Stuffed Italian Sausages
Ingredients:
- 24 oz Marinara Sauce
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 38 oz Italian Sausages (sweet, mild or hot) (2 packages)
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 c breadcrumbs

Directions:
- Preheat oven 400
- Slice sausages length wise, not the whole way through, flatten out
- In a mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning
- Spread on sausages w/ spatula
- Top with breadcrumbs
- Pour Marniara sauce into baking dish (9 x 12) and spread evenly
- Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes
