're you're inviting individuals to work with you. You're visible, you're you're making offers. And that is something that is is a lifeline to being a pro lightworker that in whatever way works for you. I have the podcast I also love doing global events, like masterclasses with colleagues, it may be a YouTube channel, it may be that you are an author, it may be that you have a Facebook group and you're doing Facebook Lives, it may be your your blog, your easing, whatever. And if you don't know an E zine is like your, your electronic newsletter, that that in some way, you're you're you're speaking at a conference in some way, you're, you're sharing your message, part of being a pro Lightworkers sharing what you're stand for, what I'm sharing right now is I'm as Dan for Lightworkers being resourced and making more money, and I'm talking about it, and I'm modeling it and I and it's also what the guides that I assist our clients with.
Danielle Rama Hoffman:So the fourth one is that you're rocking your genius. So one of the ways to make more money as a pro light worker, is that you're rocking your genius. Now, at first glance, that sounds a lot like number one, where like you're a pro lightworker meaning that, that you You're, you're you have a level of expertise. And yet when you're really rocking your genius, they're the the universe just like read reconfigures to to be bringing you. And it is also takes inspired action, yet more opportunities, clients money, ways of being supported. And one of the reasons why you may not be making more money, and I know this one, like it can just be like nails on a chalkboard or it can just be like is, is it's a few things that it may be that you're sharing, you're what you're great at your excellence yet not really in your genius. And it and that may be where it's time to rather than teaching or using your mentors modality to teach and create your own. And, and that can also show up as wearing too many hats, where you don't have a team that is really keeping you in your genius and so that may be like where you're doing everything. And of course, when we start our businesses, most of us although unless you you've started in a really resource way and maybe you've had a mentor or you're hearing it from me, like higher before you need someone. It's really helpful yet most of the time. We start out kind of doing all of those things, which takes us out of our genius it takes us out of out of what what we really are adept at now. rocking your genius is also not diluting it or not I'm trying to offer it to those that it's not a good match for, or to use it in dimensions where it doesn't work very well. And so, you know, I remember when I was in a BNI group back when I was massage therapist, and, and, and it was a networking group. And there really was this kind of like, oh, well, you should talk about the benefits of massage like increasing circulation and decreasing inflammation and, you know, the different benefits. And yet at that point, in my massage career, I was really doing a lot of energy work and and I was trying to, there was an idea of like, Oh, if I tone it down, or I mainstream it up, or I kind of talk about it in a certain way now that it is important to be clear about what you do and to ground especially if you have something that's very, on the leading wave that individuals might not know, it is important to ground and to be clear about what it is that you you offer and, and what your adeptness like, rocking your genius, is also being able to be able to say like how does this genius assist someone. And yet, there may be that like, where you're you're trying to use your Genius for an for a clientele that isn't really a match. Or if you're in the the hobby lightworker place, it may be that you're you're trying to use it with your friends, or your family members or individuals that really are aren't invested in their transformation. So rocking your genius, it's it's a big one, and it's an ongoing practice it and if you're much, much, much further along in your business, than some of the kind of starting out stuff that I'm talking about, or in these really apply whether you're just starting whether you're you're further along, they really apply to all stages in business, yet our genius is evolving, and and the more that we do less things really well, then that also begins to really be rocking the genius because I know, for myself and for for our clients, and I see this with my colleagues as well, we often think that our genius is in more areas, and it is in in the sense that like, oh, well, if somebody else can do it better than you or as good as you then it may mean that you don't actually need to be doing it unless you really want to do it. You know, I know, there's a lot of colleagues that I have and clients that we have as well, where even service delivery for example, which is most likely an area of genius, they they pass off to somebody else where there's they have other coaches as a part of their coaching program, and then they only coach at a certain level or in a certain way or for a certain thing. So really being in your genius now as a pro lightworker how to make more money is being in your genius and creating your offerings based on your genius.
Danielle Rama Hoffman:And that brings us to number five, which is as a pro lightworker how to make more money is that you grow your community, you grow your community, you grow your community now it doesn't take a large audience to to really make great money. You can be it six figures, and multi six figures and and even seven figures depending on how your offerings are, what the investment levels are, without a lot of clients. And one of the things that I really love about being a lifer, a lightworker life or a light leader, spiritual leader But for for life or for so many years and decades, and even before I professionally started, it was just a part of who I was, is also the absolute delight and pleasure and blessing to be able to walk this path with others with our, with our clients that we partner with, from the place of equality, and to grow together over over the years. Not in a way of like, oh, the client is broken, and we need to fix you, because that is just an illusion lie. So not true. Yeah, from a place of, well, most likely, if you're a light worker, you also are committed to your own transformation. And when, when you when there's that vibrational match and that divine partnership, then we get to play and we get to play deep in deep ways and over time, and really see how things grow and change. And so, growing your community, it does mean an increase is one of the ways to make more money is that you raise your prices, and or you have more sales in your business, or more clients that are signing up for what you offer. And, and when you have a larger audience, it also can get you out of that, like needy energy as well, that when you're when you are really earning great money, that that takes you out of that, like, oh, I need a client energy, which can it just feels creepy, like, I'm sure you've been on the other end of that as a client. And I know, earlier in my career, I also had that of like, Oh, I really need more clients this month in order to pay the bills. Now, that's not the case. Today, and yet, that, that needy energy, it just, it can get in the way of the transformation, it's an overlay, or it's a distortion, where there can really just be this coming together for the joy of it coming together because there's a knowing that that you're going to move faster if you're working with someone and the same with your clients, you know, that when they step into a container with you, that they're going to be further along than if they if they hadn't done that. And so when you're speaking to a larger community, and you have already as well corps of clients, it it just dissipates any of that, like oh neediness for clients to continue to work with you, because that's something else I've seen in the transformational industry is like this expectation as well, that you're you're gonna work with the mentor forever and ever. Amen. Rather than where what Toth and I in the guides really ours we come together and, and, and when things are complete, they're, they're complete. And sometimes it is over years, sometimes it is I'm thinking of one client that I met in 2009 like it a book a talk about the temples of light and and and she's still is is a part of the Divine transmissions community. And it's not that since 2009 We've been working together all like throughout yet there's a coming and going and coming back and, and and that kind of thing that that really is beautiful.
Danielle Rama Hoffman:So to wrap up here as a pro light worker how to make more money. Number one that you are a professional means that you are running your business like it's a business number two, you earn great money and that may mean raising your prices and and if you're feeling that sense, and you don't want to go like make a big shift, but just a little one. Just raise your prices 20% for new clients. That's like an easy way to move forward. Number three is that you are you're inviting individuals to work with you. You're you're sharing your message you're making offers, you're visible. Number four, you're rocking your genius. Number five, your grow your community.
Danielle Rama Hoffman:All right, well, that wraps up our pro lightworker how to make more money. And I like the time just flew by I'm so passionate about this I, I love geeking out on the entrepreneur stuff, and really a must stand for the lightworkers the transformational coaches, healers practitioners to really be thriving because it can be so tempting to get in the giving role and the over giving and the overworking and the undercharging in the under receiving and it just doesn't need to be that way.
