Profit Roadmap System™ for GHL Agencies

This is a unique business model for GHL Agencies looking to offer more scalable deployment of systems to clients, faster results and more profitability thanks to it's 'productised' approach.

It includes 10 distinct systems, each designed as a standalone module (snapshot). These snapshots are installed into your SaaS customer's accounts gradually, over time, one on top of the next one like pieces of a puzzle. This approach contrasts with a single, expansive custom projects, which often proves tougher to market and deliver.

Profit Roadmap™ System and it's 'gradual rollout' method leads to faster fulfilment, onboarding, and delivery of results for your SaaS clients.

Vit Muller:

imagine one day somebody cracks the code on it.

Vit Muller:

How many more people are gonna be like, succeeding in life, in business,

Nuno Tavares:

getting coaches was by far also the biggest advancement and

Nuno Tavares:

biggest, like I was always doing okay.

Nuno Tavares:

But then when I got a coach and I got several coaches, like my, I,

Nuno Tavares:

I just skyrocketed in performance.

Nuno Tavares:

And the reason being is, I'm a big believer in like

Vit Muller:

I looked at your YouTube channel and your

Vit Muller:

videos, how you edit them, man,

Vit Muller:

they look really good.

Vit Muller:

how do you balance being informative, and engaging?

Vit Muller:

Well, keeping things practical and tactical.

Nuno Tavares:

I will tell you a very funny, and crazy secret,

Nuno Tavares:

very funny and crazy secret.

Nuno Tavares:

one.

Nuno Tavares:

Know your material really well, I'm in and out of the system all day

Nuno Tavares:

long when it comes to high level vibe coding, any AI automation stuff

Nuno Tavares:

I'm doing, what I'm building myself.

Vit Muller:

so what you've done on a, on a physiological level, you've created

Vit Muller:

such a strong synapse in your brain with that association that anytime after that

Vit Muller:

you wanted to make a video, it was like,

Nuno Tavares:

I believe that there is gonna be a rise of AI conductors.

Nuno Tavares:

And the people that have figured out how to conduct AI and like how to kind of

Nuno Tavares:

navigate and make 'em all work together.

Vit Muller:

Welcome back to another episode on the High

Vit Muller:

Level Experience Podcast.

Vit Muller:

Now listen, if you've ever felt like you're duct taping your tech stack

Vit Muller:

together or drowning in automation, chaos, today's guest is somebody

Vit Muller:

you'll want to pay attention to.

Vit Muller:

He is the guy agency call when their automated system is

Vit Muller:

actually just a glorified inbox.

Vit Muller:

He's the founder of Rapid Active Marketing, and The Vibe Coding Incubator.

Vit Muller:

And here's the Brains behind the Automated Marketer, a YouTube channel

Vit Muller:

where he dishes out no fluffs tutorials on marketing automation, AI, and high

Vit Muller:

level builds that actually make money.

Vit Muller:

Now, don't let the cool branding fool you.

Vit Muller:

This guy's walked the walk.

Vit Muller:

He's two-time HighLevel Gold SaaS Award winner, built automations that help

Vit Muller:

scale multiple Diamond and SaaSpreneurs, and even led $3 billion+ in client

Vit Muller:

portfolios back in his corporate days.

Vit Muller:

That's a billion with a B. Yeah.

Vit Muller:

He's also a creator of the, #1-rated Udemy course on HighLevel

Vit Muller:

and when he's not building revenue, generating automations, he is

Vit Muller:

mentoring people how to vibe code.

Vit Muller:

Very exciting.

Vit Muller:

Please welcome to the show, Nuno Tavares.

Nuno Tavares:

All right.

Nuno Tavares:

Well, uh, thanks for having me, Vit.

Nuno Tavares:

Uh, um, I, I feel like I'm a celebrity, just being on the show.

Nuno Tavares:

long time coming.

Nuno Tavares:

I know you've got some of my friends on here, so I'm pretty excited to be here.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, yeah.

Vit Muller:

No, indeed.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

Look, I mean, everybody's a celebrity that's on this show.

Vit Muller:

I enjoy interviewing people and, people come from all walks of life,

Vit Muller:

successful saaspreneurs all the way down to, agencies who are just

Vit Muller:

getting started and everybody's got a, everybody's got a story to tell, right?

Vit Muller:

So I guess, to kick things off, what I'm curious to know, and this today's

Vit Muller:

interview is kind of unique in a way where, and this is for you guys listening

Vit Muller:

as well, me and Nuno, we've never met.

Vit Muller:

So a lot of people on this podcast before, I've met with them, I had

Vit Muller:

some meetings with them and stuff.

Vit Muller:

Nuno and me we never met.

Vit Muller:

So this is this is gonna be interesting.

Vit Muller:

I've done my research, but, from your own.

Vit Muller:

Perspective.

Vit Muller:

I'd like to know, how did you get to this point?

Nuno Tavares:

Oh, wow.

Nuno Tavares:

That's a, that's a pretty loaded question.

Nuno Tavares:

man, I'll start with, I don't think I, I should have ever been here.

Nuno Tavares:

so the funny part about it is, is that, I can't believe it or

Nuno Tavares:

not from a corporate background.

Nuno Tavares:

So I worked 25 years in corporate.

Nuno Tavares:

probably about 15 of those years.

Nuno Tavares:

I worked a side hustle job, and the reasons of me getting

Nuno Tavares:

into are really crazy.

Nuno Tavares:

So, believe it or not, I come from a pretty poor background.

Nuno Tavares:

I mean, I came from a different country.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm actually in the country I came from.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm in Lisbon right now.

Nuno Tavares:

not Lisbon in an island called Madeira.

Nuno Tavares:

It's a Portuguese peninsula.

Nuno Tavares:

But,

Vit Muller:

Oh, one of the craziest airports in the world.

Nuno Tavares:

with all the strikes, it probably wasn't the best time to go, but

Nuno Tavares:

actually there for the web summit, which is like a pretty virtual event.

Nuno Tavares:

But the reason I take you there is 'cause that's where it all started.

Nuno Tavares:

my, my family were, we, we kind of left, Lisbon, Portugal, and we

Nuno Tavares:

moved to the United States right when I was about the age of five.

Nuno Tavares:

I never even met my dad until we moved to the States.

Nuno Tavares:

when we moved to the States, we fell on some pretty hard times.

Nuno Tavares:

And literally living in a pretty bad area.

Nuno Tavares:

my parents couldn't get jobs 'cause, they couldn't speak English.

Nuno Tavares:

so they were, getting some pretty bad jobs, like working in

Nuno Tavares:

factories all day long and some pretty, pretty crazy bad stuff.

Nuno Tavares:

and then finally over time, I mean, and this is like through living in the

Nuno Tavares:

car, not having enough money for food to eat and really working our way out

Nuno Tavares:

of like where we were, to basically, moving into the nice area of that

Nuno Tavares:

neighborhood and going from there.

Nuno Tavares:

But the funny thing is that my dad for, a long time used to work in bars and

Nuno Tavares:

restaurants as waiter and a bartender.

Nuno Tavares:

and my mom was working these factory jobs, like I mentioned.

Nuno Tavares:

And finally my dad decided to open up his own company and my mom

Nuno Tavares:

decided to become a travel agent.

Nuno Tavares:

And then from there she really took off.

Nuno Tavares:

And then just, it, it just we slowly started getting out.

Nuno Tavares:

If anybody's ever been through that, where you start really,

Nuno Tavares:

like really bad off and then you just, there's no way to go but up.

Nuno Tavares:

Right?

Nuno Tavares:

after a while, these just worked their way out of, pretty much.

Nuno Tavares:

Just the bad situation we were in to get into a better situation.

Nuno Tavares:

Had a couple of ups and downs and, we kind of went that way.

Nuno Tavares:

My mom became really successful, became an office manager, started managing

Nuno Tavares:

people and just started really taking off.

Nuno Tavares:

I started doing little side hustles even by the age of 13.

Nuno Tavares:

I started work with, I was 13 as a bus boy, and started earning

Nuno Tavares:

money and everything else.

Nuno Tavares:

My father became an entrepreneur.

Nuno Tavares:

and honestly to say I became a, not a very great entrepreneur,

Nuno Tavares:

real incredible salesman, probably one of the worst businessmen I've

Nuno Tavares:

ever met in my life to this day.

Nuno Tavares:

loved him dearly, you know what I'm saying?

Nuno Tavares:

He was a great man, but, man, he just did, did not have really good

Nuno Tavares:

entrepreneurial sense of like how to just keep money, made money.

Nuno Tavares:

You just didn't know how to keep it.

Nuno Tavares:

and it got us back into trouble.

Nuno Tavares:

Like we kind of fell into a pattern and a rhythm.

Nuno Tavares:

So at some point in time, probably closer to 16 or 17, I said, I will never.

Nuno Tavares:

Ever become an entrepreneur.

Nuno Tavares:

I, after watching that, I was like, forget this.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm gonna go to school.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm gonna go into the corporate world, and I'm just gonna work

Nuno Tavares:

my way up, which is what I did.

Nuno Tavares:

Worked all the way up, worked in Fortune 100 companies, like Bank of America

Nuno Tavares:

Capital One, worked in hospitals, worked in, just operations management

Nuno Tavares:

and sales and all kinds of different op opportunities and positions.

Nuno Tavares:

But then kind of just worked my way up to an executive level.

Nuno Tavares:

managed a whole commercial services team, won a bunch of awards.

Nuno Tavares:

It was, it was really good.

Nuno Tavares:

but sometime during that, my, father did get cancer, the first time

Nuno Tavares:

around and it was like pretty severe.

Nuno Tavares:

And at the time, again, my father was an entrepreneur.

Nuno Tavares:

My mom only had that really steady job with the only steady

Nuno Tavares:

income, and it just wasn't enough.

Nuno Tavares:

Anybody going through that.

Nuno Tavares:

especially in the states, cancer's incredibly brutal.

Nuno Tavares:

Not only on the body, but like physically, mentally, and fiN8Ncially.

Nuno Tavares:

FiN8Ncially.

Nuno Tavares:

Bills can run up to, you

Vit Muller:

You guys have it?

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

You guys have it tough.

Vit Muller:

You get charged for everything,

Nuno Tavares:

Well, pretty much, and what's wild is, is like you'll

Nuno Tavares:

get a hundred thousand dollars bill at the end of a year that

Nuno Tavares:

that's how expensive cancer can be.

Nuno Tavares:

and then it kind of forced us to think of other ways to make money.

Nuno Tavares:

Now when you're working in the corporate space, you are capped.

Nuno Tavares:

You are capped at whatever bonuses you're at.

Nuno Tavares:

And I made bonus all the years that I've ever worked corporate.

Nuno Tavares:

The problem was is that you capped at the bonus, you can't make it anymore.

Nuno Tavares:

so you had no choice, but at some point in time to break

Nuno Tavares:

away and go do your own thing.

Nuno Tavares:

And then that's what I ended up doing.

Nuno Tavares:

I ended up starting doing a little side hustle.

Nuno Tavares:

Everything from building websites to fixing cell phones and people's, now the

Nuno Tavares:

funniest part was fixing cell phones.

Nuno Tavares:

Believe it or not.

Nuno Tavares:

I got certified in fixing cell phones.

Nuno Tavares:

It was always good in my hands.

Nuno Tavares:

This was when cell phones first rolled out and I was showing up to

Nuno Tavares:

people from a corporate job in a suit and tie at their house, like with a

Nuno Tavares:

little kit and like fixing, fixing cell phones with a suit and tie.

Nuno Tavares:

And people were like, what is it?

Nuno Tavares:

They thought they were being audited by the bank.

Nuno Tavares:

It was like hilarious.

Nuno Tavares:

I mean, and I did that for a while.

Nuno Tavares:

And I just kept taking these side projects on everything from website design to

Nuno Tavares:

selling dish services, for Dish Network.

Nuno Tavares:

I mean like literally anything that I could do to create a little bit

Nuno Tavares:

of side hustle and make money, to help my parents out at the time.

Nuno Tavares:

And also while living on my own and doing my own thing.

Nuno Tavares:

so that led to agency work and finally going from building websites

Nuno Tavares:

to then looking into automations.

Nuno Tavares:

And then once I got into automations, I really found a home

Nuno Tavares:

there 'cause it kind of fit along with what I was doing with work.

Nuno Tavares:

And then it was like learning one system after another system after another system.

Nuno Tavares:

And it was from everything from like email and active campaigns, setting up Google,

Nuno Tavares:

all the way to working WordPress sites and designing those and building those out.

Nuno Tavares:

And then just then active Campaign came along, then keep came along,

Nuno Tavares:

then ClickFunnels came along and I just kept jumping in and learning all

Nuno Tavares:

the systems the best that I could and I could always really give a tech.

Nuno Tavares:

and then just like one thing took off to another and then my little side

Nuno Tavares:

hustle turned into a very consistent, six figure like side hustle that.

Nuno Tavares:

I was operating very, very easily, really word by word, by word of mouth.

Nuno Tavares:

I couldn't advertise.

Nuno Tavares:

That's the funniest thing, was every time I try to advertise, like I would

Nuno Tavares:

get shut down by, by the company I saw we're working for, and I'll never forget

Nuno Tavares:

it, the first time I tried was I was in ClickFunnels and they said, right

Nuno Tavares:

from state, you just send out a post about how you're at ClickFunnels and

Nuno Tavares:

everybody should be here and blah, blah, blah, and take your affiliate link and

Nuno Tavares:

make your first affiliate commission while I post that link on LinkedIn.

Nuno Tavares:

And within the three minutes of posting, I got seven calls from HR

Nuno Tavares:

and one from my, from my like higher MVP saying, take that post down.

Nuno Tavares:

You don't represent that company, blah, blah, blah.

Nuno Tavares:

And it was just like, and then, I got called into the office.

Nuno Tavares:

They actually threatened to fire me because they said that

Nuno Tavares:

I didn't get clearance to have a, a secondary job, out there.

Nuno Tavares:

And then I had to get it finally approved just to keep the agency that

Nuno Tavares:

I was running, running for years.

Nuno Tavares:

because they, I, they found out that I was doing this on the side, which is crazy.

Nuno Tavares:

so I couldn't be on social media.

Nuno Tavares:

I couldn't advertise physically and I couldn't make any kind

Nuno Tavares:

of organic and social posts.

Nuno Tavares:

I couldn't even blog for Christ's sake.

Nuno Tavares:

it was hovered and watched.

Nuno Tavares:

and it's funny, if you ever look at my YouTube channel, June was when I

Nuno Tavares:

first officially got released of all the NDAs that I was, I was part of.

Nuno Tavares:

I quit in January.

Nuno Tavares:

and then June was the official NDA release.

Nuno Tavares:

And you'll see literally day 1st of June was YouTube.

Nuno Tavares:

And that's only got like a two year, three year kind of, mark to it.

Nuno Tavares:

But that, but that's how it was.

Nuno Tavares:

That's how insanely, tough.

Nuno Tavares:

It was.

Nuno Tavares:

But a lot of my business, like I said before, always came from referrals.

Nuno Tavares:

People were just, I do a good job, they refer more.

Nuno Tavares:

And then I just never, I never ran ads or anything else.

Nuno Tavares:

It was kind of wild when I broke into the wild and finally was able to run

Nuno Tavares:

the run to ads, then, things were, or, or advertised on YouTube, then

Nuno Tavares:

things came very, very different.

Nuno Tavares:

But that's a wild little journey in, in all of that.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

I mean, I gave you a very open-ended question, kind of bit of a backstory.

Vit Muller:

lots of takeaways from it, right?

Vit Muller:

The big one that I can kind of, relate to, it's the dedication to earning

Vit Muller:

your own money from a young age.

Vit Muller:

I, there is something special to it either by means of, your

Vit Muller:

parents, pushing you down that way.

Vit Muller:

It's Hey, if you wanna buy this nice t-shirt, like when I was growing up, like

Vit Muller:

all the kids were like, it was like the era of in the nineties, skateboarding

Vit Muller:

and break dancing and, vans and Quicksilver and all those cool clothings.

Vit Muller:

And my parents didn't have money, so like I had to go in.

Vit Muller:

Pen benches or something.

Vit Muller:

I think similar, like 13, 12, 13, 14, like that age.

Vit Muller:

So I can relate to that.

Vit Muller:

And there's something, I think it's a good education for any kids.

Vit Muller:

Just learn how you make your own money, learn that, to make money you

Vit Muller:

have to, you have to put some effort.

Vit Muller:

so yeah.

Vit Muller:

from your point, obviously you guys had a even tougher.

Vit Muller:

so there's a lot of, persistence, resistance and, and just building a bit

Vit Muller:

of a thick skin, I guess, in that process.

Vit Muller:

would you say that's something that, carried on for you up until this day?

Vit Muller:

Like the dedication to hard work or?

Nuno Tavares:

Well, yeah.

Nuno Tavares:

I, I, but, but I think if you, if you look back and, you, you and I have very

Nuno Tavares:

similar friends of like, all the really high performing, entrepreneurs out there.

Nuno Tavares:

I don't think I've met one that doesn't have a, oh, I, I would say like a

Nuno Tavares:

really crazy origin story, whether it was like coming from nothing or

Nuno Tavares:

having everything losing it and then having, regain it back or having

Nuno Tavares:

that just initial kind of inertia.

Nuno Tavares:

I, I, I think it's momentum.

Nuno Tavares:

I think it's like, I look at my kids now and like my big promise to myself was my

Nuno Tavares:

kids would never feel the pain that I did.

Nuno Tavares:

But then part of me like.

Nuno Tavares:

Always wondered, is that like the right thing?

Nuno Tavares:

You know what I'm saying?

Nuno Tavares:

So I go back and I'm like, oh, let 'em feel it a little bit.

Nuno Tavares:

And I always tell my wife, She's like, why?

Nuno Tavares:

Well, I'm like, let him feel it a little bit.

Nuno Tavares:

Let him work for things a little bit harder.

Nuno Tavares:

Let 'em know that this was a mediocre job.

Nuno Tavares:

Or they did okay.

Nuno Tavares:

They didn't do the greatest thing ever because back then things

Nuno Tavares:

were just like, I don't know.

Nuno Tavares:

I think, I think it was just like more of a social element.

Nuno Tavares:

It was harder, it was just harder.

Nuno Tavares:

Everything was harder.

Nuno Tavares:

nothing was as easy accessible.

Nuno Tavares:

Everything had to like be learned, be learned in a different way too.

Nuno Tavares:

Like I, I mean you're, I know you age yourself a little bit and I'm,

Nuno Tavares:

I'm kind of was in that same nineties era, and I can tell you that, like

Nuno Tavares:

when you had to work in something in tech, the answer was not easily found.

Nuno Tavares:

Like you would've to scour like forums and groups and you would pray to God that

Nuno Tavares:

somebody had the exact same thing that you had and that was going through it.

Nuno Tavares:

So it'd be like three o'clock in the morning and finally after 147 forums

Nuno Tavares:

and, 17 different reading through emails and all this other, you would

Nuno Tavares:

find The one button you needed to click in order to make everything work.

Nuno Tavares:

And it was like, I mean, it, it sounds dramatic, but it really was that bad.

Nuno Tavares:

And I think it, it, it made you like, search for the answers a little harder.

Nuno Tavares:

And I think I do it now too with YouTube.

Nuno Tavares:

'cause whenever I don't find the answer I want in something that I'm watching,

Nuno Tavares:

I go and find it somewhere else.

Nuno Tavares:

And now I've just come to a big conclusion of getting coaches was by

Nuno Tavares:

far also the biggest advancement and biggest, like I was always doing okay.

Nuno Tavares:

But then when I got a coach and I got several coaches, like my, I,

Nuno Tavares:

I just skyrocketed in performance.

Nuno Tavares:

And the reason being is, I'm a big believer in like getting to the fastest

Nuno Tavares:

solutions the fastest way possible.

Nuno Tavares:

And sometimes it's learning from the best that do whatever they do the best.

Nuno Tavares:

You know what I'm saying?

Nuno Tavares:

I'm not the best at everything.

Nuno Tavares:

And if I have to learn something instead of now scouring through the internet

Nuno Tavares:

and going through, I'm gonna go to the top guy and, and go through there.

Nuno Tavares:

But I think it's the same due diligence that I had and I think that

Nuno Tavares:

everybody should really recognize and take a minute to appreciate that.

Nuno Tavares:

Like I said, a lot of the entrepreneurs that I know that are wildly successful.

Nuno Tavares:

Are very persistent and very straight out and like always moving forward.

Nuno Tavares:

They're not, they're not ever looking back.

Nuno Tavares:

They're not really regretful.

Nuno Tavares:

They're just like super aggressive and like getting to the next step.

Nuno Tavares:

and, and I understand every now and again people go through burnout, but the one

Nuno Tavares:

that last and linger are the ones that are like super persistent, super committed.

Nuno Tavares:

And I think that once they hit a plateau and they're happy with it,

Nuno Tavares:

they know how to stay on that plateau.

Nuno Tavares:

Like again, we're, I've been very fortunate in the last probably say

Nuno Tavares:

five years, meaning some of the most incredible entrepreneurs ever.

Nuno Tavares:

and just having crazy discussions with them.

Nuno Tavares:

And I'm telling you, there's always that one similar messed up background or

Nuno Tavares:

damaged somehow and everybody's kind of screwed up somewhere, but it makes them

Nuno Tavares:

incredible human beings and it makes them like so, so incredible to talk to.

Nuno Tavares:

'cause I have a lot more respect for, people that have grinded to

Nuno Tavares:

get where they are a little bit.

Nuno Tavares:

And I'm not saying grind is the way to go or the hustle coach of that.

Nuno Tavares:

People were promoting back then, I don't even know if it was health.

Nuno Tavares:

You just worked hard.

Nuno Tavares:

I think now there's ways to make it easier, but staying persistent and

Nuno Tavares:

grinding through the negatives and the bad times and everything else really

Nuno Tavares:

give people to be wildly successful.

Nuno Tavares:

I mean, wildly successful.

Nuno Tavares:

and I think that's just like the secret sauce.

Nuno Tavares:

I don't think I'm in any different, I don't think my story's the worst.

Nuno Tavares:

I mean, you should hear some of the stories of the people I grew up with.

Nuno Tavares:

but some of those guys are like, one is, owns billions of real estate

Nuno Tavares:

and he came literally from nothing.

Nuno Tavares:

That Guy wa while I was eating out of canned food.

Nuno Tavares:

That guy was eating outta trash cans.

Nuno Tavares:

that that's how intense his upbringing was.

Nuno Tavares:

You know what I'm saying?

Nuno Tavares:

And he

Vit Muller:

always be worse.

Nuno Tavares:

There could always be worse.

Nuno Tavares:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

so you mentioned your YouTube channel.

Vit Muller:

I was, I mean, I've got a couple things I wanted to talk to you about.

Vit Muller:

I mean, vibe coding is one of the big ones that really wanna dive into that.

Vit Muller:

'cause I know you and, Murray, you guys have been at it for a while and,

Vit Muller:

and, anyway, but YouTube channel, cur, I'm curious 'cause I, I looked at

Vit Muller:

your YouTube channel and your videos, how you edit them, man, kudos to you.

Vit Muller:

They look really good.

Vit Muller:

Do, do you do that yourself or that you've got somebody that edits

Nuno Tavares:

no, I, I have an incredibly talented, his name is LA He's been

Nuno Tavares:

with me for now going on two years.

Nuno Tavares:

and he's been growing with us, right?

Nuno Tavares:

So, he started off like we really needed a lot of work.

Nuno Tavares:

And if you, it is actually funny, if you go back two years ago,

Nuno Tavares:

videos look vastly different and his skillset is actually increased.

Nuno Tavares:

We've paid for lessons, equipment, computers, whatever

Nuno Tavares:

he needs in order to do it.

Nuno Tavares:

he's out from the Philippines.

Nuno Tavares:

I don't wanna share him too much 'cause he's mine and I don't wanna share him.

Nuno Tavares:

But, but he's been with me for over two years and he believes in the vision.

Nuno Tavares:

the vision, what we're trying to do with the YouTube trend.

Nuno Tavares:

And I say we, 'cause it's, a small team, not, not a very big, and, we are really.

Nuno Tavares:

Again, I, I, I kind of told you about my dad, right?

Nuno Tavares:

And I, I kind of told you about the lifestyle that I lived,

Nuno Tavares:

and the fact that we couldn't get the answers that we wanted.

Nuno Tavares:

There were no self-help.

Nuno Tavares:

There was no YouTube, there was no nothing.

Nuno Tavares:

I mean, my father grinded through crap and he didn't know that he needed help.

Nuno Tavares:

He just, he was just kind of told, put your chin up, put your best foot

Nuno Tavares:

forward and just, don't whine about it.

Nuno Tavares:

and there was no YouTube, there was no nothing.

Nuno Tavares:

You screwed up a business.

Nuno Tavares:

There was nobody out there, there was no coaches to hire it.

Nuno Tavares:

It there, there was all this pressure and resistance of being successful.

Nuno Tavares:

and I made a promise to myself probably when my father first got

Nuno Tavares:

cancer, kind of like an, like kind of tribute to him and just to ensure that

Nuno Tavares:

nobody else is out there struggling.

Nuno Tavares:

we've made a ridiculous effort to try to make education as free as possible

Nuno Tavares:

and to try to get anybody that's really struggling out there to be able to just

Nuno Tavares:

do something at home part-time, with very little to no money and start it.

Nuno Tavares:

I don't know if Matt Deseno and I, really good friend of mine.

Nuno Tavares:

Mentor friend, very close to Matt.

Nuno Tavares:

and we started a small little series that's called Start From Scratch, where

Nuno Tavares:

we literally did everything from building a website with zero cash, building,

Nuno Tavares:

like a business with zero money, zero advertising, you using AI at zero.

Nuno Tavares:

And I'll get into vibe coding in a second and why I think it's such a

Nuno Tavares:

powerful thing, and even everything's just so, there's just no excuse out

Nuno Tavares:

there that people will say, well, I didn't have the answer, I didn't have

Nuno Tavares:

the support, I didn't have any money.

Nuno Tavares:

And we wanted to like, remove all of that and provide as much education as

Nuno Tavares:

humanly possible out there to people.

Nuno Tavares:

That's why a lot of my groups that, we'll talk about are all free, because

Nuno Tavares:

I really do have a strong belief is if I can get somebody to be successful,

Nuno Tavares:

one, I can have impact on the world at a highest level possible because that

Nuno Tavares:

just creates a massive butterfly effect.

Nuno Tavares:

I mean, I can't tell you every time we go to an a high level event.

Nuno Tavares:

Oh, man.

Nuno Tavares:

Thank you.

Nuno Tavares:

Your videos are so helpful.

Nuno Tavares:

That warms my heart more than anything else, and it feels like I'm

Nuno Tavares:

having an impact in the universe.

Nuno Tavares:

And I wanna keep having that impact at the, probably at the highest level.

Nuno Tavares:

and in order to do that, you need to make money so you can have more impact.

Nuno Tavares:

that's the other thing I learned early on.

Nuno Tavares:

we can always try at a small macro, a micro level, but I wanna get to

Nuno Tavares:

the macro in order to get the macro.

Nuno Tavares:

I just gotta keep making money.

Nuno Tavares:

And, that's part of the goal there.

Nuno Tavares:

But, I'm a big believer in nobody should go through the struggles

Nuno Tavares:

that I had because there is easier solutions and easier way.

Nuno Tavares:

So beyond the commitment of getting out there and just letting everybody know that

Nuno Tavares:

anybody can do this, anybody can do this.

Nuno Tavares:

The mom with three kids doing it by herself, the, the father who's

Nuno Tavares:

struggling that doesn't know how to make ends meet, the person who's

Nuno Tavares:

fed up at their job is maxed out, doesn't feel like they're growing.

Nuno Tavares:

the individual that is dyslexic like I am, officially dyslexic.

Nuno Tavares:

This is not like a joke, kind of a dyslexic in which everybody likes to

Nuno Tavares:

joke about, like officially dyslexic.

Nuno Tavares:

True switching numbers.

Nuno Tavares:

A person who just didn't have the right education growing up

Nuno Tavares:

because they just didn't have the opportunities to get there.

Nuno Tavares:

Whatever the case is, I wanna make it like, YouTube became such a channel for

Nuno Tavares:

us to really put ourselves out there.

Nuno Tavares:

It was one of the best investments to this day that I, I'm so incredibly happy about.

Nuno Tavares:

and we literally, we, we were producing about two videos a week.

Nuno Tavares:

and we're throwing it out there.

Nuno Tavares:

Now.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm not that guy that's gonna go in there, make $10,000 in, in, two days.

Nuno Tavares:

No, I'm the guy that's gonna show you how to do things.

Nuno Tavares:

It's a how to channel.

Nuno Tavares:

we, we show you how to make money sometimes.

Nuno Tavares:

We mostly focus on how to things operate and work, and we're trying

Nuno Tavares:

to get the education out there because I, I am telling you though.

Nuno Tavares:

for anybody not really getting into technology.

Nuno Tavares:

and unless you're in like the physical labor jobs, like the plumbers,

Nuno Tavares:

electricians, and people that are gonna need that skillset 'cause that that

Nuno Tavares:

population's actually getting smaller and smaller, has a, the AI in the tech

Nuno Tavares:

world is getting bigger and bigger.

Nuno Tavares:

it's one or the other.

Nuno Tavares:

and if I can help you, at least on the tech side, do all that.

Nuno Tavares:

Or if you're a nutrition and you still need help on your marketing and

Nuno Tavares:

building things out, then I would feel compelled on, I'm on pushing people

Nuno Tavares:

forward and that's kind of been the model moving people and businesses forward.

Nuno Tavares:

This has been my motto for forever.

Nuno Tavares:

This is probably gonna be my motto until the day I die, because the one

Nuno Tavares:

thing that we none of us can do has, we're doing all this is stay still.

Nuno Tavares:

Because the second you get I don't know how to do this, or I don't have

Nuno Tavares:

the right logo, or, I don't have money, or, I don't know how to operate

Nuno Tavares:

a website, or I can't buy a domain.

Nuno Tavares:

Once all that nonsense kind of subsides and you just

Nuno Tavares:

understand, you just gotta do it.

Nuno Tavares:

like everything is, is, is literally there for the right picking if you just stay

Nuno Tavares:

persistent and consistent in your goals.

Nuno Tavares:

But that's how the YouTube channel formed.

Nuno Tavares:

It was just like, I kept teaching people the same thing over and over

Nuno Tavares:

again, and I'm like, this is crazy.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm like, this is like lunacy.

Nuno Tavares:

It really is.

Nuno Tavares:

I mean, it's part of being, what, what is it Crazy as doing the

Nuno Tavares:

same thing over and over again.

Nuno Tavares:

So we finally just started doing all the videos that people

Nuno Tavares:

wanted and we just took off.

Nuno Tavares:

And, we're, we're, we're gonna keep on doing it for as long as I can,

Nuno Tavares:

hopefully, which is a very long time.

Nuno Tavares:

So.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

yeah, the channel looks great, the editing's awesome, and

Vit Muller:

obviously you're a good presenter.

Vit Muller:

guys just obviously check out Nuno channel.

Vit Muller:

I highly recommend it.

Vit Muller:

It's, I always look up to other channels who are way ahead of like mine

Vit Muller:

and looking at cool, what did I do?

Vit Muller:

What am I not doing?

Vit Muller:

And just learning little things.

Vit Muller:

but yeah, I think the big one is to hire the right person for that.

Vit Muller:

So that's definitely, like for me, that's the next thing I

Vit Muller:

definitely have to, tap into.

Vit Muller:

Curious.

Vit Muller:

So just on that topic, you're known, like the channel is like known

Vit Muller:

for no love real talk approach.

Vit Muller:

How do you balance being informative, eng engage and engaging?

Vit Muller:

Well, keeping things practical and tactical.

Nuno Tavares:

Oh man, that's a good question.

Nuno Tavares:

I wish I knew the answer.

Nuno Tavares:

I don't know if I figured out that formula yet,

Vit Muller:

like I see you, like on the camera and it's like a good flow.

Vit Muller:

You, I don't know if you, if you, if you're scripted or

Vit Muller:

you're just going from a just

Nuno Tavares:

Actually, so yeah, so, well that I, I will tell you a very funny, and

Nuno Tavares:

crazy secret, very funny and crazy secret.

Nuno Tavares:

So, one, I can't read off of scripts again, 'cause dyslexia

Nuno Tavares:

really makes it challenging.

Nuno Tavares:

I mean, really makes it challenging.

Nuno Tavares:

so it's really hard.

Nuno Tavares:

The second the, the words start, these just start switching.

Nuno Tavares:

It becomes really, so a lot of my stuff is unscripted, but I'll tell you how

Nuno Tavares:

I got really good at unscripted one.

Nuno Tavares:

Know your material really well, which I do.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm in and out of the system all day long when it comes to high level

Nuno Tavares:

vibe coding, any AI automation stuff I'm doing, what I'm building myself.

Nuno Tavares:

but I will tell you, I was incredibly bad in front of the camera and the

Nuno Tavares:

funniest way to get not bad at the camera.

Nuno Tavares:

So I decided one day that I said to my wife, I'm, I'm, I'm

Nuno Tavares:

gonna send my wife a love note.

Nuno Tavares:

for anybody that has a spouse, first of all, if you're an entrepreneur,

Nuno Tavares:

you should look literally like.

Nuno Tavares:

Treat 'em to goodness every single day because being a wife of an entrepreneur,

Nuno Tavares:

is by far one of the most challenging.

Nuno Tavares:

We're absolutely mad, we're absolutely out of our minds.

Nuno Tavares:

and the up and down swings that happen in the entrepreneurial space,

Nuno Tavares:

those, they, they deserve like an Academy Award or something like, I

Vit Muller:

I am, I'm laughing because I know my, so my wife, she, I, I

Vit Muller:

taught her how to do the editing on this script, so I know she's gonna be

Vit Muller:

watching this, so I'm just laughing because that's, yeah, that's so, so true.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Nuno Tavares:

and I was like, well, how can I make her?

Nuno Tavares:

Because here, here's, here was my fear.

Nuno Tavares:

My fear was one, I was working two jobs.

Nuno Tavares:

So think about it, in the, in the morning, I was working the nine to five

Nuno Tavares:

corporate, I would get up at six o'clock in the morning, sometimes even four,

Nuno Tavares:

do two hours of entrepreneurial work.

Nuno Tavares:

Start at six, get to the office by eight, by nine, work literally from nine to

Nuno Tavares:

five, go in closets and take calls from clients that were part of my entrepreneur.

Nuno Tavares:

Sometimes in the bathrooms.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm not exaggerating.

Nuno Tavares:

This is literally my lifestyle.

Nuno Tavares:

Go home from five to six, spend time with the family from seven

Nuno Tavares:

to eight, maybe, maybe one to two hours a week, I'm sorry, a day.

Nuno Tavares:

And then, after I put the kids to bed, I was working from

Nuno Tavares:

like nine all the way to 12.

Nuno Tavares:

And that was like, I did this for like years.

Nuno Tavares:

It was, it was insane.

Nuno Tavares:

and, at one point in time, like relationships get really tough, money was

Nuno Tavares:

tight because I was supporting my parents and I was supporting our household.

Nuno Tavares:

and it became very, very difficult.

Nuno Tavares:

So I was like, well, how can I make this better?

Nuno Tavares:

So I went to a workshop, and I, I, I met a coach and it was all about kind of

Nuno Tavares:

creating a really crazy balance in life.

Nuno Tavares:

we believed in creating balance between your, your marriage, your

Nuno Tavares:

kids, your body and your work, and more importantly, your spirit like,

Nuno Tavares:

and kind of making that all together.

Nuno Tavares:

And it became something really funny, And he says, well, what, what's going on?

Nuno Tavares:

He's well, I feel like I'm not communicating with my wife or

Nuno Tavares:

not, I don't feel she feels appreciated, all this other stuff.

Nuno Tavares:

He's so starting today and this is gonna help you in the future.

Nuno Tavares:

And he goes, I'm not, I can't tell you how this is gonna happen.

Nuno Tavares:

I want you to send a 30 minute video message, a 32nd video message

Nuno Tavares:

every single day, and you gotta stay consistent with the least 180 days.

Nuno Tavares:

So

Vit Muller:

it.

Vit Muller:

Send it to who?

Nuno Tavares:

to my wife, is this a 32nd online, like recorded set?

Nuno Tavares:

And it's so funny, if you watch any of my, you know how your videos automatically can

Nuno Tavares:

record up to the clouds if you have one?

Nuno Tavares:

And so I, you go back, there's like a gazillion, there's

Nuno Tavares:

like hundreds of videos.

Nuno Tavares:

So I started sending 30 minutes, 30 seconds, and I keep saying 30

Nuno Tavares:

minutes, 30 seconds to my wife every single day for the first two weeks.

Nuno Tavares:

The second week comes by, she goes up to me, she's she looks teary eyed.

Nuno Tavares:

She's are you dying?

Nuno Tavares:

Completely, utterly serious.

Nuno Tavares:

And I'm like, what you talking about?

Nuno Tavares:

I'm not that I know of.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm like, do you know something that I don't?

Nuno Tavares:

She's are you dying?

Nuno Tavares:

And I'm like, I'm not dying.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm like, why would you ask me something like that?

Nuno Tavares:

She's you keep sending me these messages.

Nuno Tavares:

And it's all about the, the good times, which you appreciate and

Nuno Tavares:

everything else, and you never done anything like that before.

Nuno Tavares:

So I'm terrified.

Nuno Tavares:

Are something wrong?

Nuno Tavares:

are you mad?

Nuno Tavares:

Or and I'm like, no, this is a, I just wanted to show you

Nuno Tavares:

appreciation and that's it.

Nuno Tavares:

She never responded to any of these by, mind you, 180 days went

Nuno Tavares:

by, never responded to any of 'em.

Nuno Tavares:

Just a little harder, a little like that.

Nuno Tavares:

That was about all I got.

Nuno Tavares:

So 180 days go on and I go on a little further, probably all the

Nuno Tavares:

way up, probably for a full year.

Nuno Tavares:

The full year stops and I'm like, okay, good.

Nuno Tavares:

I think I'm good.

Nuno Tavares:

I think I, I put enough in the love bank here, so let me just assist.

Nuno Tavares:

And by the way, this is a 360 something plus days of going, like literally

Nuno Tavares:

looking at the camera, being incredibly personal, coming up with a story,

Nuno Tavares:

coming up with something quickly to say.

Nuno Tavares:

And 300 in something odd days, right?

Nuno Tavares:

And then all of a sudden when I stop, my wife comes back and she's are you okay?

Nuno Tavares:

I'm like, I can't win.

Nuno Tavares:

I can't win if I do it or if I don't.

Nuno Tavares:

But the funny thing was, the, the days of doing all that broke the, all

Nuno Tavares:

the camera shy because then instead of imagining I'm talking to thousands

Nuno Tavares:

or hundreds or whatever people, I am literally talking to my wife or to

Nuno Tavares:

the person I love on the other side.

Nuno Tavares:

And that's where all the heartfelt messages.

Nuno Tavares:

And that's why it's pretty real because I, I, I am, I'm, when I'm

Nuno Tavares:

excited about something, I'm excited.

Nuno Tavares:

When I think something's crap, I think something's crap.

Nuno Tavares:

But it, it, it removed all that fakeness, you know what I'm saying?

Nuno Tavares:

Like that, I don't know how to describe it.

Vit Muller:

It makes a lot of sense.

Vit Muller:

I mean, this is like any habit, so what you've done on a, on a physiological

Vit Muller:

level, you've created such a strong synapse in your brain with that

Vit Muller:

association that anytime after that you wanted to make a video, it was like,

Vit Muller:

like I'm making video for my wife.

Vit Muller:

And it's I, I, I like to use this analogy of a highway because it's,

Vit Muller:

I mean, we're talking about business entrepreneurship and, and grind and

Vit Muller:

like initially grind and sticking to it, but it's also about habits.

Vit Muller:

And I used to be a personal trainer and some, like always trying to figure out

Vit Muller:

like what's the best way to teach people how to do better habits, like eating

Vit Muller:

healthier or doing something healthier.

Vit Muller:

Right.

Vit Muller:

And then I heard it somewhere, it was like this analogy of a highway.

Vit Muller:

So if you're driving and there's like lots of traffic.

Vit Muller:

And that's a representation of your, like an ingrained habit.

Vit Muller:

And that habit is not healthy and you wanna change it.

Vit Muller:

And so the idea here is you kinda have to like, make a detour, but

Vit Muller:

let's say there is no side road.

Vit Muller:

You have to like, chop through the fencing, make a hole through the

Vit Muller:

fencing, and then maybe alongside the highway is just a big, just jungle.

Vit Muller:

So you have to make your own path.

Vit Muller:

So the first time you have to like, make it, make a hole for fencing and

Vit Muller:

then grab, grab an ax and just chop some boots and just gonna go through

Vit Muller:

there and, walk through the bushes and it's gonna be like, painful.

Vit Muller:

But then the next time you're gonna walk through that same path,

Vit Muller:

you've made it a little easier.

Vit Muller:

And then you just keep going.

Vit Muller:

And then later on you realize behind you the, the, the nature

Vit Muller:

started to grow those, the, the bush and the trees back up.

Vit Muller:

So you can't actually go back.

Vit Muller:

And that's like the idea of how you recreate those synapses in

Vit Muller:

your brain to create a new habit.

Vit Muller:

I just remember that.

Vit Muller:

yeah, I know you because, yeah.

Nuno Tavares:

No, no, I love the reference of the highway because that

Nuno Tavares:

that's, that's exactly what it is.

Nuno Tavares:

You're always looking for, instead of going through the same exit that you

Nuno Tavares:

know, you're gonna get into the same traffic and it's gonna be the same path.

Nuno Tavares:

Yeah.

Nuno Tavares:

You kind of gotta make your own and like just go through it.

Nuno Tavares:

And it is, it is rewiring it, it, I, I'm telling you like, I know it sounds so

Nuno Tavares:

trivial, but like that little ha that little thing, like not only, made me

Nuno Tavares:

really easy on audiences going on stage.

Nuno Tavares:

Also make it real easy to teach.

Nuno Tavares:

Also made it real easy to just kind of go through it.

Nuno Tavares:

And now it's like I look for hacks like that.

Nuno Tavares:

in everything that I do, it was like.

Nuno Tavares:

Going to the gym, I would always have the early morning motivation.

Nuno Tavares:

'cause again, my day has to start at four because again, my, my kids and

Nuno Tavares:

the wife, I, I don't want to ever disturb them with like my habits.

Nuno Tavares:

and I was starting to struggle where ironically enough, putting my shoes

Nuno Tavares:

was like the worst thing in the world.

Nuno Tavares:

you get out of bed, you gotta put on your shoes and everything else,

Nuno Tavares:

but they're all way in the closet.

Nuno Tavares:

So what do I do?

Nuno Tavares:

I put the shoes right next to the bed with the socks already in 'em.

Nuno Tavares:

So then as soon as I wake up, I have no excuse.

Nuno Tavares:

The socks and shoes are right there.

Nuno Tavares:

It's says oh, for whatever reason that, that two second walk into the

Nuno Tavares:

closet, I don't want to lift today.

Nuno Tavares:

I don't want to go to the gym.

Nuno Tavares:

And it made it something a little bit different.

Nuno Tavares:

So yeah, whatever you have to do to hack your mind and you hack your body.

Nuno Tavares:

I mean it, look, we got rid of a closet.

Nuno Tavares:

We literally made up a closet and put something else in the closet.

Nuno Tavares:

'cause that closet used to be where we used to have all our junk food in.

Nuno Tavares:

My wife literally made it into a stationary closet for her crafts.

Nuno Tavares:

just so like we gotta eliminate the shelf.

Nuno Tavares:

It can't be here because if it does, it's not here, it won't exist

Nuno Tavares:

and we won't do it no matter what we tried, which is pretty wild.

Nuno Tavares:

but yeah, it's, it, it, it really does involve that.

Nuno Tavares:

but that, that comes with everything else that you have, even a lot

Nuno Tavares:

of the stuff that we teach.

Nuno Tavares:

it's funny.

Nuno Tavares:

what would you think, like in Udemy, we have over 2,500 probably

Nuno Tavares:

something students at this point.

Nuno Tavares:

What do you think the average completion rate of the course is?

Vit Muller:

I mean, statistically, course completions are very low in like

Vit Muller:

online education, like courses, so, Hmm.

Vit Muller:

I think your one is probably higher, outta 50%.

Nuno Tavares:

No way lower than that.

Nuno Tavares:

It's one of the best schools, right?

Nuno Tavares:

Everybody that takes it, that takes it fully.

Nuno Tavares:

Nothing but great reviews and, and high stars, right?

Nuno Tavares:

we probably have I think it's 4.8 writing or 4.7 advances between those two.

Nuno Tavares:

When, if I would tell you that you literally can start a business,

Nuno Tavares:

run everything from that $20 course that you would ever need to

Nuno Tavares:

do anything inside a high level.

Nuno Tavares:

And even telling you that the average completion rate is only about 3%.

Vit Muller:

3%.

Nuno Tavares:

good interactive, like 10 to 15% going in there.

Nuno Tavares:

Which believe it or not, the national average is, what's really scary about

Nuno Tavares:

that is it's a $20 course and we were gonna sell it for nine point 97.

Nuno Tavares:

we were actually gonna keep raising the price depending

Nuno Tavares:

on how many members you got.

Nuno Tavares:

And then again, going back to my morals and Helping as many people

Nuno Tavares:

as that we decided to drop to 20.

Nuno Tavares:

Like that.

Nuno Tavares:

Nobody had the excuse of not ever to take because of the money situation.

Nuno Tavares:

And it comes with all this craziness, right?

Nuno Tavares:

And still only a 3% completion rate.

Nuno Tavares:

And it boggles my mind because it's funny, people will come into the

Nuno Tavares:

YouTube channel or they'll show up, well, I'll meet them in person.

Nuno Tavares:

And it was like, oh, I got your Udemy course.

Nuno Tavares:

And I first ask 'em, well, what do you like about the course?

Nuno Tavares:

Where are you stuck at?

Nuno Tavares:

What struck up with you the most?

Nuno Tavares:

And their answer is, well, I haven't started yet.

Nuno Tavares:

And I'm like, I'm like, then why'd you buy it?

Nuno Tavares:

You know what I'm saying?

Nuno Tavares:

So it's I get it because I am notoriously, but I grab a course, I

Nuno Tavares:

will take it for what I need it for, and then I'll move on to the next course.

Nuno Tavares:

But I am telling you, there are so many people that like will buy a course

Nuno Tavares:

and shelf it and not, and then say, well, high level didn't work for me.

Nuno Tavares:

Or, vibe coding didn't work for me.

Nuno Tavares:

And then I look at the, their course completion, it's like zip and like they

Nuno Tavares:

bought and it's like literally sitting there and I'm like, I, I, I don't get it.

Nuno Tavares:

so, I, and what's wild about that, we talk about habits.

Nuno Tavares:

And the reason this kind of ties into that is, there is really, at this day and age,

Nuno Tavares:

no excuse other than self-motivation and getting yourself to do something, to learn

Nuno Tavares:

how to do something, to do something and everything else, because there's so many

Nuno Tavares:

videos, there's so many YouTubes, there's so many coaches, there's so many courses.

Nuno Tavares:

and I honestly believe that there's some great courses out there that people

Nuno Tavares:

like complain don't work, but they don't even try the things that are in there.

Nuno Tavares:

now if you fully have tried and it doesn't work, then it doesn't work for you.

Nuno Tavares:

Maybe what you tried, maybe your approach is wrong.

Nuno Tavares:

And again, not everybody has that internal drive, but what's wild

Nuno Tavares:

about is everything that we give away for free, honestly, is worth it.

Nuno Tavares:

I, I've paid.

Nuno Tavares:

Three times the amount, like $400, 800, 900, 10,000.

Nuno Tavares:

I paid for course once.

Nuno Tavares:

You know what I'm saying?

Nuno Tavares:

Just 'cause I'm that desperate for that knowledge.

Nuno Tavares:

But if I'm paying 10,000 for the course, I'm taking it super seriously.

Nuno Tavares:

But believe it or not, 3%, we tried to go in there and actually

Nuno Tavares:

encourage people to take the course.

Nuno Tavares:

Hey, have you tried this?

Nuno Tavares:

Have you gone to this site?

Nuno Tavares:

Have you gone here?

Nuno Tavares:

Look at this video in there.

Nuno Tavares:

Watch that video in total and it'll solve all your problems.

Nuno Tavares:

And that's what's wild about it is.

Nuno Tavares:

but I still believe for the 3% that are actually doing it and they're seeing

Nuno Tavares:

massive success, but it just kind of like, my next goal is really like, how

Nuno Tavares:

do I get people to like fully take it?

Nuno Tavares:

Because I know if they'll take it, my systems will work.

Nuno Tavares:

Getting customers will work.

Nuno Tavares:

Everything that they've ever dreamed about in their businesses work,

Nuno Tavares:

their money situation will change.

Nuno Tavares:

But I just need 'em to take action.

Nuno Tavares:

And motivating people to take the initial action is like my next like conquest.

Nuno Tavares:

Like, how the hell do I do it?

Nuno Tavares:

Like how do I get people more motivated?

Nuno Tavares:

How do I reward 'em?

Nuno Tavares:

How do I like.

Nuno Tavares:

I mean literally like, how can I reward you for, for

Nuno Tavares:

learning, so then you can get it.

Vit Muller:

So let's do a segue from this into vibe coding.

Vit Muller:

Imagine one day, I mean, somebody's gonna crack the code on this, right?

Vit Muller:

I mean, this is, and again, this is guys, this, these are like

Vit Muller:

industry-wide statistics, like online course completions are low.

Vit Muller:

I really overblown it with the 50%, but I was just being really positive.

Vit Muller:

But it is, it is, known to be very low, but imagine one day

Vit Muller:

somebody cracks the code on it.

Vit Muller:

How many more people are gonna be like, succeeding in life, in

Vit Muller:

business, just by getting the shit and, well, the first thing is the

Vit Muller:

increasing the completion rate.

Vit Muller:

But then obviously then the, the other thing on the back of it is like taking

Vit Muller:

action, which is a whole nother thing, but imagine if somebody could crack the code

Vit Muller:

on it, like what impact that would make.

Vit Muller:

Now if I wanted to make an app like that up until this day, I would have

Vit Muller:

to go like developers and stuff, right?

Vit Muller:

Now vibe coating from the way I understand it is for non-technical,

Vit Muller:

entrepreneurs who wanna create an app.

Vit Muller:

but you've, you know a lot more about it than I do.

Vit Muller:

So, can you tell the guys what is vibe coating?

Nuno Tavares:

So they should almost called it like flow coding,

Nuno Tavares:

like when you're in the flow.

Nuno Tavares:

vibe coding was originally like created, so then people, like you said, normal

Nuno Tavares:

people that don't know how to code can vibe their way or can flow their

Nuno Tavares:

way through actually creating an app.

Nuno Tavares:

Very little coding knowledge right now.

Nuno Tavares:

The greatest thing about flowing or vibing, right?

Nuno Tavares:

Or if you and I were out and we were having a blast and everything else we're

Nuno Tavares:

talking, we're jiving, we decided to, let's say you and I, 'cause we know high

Nuno Tavares:

level, we started to build a snapshot.

Nuno Tavares:

We would talk it through, we would build talk through, and we would just

Nuno Tavares:

build something pretty cool together and all of a sudden we would launch it.

Nuno Tavares:

It's the same kind of concept with vibe coating.

Nuno Tavares:

Vibe coating.

Nuno Tavares:

Instead of you talking to me, you're talking to the system like

Nuno Tavares:

a person and you're going out there and you're developing it.

Nuno Tavares:

You're building it out.

Nuno Tavares:

Now, the coolest thing about vibe coating, believe it or not, it's

Nuno Tavares:

not that it's hard 'cause it's not.

Nuno Tavares:

We've literally had people as.

Nuno Tavares:

Young as 9-year-old, nine year olds, all the way to 94 year olds, like

Nuno Tavares:

really getting out there and doing this.

Nuno Tavares:

and it's very impressive because as long as you know the format and the way to

Nuno Tavares:

build, you will easily pick it up and then you can just keep going back and forth.

Nuno Tavares:

Now, just like everything else that I mentioned, it does require a little

Nuno Tavares:

level of persistence and a little knowhow, right, of what to do first,

Nuno Tavares:

what not to do, and it's more of what, what not to do and how to communicate.

Nuno Tavares:

So, and, and, and I'll tell you what, look, you wanna look into

Nuno Tavares:

the future crystal ball, and I'm telling you this right now.

Nuno Tavares:

Part of my job in, in, working with the Fortune 100 companies was always

Nuno Tavares:

perceiving what was either gonna happen next, either in the wrong way or in

Nuno Tavares:

the right way, and always thinking ahead of it by a year or two, right?

Nuno Tavares:

I'm telling you right now in the world of ai, and the biggest mistake

Nuno Tavares:

a lot of people are making with AI is we're, and it's not a mistake per

Nuno Tavares:

se, it's everybody's mass producing a lot of the really good, kind of like.

Nuno Tavares:

Entrepreneurs out there, they're using AI to do their jobs faster and

Nuno Tavares:

better and more, and just more of.

Nuno Tavares:

So we are right now in the era of mass production because we

Nuno Tavares:

are mass producing content.

Nuno Tavares:

and it's semi not great quality.

Nuno Tavares:

And what's gonna happen probably in the next two years, not, and I say probably

Nuno Tavares:

'cause this will happen, it's just like when it happens, I'm not exactly sure is

Nuno Tavares:

we're gonna go from this mass production cycle to this mass personalization wave.

Nuno Tavares:

And the mass personalization wave is when people are gonna start pushing

Nuno Tavares:

back and going to, and they're gonna say, I, I, I, I don't this, this is ai.

Nuno Tavares:

I I don't want AI to do this.

Nuno Tavares:

I want you to do this.

Nuno Tavares:

And it's well, how do you leverage AI to do your job and not make it look like ai?

Nuno Tavares:

And then how you make it personalized enough, or it fits Vit, it fits

Nuno Tavares:

Nuno and it doesn't matter.

Nuno Tavares:

It doesn't feel like it's part of the AI like mechanism and universe.

Nuno Tavares:

Right?

Nuno Tavares:

And if you wanna get ahead of the market for the next two years, I'm

Nuno Tavares:

telling you this right now, I believe in my heart of hearts, I've talked

Nuno Tavares:

to analysts, I've done millions of interviews with people with ai.

Nuno Tavares:

We are gonna go from mass production to mass personalization and

Nuno Tavares:

the people that start ma, like mastering mass personalization.

Nuno Tavares:

And the reason why vibe goes is, is the path to do that is like you just set it.

Nuno Tavares:

What if I come up with an app that, and by the way, this is already in production.

Nuno Tavares:

If I come up with an app that will reward engagement or create engagement

Nuno Tavares:

for people in my group and my group only right now, I've created a mass

Nuno Tavares:

personalized approach for my individual audiences that possibly nobody else has.

Nuno Tavares:

The same thing with high level.

Nuno Tavares:

What's the difference between my high level and your high level if we're both

Nuno Tavares:

white labeling and everything else?

Nuno Tavares:

Usually it's the person and usually the niche you serve and probably

Nuno Tavares:

some little insides of what yours does that the other ones doesn't.

Nuno Tavares:

Right?

Nuno Tavares:

What bonuses does it come with?

Nuno Tavares:

Now imagine your bonuses come with apps that are specifically niche tailored to

Nuno Tavares:

help your customers talk about standing out and you're now why Everybody's still

Nuno Tavares:

pitching the same white label, high level.

Nuno Tavares:

Here you are pitching.

Nuno Tavares:

White label plus Vit's version of, of it.

Nuno Tavares:

And it comes with all these additional apps that are meant for Vit's people.

Nuno Tavares:

Whether it's like podcasters or whether it's like book writers or

Nuno Tavares:

whether it's like anybody else.

Nuno Tavares:

well how do you stand out and how does your package per se, very,

Nuno Tavares:

it is very customized to those individuals and that's the way you

Nuno Tavares:

gotta really start thinking about it.

Nuno Tavares:

But think of it even further than that.

Nuno Tavares:

we're talking about mostly high level.

Nuno Tavares:

Again, it's our favorite tool.

Nuno Tavares:

We love it.

Nuno Tavares:

It's like I, I promote it from, from like again and again.

Nuno Tavares:

I would never promote something that I don't physically use.

Nuno Tavares:

I run four businesses all run through high level.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm able to do with a very small staff, incredibly low overhead because we're

Nuno Tavares:

running it all through high level AI automations, vibe coded apps, you name it.

Nuno Tavares:

and I gotta be honest, it was hysterical.

Nuno Tavares:

Like the vibe coding thing is so real that one day I got completely

Nuno Tavares:

frustrated 'cause I, I was paying $15 a month for an app that literally is

Nuno Tavares:

just added a button to a calendar.

Nuno Tavares:

Like it added a, a calendar event button.

Nuno Tavares:

To a page or to an email.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm like, this is stupid.

Nuno Tavares:

This is absolutely ludicrous.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm paying $15 a month for this stupid feature.

Nuno Tavares:

Why don't I vibe code it?

Nuno Tavares:

So I went in, I told it exactly what I want.

Nuno Tavares:

I vibe coded the app, and now I give it away for free because it's

Nuno Tavares:

like, why was I paying for this?

Nuno Tavares:

This was the most ridiculous thing to pay for.

Nuno Tavares:

It literally creates the button in like minutes, and it took me

Nuno Tavares:

five minutes to vibe Code five.

Vit Muller:

So with vibe coding, just, I'm not sure if we've covered that

Vit Muller:

bit, but just to make it clear, this is when you, instead of learning how

Vit Muller:

to code and you're coding it, you're talking to AI and you're saying, Hey,

Vit Muller:

generate this code, create this code.

Vit Muller:

there are apps on the market, like lovable.

Vit Muller:

what, what goes into, like if somebody wanted to have a crack at

Vit Muller:

it, if somebody's listening right now is let me have a crack at it.

Vit Muller:

What should they do?

Vit Muller:

what, what would be like the easiest, quickest way to,

Vit Muller:

to have a go and try it out?

Vit Muller:

Is

Nuno Tavares:

So I, I, I'll tell you, like all of 'em are pretty good.

Nuno Tavares:

There's about four major players right now in this game, but probably

Nuno Tavares:

a few more that are popping up, right?

Nuno Tavares:

So first and foremost is, lovable, lovable AI is our recommended because

Nuno Tavares:

it's the easiest to learn in our opinion.

Nuno Tavares:

it has a lot less breakages and honestly, it, it, like our Vibe

Nuno Tavares:

Code community is completely free.

Nuno Tavares:

You guys should join it.

Nuno Tavares:

again, there's no, there's no nothing.

Nuno Tavares:

Like I said, I am completely passionate about helping people out.

Nuno Tavares:

We do have VIP upgrades, but honestly that's for people that

Nuno Tavares:

are really serious and wanna take their rap to the next level.

Nuno Tavares:

But for anybody just beginning, join the vibe coding community comes with

Nuno Tavares:

a free course on how to do things.

Nuno Tavares:

We also have, the YouTube channel also has.

Nuno Tavares:

how a Vibe Code me and Mario Aldayuz, which I know you know well.

Nuno Tavares:

me and Mario, have been vibe coding every Friday for God knows

Nuno Tavares:

so many Fridays at this point.

Nuno Tavares:

so we have example of us using this.

Nuno Tavares:

We have examples of us building it out.

Nuno Tavares:

Now, I will tell you that, four programs, lovable AI is our primary

Nuno Tavares:

and what we go to there is Base 44.

Nuno Tavares:

There is Replit and there is Bolt.New.

Nuno Tavares:

All good, all good.

Nuno Tavares:

There is nothing wrong with any of them, again, but for the ease of use and

Nuno Tavares:

what you're trying to do, I just find lovable the fastest and easiest one.

Nuno Tavares:

and now they had this pretty big upgrade, which was always the biggest

Nuno Tavares:

issues with people starting to vibe code, was that they could not, figure

Nuno Tavares:

out the database part of it, which is like whenever you build an app, you

Nuno Tavares:

need storage and, or you need sign in.

Nuno Tavares:

And that's always done through a database.

Nuno Tavares:

And it used to be the hardest things ever to do that.

Nuno Tavares:

Now when you do it in lovable and replicate and some of the other

Nuno Tavares:

ones, they automatically ask you, would you like a database?

Nuno Tavares:

And it will create it automatically for you.

Nuno Tavares:

Before you would, it would create it, but you would have to ask for it.

Nuno Tavares:

And it would almost like you would be building all this incredible app

Nuno Tavares:

and then have to go backwards and rebuild everything from scratch.

Nuno Tavares:

'cause you forgot your database.

Nuno Tavares:

the second thing that they all decided to do was start adding ai.

Nuno Tavares:

So now it asks you like, would you like AI to add to this?

Nuno Tavares:

But the funny thing is when you say yes, it doesn't add AI to the entire app.

Nuno Tavares:

You gotta also be very clear on where you want it.

Nuno Tavares:

but, and we go over this, that's why we have a little bit of instruction.

Nuno Tavares:

Like we have a, like about a two hours of courses inside the free community

Nuno Tavares:

that you can take again, completely free.

Nuno Tavares:

and, Kayla, Mario and I do do special guests in Yvonne.

Nuno Tavares:

Those are all people like we kind of paired up with to

Nuno Tavares:

get this free community out.

Nuno Tavares:

And literally we just hosted in Lisbon, at the web summit.

Nuno Tavares:

We did a live coding event.

Nuno Tavares:

This is a 70,000 person event.

Nuno Tavares:

I don't know if you've ever, it's insane.

Nuno Tavares:

I've never seen an event like this in my whole entire life.

Nuno Tavares:

It was 70,000 people and it was like stadium.

Nuno Tavares:

That's how big it was.

Nuno Tavares:

It was

Vit Muller:

level up in Dallas there was 1200 of us and we are raving

Vit Muller:

about it and that's 70,000 there.

Vit Muller:

Wow.

Nuno Tavares:

70,000.

Nuno Tavares:

We had an off, we had, we had an event that was inside of a

Nuno Tavares:

hotel that was five minutes away from the actual event we filled.

Nuno Tavares:

Probably had a close to a hundred in, because we only had a small venue.

Nuno Tavares:

We, we couldn't host a lot of people, so we, we probably could hold about

Nuno Tavares:

50 and we had pretty much about 150 altogether with two, three

Vit Muller:

Right.

Vit Muller:

It's kinda like leveraging off the fact that there's this big event happening,

Vit Muller:

so I'm gonna throw a lot smaller.

Vit Muller:

Yeah.

Vit Muller:

Smart.

Nuno Tavares:

Yeah.

Nuno Tavares:

And we did.

Nuno Tavares:

And it, and again, it was very short notice.

Nuno Tavares:

It was very last minute.

Nuno Tavares:

We, we also got called off from stage the lov lovable, ai, CEO Anton

Nuno Tavares:

was actually the keynote speaker.

Nuno Tavares:

and he mentioned that we were having a hackathon.

Nuno Tavares:

So, and we, we, we hosted it.

Nuno Tavares:

So it was pretty cool in front of 70,000 people getting

Nuno Tavares:

called out was pretty awesome.

Nuno Tavares:

and then we had people from all over the world, literally all over

Nuno Tavares:

the world show up in building apps.

Nuno Tavares:

People were walking away with apps, people were cheering.

Nuno Tavares:

They, they rated ours like one of the best, side events there was

Nuno Tavares:

in the, in the entire web summit.

Nuno Tavares:

So we had a lot of really good notions.

Nuno Tavares:

And then we're actually be gonna be holding a workshop and a

Nuno Tavares:

challenge in the next two weeks.

Nuno Tavares:

So just stay tuned to the YouTube channel, or more importantly, at

Nuno Tavares:

Facebook, and we're gonna announce it there and we'd love for anybody to come.

Nuno Tavares:

but the, the craziest part about all this was that you had literally people

Nuno Tavares:

with no, and I mean no absolute tech experience building apps because all they

Nuno Tavares:

had to do was build it in the right way.

Nuno Tavares:

We actually, believe it or not, we created an app that builds apps.

Nuno Tavares:

So what we did is we created the app that would help come up with

Nuno Tavares:

a nice prompt for AI based on our specifications of what we know works.

Nuno Tavares:

So you literally fill that out.

Nuno Tavares:

Once you fill that out, it gives you the prompt that you need to use.

Nuno Tavares:

All you gotta do is copy and paste it.

Nuno Tavares:

And then there's some other nuances that we teach, that are very specific

Nuno Tavares:

to our, our, to our little VIP community or our regular community, I should say.

Nuno Tavares:

but.

Nuno Tavares:

It, it, it really is that, and if you go on the YouTube channel, there's even

Nuno Tavares:

one where I built a very interactive quiz and I tie it back to high level.

Nuno Tavares:

We're gonna do another video that's gonna be released soon where we are using

Nuno Tavares:

purchasing and doing the purchasing of the app inside a high level and then creating

Nuno Tavares:

it through a web hook and then adding it to the app that we created in lovable.

Nuno Tavares:

So we're using high level and lovable variant interchangeably.

Nuno Tavares:

and we love doing it 'cause I think there's such a synergy there.

Nuno Tavares:

You could do your marketing on high level and publish your app

Nuno Tavares:

and promote your app and then have members going back and forth.

Nuno Tavares:

Very, very cool to do.

Vit Muller:

So the big idea of all this is you've got a problem,

Vit Muller:

you're trying to solve it.

Vit Muller:

An app doesn't exist to solve the problem.

Vit Muller:

You create an app for it.

Vit Muller:

And now, I've got a lot of questions.

Vit Muller:

I'm sure the guys listening have a lot of questions.

Vit Muller:

So let's say you build one.

Vit Muller:

Now, the commercialization aspect of it, pros and cons.

Vit Muller:

as, as opposed to if you get an coder who you know what you put in the code,

Vit Muller:

you understand it and everything, you'll let an AI to build a code and

Vit Muller:

sometimes the code may be a little bit wonky, until you, like you dig into it.

Vit Muller:

Then that kind of opens the whole question of responsibility over something that

Vit Muller:

you didn't sell and commercialize, I'm interested to know your thoughts on that.

Vit Muller:

And then also how, how do you then manage it ongoing?

Vit Muller:

Like how scalable is this?

Nuno Tavares:

pretty scalable.

Nuno Tavares:

So, so let, let, let's talk about a lot of those incredible questions.

Nuno Tavares:

So let's talk about a few of 'em, right?

Nuno Tavares:

So let's talk about what it was beforehand.

Nuno Tavares:

If you wanted to design an app, just to get it to demo into an MVP, which is your

Nuno Tavares:

most viable product, or the first initial version of it, you would've spent close

Nuno Tavares:

to like 250,000 north north of this.

Nuno Tavares:

and just, and then you might get a working app in six to eight months for

Nuno Tavares:

the most viable production, meaning it wouldn't be out for the public just yet.

Nuno Tavares:

And throughout that process, one, you would have to worry about what's

Nuno Tavares:

called scope creep of the project, kind of growing on its own because

Nuno Tavares:

you needed other things to connect.

Nuno Tavares:

And doing all of this, two developers staying consistent and not quitting on

Nuno Tavares:

you or moving on to a different project or, not being able to fix a bucket,

Nuno Tavares:

giving up and just going radio silent.

Nuno Tavares:

I spent in just getting a, a, a viable product to a testing phage

Nuno Tavares:

close to $30,000 in three months.

Nuno Tavares:

And I literally couldn't even look at the app.

Nuno Tavares:

It, it didn't, didn't do anything.

Nuno Tavares:

And these were pretty smart programmers from MIT and everything else, that that's

Nuno Tavares:

what the world was prior versus hey.

Nuno Tavares:

I want a button.

Nuno Tavares:

I don't wanna pay $15 for an app and I want a button on my calendar, or that,

Nuno Tavares:

that has this calendar event and I want it done quickly and I want it now.

Nuno Tavares:

And let me see if this is even something I can build.

Nuno Tavares:

Hey, ai, build me an app that creates a calendar event button and that I can

Nuno Tavares:

put it in my email and on my website,

Vit Muller:

Right, like the R2 event thing.

Nuno Tavares:

exactly right and then I'm done.

Nuno Tavares:

And it has the button.

Nuno Tavares:

It did, it worked.

Nuno Tavares:

Only crap.

Nuno Tavares:

It's only for me right now.

Nuno Tavares:

Can I scale it?

Nuno Tavares:

Yes, please.

Nuno Tavares:

Create a sign in and storage for other members.

Nuno Tavares:

Fantastic.

Nuno Tavares:

It creates it.

Nuno Tavares:

Now I have something there.

Nuno Tavares:

Well, let's make it live.

Nuno Tavares:

Hit publish.

Nuno Tavares:

Okay, well, crap, what do I do if this grows?

Nuno Tavares:

Well, guess what?

Nuno Tavares:

It has a database and you pay as you grow inside a lovable.

Nuno Tavares:

Now, the only caveats in the sa in the, in the things for all the apps

Nuno Tavares:

that we've launched, notice that I said I promised the payments.

Nuno Tavares:

Where in high level, why do I do that?

Nuno Tavares:

'cause of the security.

Nuno Tavares:

Security and all of these apps.

Nuno Tavares:

I don't care which one it.

Nuno Tavares:

Replit Lovable, Base44, Bolt.New, security is the bigger issue because

Nuno Tavares:

they, security is something that when you build an app, you spend

Nuno Tavares:

a ridiculous amount of money for.

Nuno Tavares:

But if I have only like names and emails and all the processing and all the other

Nuno Tavares:

information is inside of my high level, which is a secure behind two factor, has

Nuno Tavares:

a much more robust security system, then I'm much more comfortable to do that.

Nuno Tavares:

And if you can master both, then scalability is not a question and

Nuno Tavares:

either a security, because the three biggest costs that you're gonna

Nuno Tavares:

have when your app starts growing and designing is one mainteN8Nce

Nuno Tavares:

of the database and the storage.

Nuno Tavares:

That's always gonna be like a price, but that scales as you grow.

Nuno Tavares:

So by the time you're up to a hundred members or 200 members, you

Nuno Tavares:

won't be worrying about that part.

Nuno Tavares:

The second thing that costs you money is processing.

Nuno Tavares:

Processing is how heavy does the app use processing power,

Nuno Tavares:

server power and everything else.

Nuno Tavares:

So, believe it or not, it depends all mostly on the app.

Nuno Tavares:

If the app's very simple, solves one particular problem, doesn't

Nuno Tavares:

use a lot of ai, and you can easily get it in one to two seconds.

Nuno Tavares:

Your processing is always gonna be low.

Nuno Tavares:

Now, if your app does 17 different freaking things and it's like you're,

Nuno Tavares:

you're making all these crazy things and it does all this, your processing cost

Nuno Tavares:

is gonna be higher because you're using a lot more bandwidth, you're using a lot

Nuno Tavares:

more processing speed and everything else.

Nuno Tavares:

Layman's terms is don't build the next Facebook.

Nuno Tavares:

Don't build the next high level.

Nuno Tavares:

Leverage those tools, build the next micro SaaS, build an X. this thing does

Nuno Tavares:

one thing, this thing does that thing, this thing does that event calendars.

Nuno Tavares:

Wouldn't it be nice if we had an event calendar that we can use in high

Nuno Tavares:

level and just paste it somewhere?

Nuno Tavares:

Well, guess what I did?

Nuno Tavares:

I built an event calendar.

Nuno Tavares:

I put all my events.

Nuno Tavares:

Then just have it embedded inside of a webpage.

Nuno Tavares:

Can never do that before when now I got the ability to do that.

Nuno Tavares:

Build my own event calendar app.

Nuno Tavares:

You see what I'm saying?

Nuno Tavares:

there's a bunch of things you can do in order to do that.

Nuno Tavares:

Just when you're doing, at least for now, two things you have to worry

Nuno Tavares:

about is don't build 17 features.

Nuno Tavares:

Our recommendations, three features of the most in you're solving one core problem.

Nuno Tavares:

If you're solving one core problem, you're doing three

Nuno Tavares:

features at the most, guess what?

Nuno Tavares:

You are automatically gonna have a winner of an app because what

Nuno Tavares:

is the number one complaint?

Nuno Tavares:

Even with high level, do you know what the number one complaint is?

Nuno Tavares:

I get it every single day.

Vit Muller:

certain things are still a bit of a skateboard,

Nuno Tavares:

A little bit of a skateboard.

Nuno Tavares:

Not necessarily, but what's the number one complaint of any new

Nuno Tavares:

user or even current user in there?

Nuno Tavares:

That high level is too

Vit Muller:

overwhelmed.

Vit Muller:

There's just so

Nuno Tavares:

Overwhelmed and complicated.

Nuno Tavares:

Guess what they say about keep guess what they say about ClickFunnels?

Nuno Tavares:

Guess what they say about all that.

Nuno Tavares:

Number one complaint of any big apps that are out there.

Nuno Tavares:

Overwhelmed and complicated.

Nuno Tavares:

So if you're playing the micro SaaS game,

Vit Muller:

that

Vit Muller:

is why Infusion tur, Infusionsoft turned into being a Infusionsoft,

Nuno Tavares:

That's right because people's biggest complaint was, I go

Nuno Tavares:

in, I don't even know where to start.

Nuno Tavares:

And even now, this is why high level.

Nuno Tavares:

And and, me and Matt talk about this all the time like how do you make

Nuno Tavares:

it non-con confusing to new users?

Nuno Tavares:

Like where do they start?

Nuno Tavares:

And that's why high level invested so much money into onboarding.

Nuno Tavares:

And it's brilliant because the more you, you better you onboard the customer, the

Nuno Tavares:

longevity and your churn rate decreases.

Nuno Tavares:

But again, imagine you're solving one, one si ad event, like you mentioned,

Nuno Tavares:

is a multimillion dollar company and it's solved the one freaking problem.

Nuno Tavares:

One problem podium before high level podium.

Nuno Tavares:

Put a chat widget on your site.

Nuno Tavares:

One problem.

Nuno Tavares:

You see what I'm saying?

Nuno Tavares:

The micro apps is where it's at.

Nuno Tavares:

There's a lot of micro apps that make a lot of money.

Nuno Tavares:

And if the more niche specific your app is, the more money you can charge.

Nuno Tavares:

You see what I'm saying?

Nuno Tavares:

Because if like it solves, let's say like you solve a major problem for

Nuno Tavares:

all podcasters, one mega problem, you could charge a premium for that service

Nuno Tavares:

because you're solving that one problem that is annoying to everybody else.

Nuno Tavares:

And then it's just finding the price point of like, how annoying is it?

Nuno Tavares:

Is it Netflix annoying or is it like, 97, 2 97, 4 90 7,000 bucks.

Nuno Tavares:

An annoying, you know what I'm saying?

Nuno Tavares:

And depending on the size of the annoyance is whether, whether or not

Nuno Tavares:

people are willing to pay that money.

Nuno Tavares:

and that's another thing I learned through the corporate side.

Nuno Tavares:

The corporate side would call it the annoyance level pricing.

Nuno Tavares:

The annoyance level of pricing is, am I willing to pay a thousand

Nuno Tavares:

bucks or something to get solved?

Nuno Tavares:

'cause I don't want to deal with that and that costs me $3,000.

Nuno Tavares:

That one annoyance problem or that one problem costs me more money.

Nuno Tavares:

And why am I willing to pay what that money is?

Nuno Tavares:

So a lot of the apps that we've been publishing and launching five bucks,

Nuno Tavares:

10 bucks and it solves one problem.

Nuno Tavares:

but again, imagine if you take a conversation back, right?

Nuno Tavares:

How do I stand out in the world of a gazillion white labels?

Nuno Tavares:

It's a question we get all the time.

Nuno Tavares:

Like, how's my high level gonna be different?

Nuno Tavares:

Well, one, it's you.

Nuno Tavares:

It's your high level, so you make it with your personality.

Nuno Tavares:

'cause at the end of the day, people are gonna buy from you.

Nuno Tavares:

Well, the second thing is what bonuses can you add that are very specific

Nuno Tavares:

to solving that person's need?

Nuno Tavares:

Well, what if mine came with three different micro apps that solve very

Nuno Tavares:

common problems that everybody hates that are super annoying, but they're free to

Nuno Tavares:

you just for coming into my white level.

Nuno Tavares:

Holy crap.

Nuno Tavares:

Now I just differentiated myself.

Vit Muller:

Now while we, while we nerding out E An up.

Vit Muller:

Then we've got an integrator like Zapier.

Vit Muller:

What's used, a lot of people used to use over the last year or so,

Vit Muller:

N8N has become a real big thing.

Vit Muller:

I know you're, you're a big fan of N8N, but now high level

Vit Muller:

has released its own thing.

Vit Muller:

where do you see that going and why do you still love N8N so much?

Nuno Tavares:

that's a great question.

Nuno Tavares:

So same reason why I love high level.

Nuno Tavares:

For high level.

Nuno Tavares:

high level is very good at doing a lot of things.

Nuno Tavares:

It, it's, it really kind of peaks in certain things, like

Nuno Tavares:

obviously the voice to chat.

Nuno Tavares:

it does incredibly well.

Nuno Tavares:

The membership area is starting to really come, come along the calendar functions.

Nuno Tavares:

The automations, by far one of the best automation suites ever.

Nuno Tavares:

I mean, when I got high level, I don't know about you, but my Zapier build like

Nuno Tavares:

almost went to nil because of all those things we can do internally inside.

Nuno Tavares:

Now, when it comes to N8N, I think N8N is really mastering the game.

Nuno Tavares:

and I could tell you when I went into an N8N, like show and I met with

Nuno Tavares:

the developers and everything else.

Nuno Tavares:

The reason why they're gonna be around for a very long time is

Nuno Tavares:

they're already working with Fortune 100 companies because they do

Nuno Tavares:

something that was really brilliant.

Nuno Tavares:

They allow you to self-host.

Nuno Tavares:

So all these companies, like banks and everything else would never use a third

Nuno Tavares:

party software 'cause of all security.

Nuno Tavares:

But if I can host my own N8N service and solution inside of my own server,

Nuno Tavares:

all my security issues go away and I get the power of N8N behind me.

Nuno Tavares:

So I don't think N8N's gonna any n the way high level's exceeding at a lot of things.

Nuno Tavares:

I think  N8N's gonna do the same now.

Nuno Tavares:

We'll almost be like Zapier.

Nuno Tavares:

There are still situations where I still use Zapier.

Nuno Tavares:

'cause Zapier's just has things that because level doesn't yet.

Nuno Tavares:

That's all it is.

Nuno Tavares:

Or I'll use N8N because, and again, N8N has a lot more features as

Nuno Tavares:

of now that, high level doesn't.

Nuno Tavares:

I think it's a great pathway because they're trying to become an all in one

Nuno Tavares:

solution where we have to go to less apps.

Nuno Tavares:

That's always been the goal.

Nuno Tavares:

but I think in, certain situations, you're, you're still gonna be doing both.

Nuno Tavares:

I think it's a good path.

Nuno Tavares:

I think they got a long way to go.

Nuno Tavares:

I mean, we're so used to N8N at this point that a n just does so much.

Nuno Tavares:

I mean, we built businesses around it.

Nuno Tavares:

That's how big N8N is, where it's just automatically, everything's

Nuno Tavares:

done automatically on autopilot, done with a lot of care and,

Nuno Tavares:

and creativity in that space.

Nuno Tavares:

And I think N8N as far as an automation sub tool is amazing.

Nuno Tavares:

I think works incredibly in conjunction with high level.

Nuno Tavares:

And I think it makes high level do things that high level wants to do it themselves.

Nuno Tavares:

I think high level's on its way to get there and the fact that high level

Nuno Tavares:

always listens to its audience, I think it's gonna have some longevity.

Nuno Tavares:

I think it, it, it's just like I, I'm in the beta, I've been testing it.

Nuno Tavares:

I, we definitely need to do a lot more based on what we're used to.

Nuno Tavares:

And I've given 'em all the use cases.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm like, here's my N8N workflows.

Nuno Tavares:

Literally, I've given them all my workflows of this is what I do now.

Nuno Tavares:

Can you make this happen?

Nuno Tavares:

but the developers has assured me that it's gonna come, they're

Nuno Tavares:

gonna come incredibly close in the next couple months on that.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, no, absolutely.

Vit Muller:

it always just comes down to the use case and what you need to get done.

Vit Muller:

So if you, if you can't get it done there, then you use something else.

Vit Muller:

I know I've got, I've got a vendor that I'm working, one of my clients got a

Vit Muller:

vendor, from New Zealand and they do this specialized, 3D shopping experience

Vit Muller:

when you're buying these houses on like a trailer houses on like a caravan,

Vit Muller:

not caravans, like a, a container unit that sits on a trailer anyway, right?

Vit Muller:

So this company is specialized in helping the tiny home industry with this 3D

Vit Muller:

model that you can embed on your website.

Vit Muller:

And then basically the shoppers can go in and look, look at

Vit Muller:

it, and configure it and stuff.

Vit Muller:

And the guy sent me the webhook data and the data comes in with all the.

Vit Muller:

With all the individual, items, but they have spaces between, they don't have the

Vit Muller:

underscore, so high level doesn't take it.

Vit Muller:

If there's a gap between the characters, it's a problem.

Vit Muller:

So I had to work around it and then pass it through N8N and then have

Vit Muller:

this script that actually rewrites that web hook data into something

Vit Muller:

that can be picked up by high level.

Vit Muller:

So this is, this is what it comes down to when you start working with

Vit Muller:

businesses that need something custom.

Vit Muller:

Right.

Vit Muller:

so, I was gonna actually follow up on the topic of building a custom app, where

Vit Muller:

now you've got a thing of MCP and then in the ideal sense and where it's all

Vit Muller:

going anyway, is we all gonna have this.

Vit Muller:

AI assistant voice control, AI assistant in our phone or whatever, that you just

Vit Muller:

talked and say, Hey, can you do this?

Vit Muller:

Can you do that?

Vit Muller:

And that's where that will then trigger thing to pass through the MCP server

Vit Muller:

to go into high level, to go into your, maybe your custom, level, blah.

Vit Muller:

And then the data, passes back and dust things, right?

Vit Muller:

This is where it's all going.

Vit Muller:

Sounds super nerdy.

Vit Muller:

Sounds very techy, but is this something that, is nerdy or is this something, I

Vit Muller:

mean, it is nerdy, but, oh, let me phrase

Nuno Tavares:

Well, well, well Vit, I hate to break it to you,

Nuno Tavares:

but it's already happening, so I

Vit Muller:

is this, can we get away not having to worry about this?

Vit Muller:

Do the listeners not have to worry about it?

Vit Muller:

Or is it like, oh no, is this kinda like where it's all going and you kind

Vit Muller:

of have to start looking into that?

Nuno Tavares:

I, I, I. You do, you have to start looking into it because

Nuno Tavares:

like I have an agent now that does a majority of my things based off of voice.

Nuno Tavares:

We use a combination of high level, N8N, telegram, and basically we give

Nuno Tavares:

the assistants a bunch of stuff.

Nuno Tavares:

Some things are also on timers.

Nuno Tavares:

Where, every day it does certain things and it goes through a bunch of tasks.

Nuno Tavares:

and we keep advancing on this.

Nuno Tavares:

So it's not like we're slowing down.

Nuno Tavares:

We keep building agents that are getting better and better at what they do.

Nuno Tavares:

so we have a ton of agents that are consistently working.

Nuno Tavares:

like I said, we built businesses around some of these where you hit a button

Nuno Tavares:

and all this stuff gets done for you.

Nuno Tavares:

I don't think it's the time to slow down because here's again another prediction.

Nuno Tavares:

AI's obviously not going away.

Nuno Tavares:

There's gonna be a world where we are gonna always be the conductors of ai

Nuno Tavares:

because what AI doesn't do is, one, it doesn't have a real, doesn't have

Nuno Tavares:

the creativity in the brain that we need to spark the, to start it right.

Nuno Tavares:

and secondly, it won't, it doesn't know how to put all the things you need

Nuno Tavares:

together in order to make something work.

Nuno Tavares:

So I believe that there is gonna be a rise of AI conductors.

Nuno Tavares:

And the people that have figured out how to conduct AI and like how to kind of

Nuno Tavares:

navigate and make 'em all work together.

Nuno Tavares:

Because believe it or not, 97% of the population still using AI has a glorified

Nuno Tavares:

Google search, where it's like your, your doctor, your therapist, your, your,

Nuno Tavares:

your school teacher, your, your whatever.

Nuno Tavares:

It's about three to 5% are using AI automations at the N8N level, creating

Nuno Tavares:

automations for their agency and so forth.

Nuno Tavares:

Three to 5%, that's it.

Nuno Tavares:

And about 1% are creating what I call entire nervous systems.

Nuno Tavares:

Nervous systems is where it's almost like you hit one button and then

Nuno Tavares:

the AI instructs other ai, and then the AI then builds on the ai.

Nuno Tavares:

And now it's it's just like a world of its own and it gets very matrixy, right?

Nuno Tavares:

About less than 1% are doing that in the world right now, and that's where

Nuno Tavares:

the magic's gonna be because at the end of the day, it's really cool that you

Nuno Tavares:

got your AI running some posts for you, but wouldn't it be really cool if it.

Nuno Tavares:

Came up with the post, another AI validated, if it sounds like you,

Nuno Tavares:

another AI removed all the AI slop.

Nuno Tavares:

Another AI created images, and another AI finally made the

Nuno Tavares:

post after it's been approved.

Nuno Tavares:

Now you're talking about AI segments and AI agents, and you, you hear Sam Altman

Nuno Tavares:

saying and talking about it all the time.

Nuno Tavares:

That's the owner of OpenAI.

Nuno Tavares:

And he says that the agents, it's where it's the future's gonna go to.

Nuno Tavares:

And eventually, three years from now when the robots kind of catch up and

Nuno Tavares:

you've kind of seen all the robots take off, there's some that are already

Nuno Tavares:

like showing up in people's houses.

Vit Muller:

You are literally gonna have a note in your N8N do something.

Vit Muller:

Message passed on to a robot to go and do something.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, it's

Nuno Tavares:

And it already is happening at a micro fraction level.

Nuno Tavares:

So if you ever, there used to be something called IFFT, and I'm

Nuno Tavares:

aging myself a little bit here,

Vit Muller:

If this, then that.

Nuno Tavares:

yeah.

Nuno Tavares:

And then basically, You can create, programs in your phone that if you

Nuno Tavares:

hit a button, all your lights turn on, inside your home, the computer turns on.

Nuno Tavares:

and you can have all these things happen.

Nuno Tavares:

we are not very far from to what you said.

Nuno Tavares:

You wake up in the morning, you hit a button on your phone

Nuno Tavares:

or your on your watch, and it starts your whole entire house.

Nuno Tavares:

your robot wakes up, your, your, your coffee starts, which by the

Nuno Tavares:

way, I have that, not my robot, but at least my coffee starts.

Nuno Tavares:

I have that all on timers, all on different things.

Nuno Tavares:

and it's creating all of that.

Nuno Tavares:

So, that that is gonna be the future where we have things.

Vit Muller:

The big thing with all this profitability.

Vit Muller:

Business because everything costs money and human labor costs money and, and

Vit Muller:

it's about profitability and speed.

Vit Muller:

And so, and I, who did I speak to?

Vit Muller:

I spoke to, I was at a, a, like a short networking zoom call

Vit Muller:

today earlier with some business owners who just learning about ai.

Vit Muller:

And I said to them, look, I predict like this is, I'm already feeling it.

Vit Muller:

I'm, I'm seeing in the industry there's starting to be a bit more of

Vit Muller:

an uptick from businesses starting to actually be more proactive.

Vit Muller:

I mean, even you guys are now talking about how you're

Vit Muller:

using check GPT that year ago.

Vit Muller:

I was the one that was trying to explain it to you.

Vit Muller:

I predict after this period of, you always have Black Friday, Christmas, new Year's,

Vit Muller:

new Year's is like New Year's resolutions.

Vit Muller:

Business owners, a lot of business owners tend to think, okay,

Vit Muller:

what am I gonna do different?

Vit Muller:

How am I gonna finally break it and be successful?

Vit Muller:

Over the Christmas time is also the time where we get to sit down and relax

Vit Muller:

a little bit and we get to actually maybe consume some material that we

Vit Muller:

don't normally have time to dig into.

Vit Muller:

I predict ne next year is gonna be that, that that breaking point will

Vit Muller:

stand, finally see a big adoption.

Vit Muller:

Those businesses that will adopt the AI and start implementing all these

Vit Muller:

things, we'll increase profitability 'cause they're gonna save a lot of money.

Vit Muller:

Yes, I'm gonna pay, pay money for the tokens and stuff, but in comparison

Vit Muller:

to paying for labor or even just having to manage somebody to do some

Vit Muller:

things, it's just gonna be nuts.

Vit Muller:

So it's not negotiable anymore.

Vit Muller:

It's, it's both frightening and exciting.

Nuno Tavares:

Well, it is.

Nuno Tavares:

It, it is.

Nuno Tavares:

And, and, and it's like I said, this is why we're so big.

Nuno Tavares:

We don't want any businesses being left behind.

Nuno Tavares:

This is why we got really big on creating the vibe coding community, whether you're

Nuno Tavares:

going into the free community for high level, which we ridiculously promote.

Nuno Tavares:

It's free tons of resources.

Nuno Tavares:

My God, if you're not in there, you're missing out.

Nuno Tavares:

And then you have the vibe coding community if you wanna go that route, any

Nuno Tavares:

route that you wanna take, that again, will put you on the edge of, catching up.

Nuno Tavares:

'cause you're, everybody's always worried, oh, it's too late.

Nuno Tavares:

It is not too late.

Nuno Tavares:

97% glorified.

Nuno Tavares:

Remember glorified chat widget that like, people are just asking Googling,

Nuno Tavares:

they're googling inside of Chat GPT my wife does it all the time.

Nuno Tavares:

It drives me bananas.

Nuno Tavares:

but it's funny because I know what she's doing and it does make it easier.

Nuno Tavares:

She's getting the answers that she wants.

Nuno Tavares:

all of that.

Nuno Tavares:

But then you also have on the other side of all this, you have the

Nuno Tavares:

ability of creating your own apps and building all this other stuff.

Nuno Tavares:

And maybe a small percentage of the population is doing this.

Nuno Tavares:

You can easily get the edge on other people because you're

Nuno Tavares:

taking the initial steps.

Nuno Tavares:

Literally it is not that hard.

Nuno Tavares:

9-year-old to 94-year-old, not exaggerating, that's the actual range.

Nuno Tavares:

And they produced working apps when they left the workshops or when they came into

Nuno Tavares:

the community and doing whatever else.

Nuno Tavares:

Engaging communities that are provided to you for free don't take free for granted.

Nuno Tavares:

I think that's what it is.

Nuno Tavares:

Sometimes I'm like, I should just charge.

Nuno Tavares:

Maybe take, people will take it more seriously.

Nuno Tavares:

and I should charge maybe more.

Nuno Tavares:

'cause I know the more money people invest more.

Nuno Tavares:

They'll get it in there.

Nuno Tavares:

But regardless of which, jump on this right away because I think the problem

Nuno Tavares:

is gonna be, is that it will get to a point where the curve is gonna

Nuno Tavares:

get too steep and you can't get in.

Nuno Tavares:

But because it's still so early on, you're, you're, you have

Nuno Tavares:

plenty of ways to get in there.

Nuno Tavares:

And I'm not giving you one, I'm giving you two.

Nuno Tavares:

High level is a beast.

Nuno Tavares:

It is not going anywhere.

Nuno Tavares:

There are plenty.

Nuno Tavares:

I I literally just met somebody yesterday who we're building something

Nuno Tavares:

out for first in their industry.

Nuno Tavares:

Never heard of anything like it.

Nuno Tavares:

They're completely niched down.

Nuno Tavares:

They already have a small, a batch of clients.

Nuno Tavares:

They're gonna charge a premium amount of money for their high level instance.

Nuno Tavares:

But their high level instance, guess what?

Nuno Tavares:

It comes with a very personalized thing that only this business

Nuno Tavares:

does for this business.

Nuno Tavares:

And now they have it all packaged in a template.

Nuno Tavares:

It's beautiful.

Nuno Tavares:

It's gorgeous.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm like, this is brilliant.

Nuno Tavares:

They have people on a waiting list that are eagerly waiting to pay north of I

Nuno Tavares:

think a total of like 10 to 20,000 they're paying per month just to have this thing.

Nuno Tavares:

That's how insane this is.

Nuno Tavares:

And they're, they're working a full-time job, but in their full-time job, they

Nuno Tavares:

were solving this issue and they weren't getting the answers that they wanted.

Nuno Tavares:

So they decided to make a little side agency and started doing all this.

Nuno Tavares:

So there is really no nothing that can't be done.

Nuno Tavares:

We had a 9-year-old that won the hackathon, for lovable because they

Nuno Tavares:

created, help, like how to create, what are the, it was how to find people

Nuno Tavares:

to game with online, but they have to pass what they call the cool test.

Nuno Tavares:

'cause they didn't want any creepers around or any kind of adults.

Nuno Tavares:

So there's all these like questions that are very relatable to kids that

Nuno Tavares:

only kids would know the answers to.

Nuno Tavares:

And then there's an age verification and there's they have to put their school ID

Nuno Tavares:

in and they have to show a picture and they have to do a live video recording.

Nuno Tavares:

These kids are brilliant of like how to make it safe for kids

Nuno Tavares:

where it's only the community and like they have all these rules.

Nuno Tavares:

If you curse, you're out.

Nuno Tavares:

If you're this, you're out.

Nuno Tavares:

And they, and they won first place.

Nuno Tavares:

They literally, they're like, they were like nine years old.

Nuno Tavares:

There were two kids, nine years old.

Nuno Tavares:

It was the most amazing thing I've ever seen in my life.

Nuno Tavares:

And, and here I am, I'm like trying to teach my kid this, and

Nuno Tavares:

I'm like, this is what they did.

Nuno Tavares:

Did you see how easy it was?

Nuno Tavares:

but it, it just goes to show you about, on the different things.

Nuno Tavares:

We had another kid, I think he was 12 years old, that made up Pokemon, Pokemon.

Nuno Tavares:

'cause my son always yells at me, inventory, where he would scan the card,

Nuno Tavares:

it would load the image, and then it would write, like what it was and everything

Nuno Tavares:

else, and how much it was worth.

Nuno Tavares:

It was crazy.

Nuno Tavares:

things that I didn't even know were possible this kid was doing.

Nuno Tavares:

and he was like 13 years old.

Nuno Tavares:

So again, I, I say this to say that there really is no excuse to jump in.

Nuno Tavares:

One, the community's free lovable cost you about 20 bucks a month.

Nuno Tavares:

high level.

Nuno Tavares:

You get a 30 day free trial.

Nuno Tavares:

you get a $97 plan, you get three accounts with it.

Nuno Tavares:

I mean, it's insanity like.

Nuno Tavares:

There is so much room for you to go out doing something,

Nuno Tavares:

and people are like, what?

Nuno Tavares:

What should I sell?

Nuno Tavares:

Sell the thing that solves the problem for the most.

Nuno Tavares:

and again, everybody's well, I'm gonna do this, this, this,

Nuno Tavares:

this, this, and the list goes on.

Nuno Tavares:

And I'm like, how about just focus on two things and try to get sold and try

Nuno Tavares:

to get those selling and then worry about everything else afterwards.

Nuno Tavares:

So it, it's, it's stuff like that that, that make it very interesting.

Nuno Tavares:

But, it's not too late for anybody to jump in your tolerance for technology.

Nuno Tavares:

You have to grow to it.

Nuno Tavares:

and you have to be a little patient and you just have to like,

Nuno Tavares:

kind of move forward with it.

Nuno Tavares:

And honestly, I would not, I I, I would not put it beyond anybody to build

Nuno Tavares:

the next million dollar apps and two big major articles as this happened.

Nuno Tavares:

One was released in the Times I believe, and it said, we will be, if we do this

Nuno Tavares:

right, the parents of today's kids will be building the next millionaires.

Nuno Tavares:

Base of the skillset that they know.

Nuno Tavares:

If things like vibe coding and creativity and like problem solving and understanding

Nuno Tavares:

those three gaps, that will happen.

Nuno Tavares:

And Sam Allman again just said, and I believe it was a couple of other people,

Nuno Tavares:

I think it was even the person from Nvidia, the CEO, he's we are the age

Nuno Tavares:

where a person can become a billionaire or a millionaire by themselves.

Nuno Tavares:

Meaning a solo can, a solo person can do this because they can launch apps

Nuno Tavares:

like this, get buyouts or whatever else.

Nuno Tavares:

So we are on that age.

Nuno Tavares:

And so if that doesn't motivate you to like kind of going out and doing that,

Nuno Tavares:

and if the age gaps that I told you about doesn't end the fact that it's free and

Nuno Tavares:

it costs only 20 bucks a month doesn't really motivate you then, then you're just

Nuno Tavares:

gonna be very content on where you are.

Nuno Tavares:

And that's perfectly fine to be content where you are.

Nuno Tavares:

But if you want more, and this is not enough, that this is like you have

Nuno Tavares:

to take the plunge, you have to take

Vit Muller:

Well, it's also, I mean, if you might be comfortable to have

Vit Muller:

enough and that cool, but like how long will you sustain having just enough

Vit Muller:

before all the other competitors who are gonna be implementing is actually

Vit Muller:

gonna squeeze out and take even that little bit that you're comfortable with.

Vit Muller:

So it's, that's why I say it's it's almost like it's non-negotiable where

Vit Muller:

in this crazy like time where it's like scary but also like exciting and

Vit Muller:

and it's easy to get lost in it as well because there's just so much.

Vit Muller:

Do you have any tips on that?

Vit Muller:

Like how do you adopt AI without losing yourself in

Nuno Tavares:

stop watching.

Nuno Tavares:

so who was I talking this to?

Nuno Tavares:

Keaton.

Nuno Tavares:

I don't know if Keaton Walker, but, incredible human being.

Nuno Tavares:

Love

Vit Muller:

he's one of the biggest affiliates for high level.

Vit Muller:

Yeah, he's got

Nuno Tavares:

yeah.

Nuno Tavares:

and he's such a real person.

Nuno Tavares:

and, we were talking about this is here's what's funny about the

Nuno Tavares:

world that we live in, right?

Nuno Tavares:

We live in a very small bubble, like all the marketers and

Nuno Tavares:

everybody that's in high level.

Nuno Tavares:

We are in a very loud atmosphere.

Nuno Tavares:

So what's happening is, is because everybody's so loud about oh, I just

Nuno Tavares:

made this and I just did this and my customer's this, and we are bombarded

Nuno Tavares:

with the algorithm of Facebook and Instagram that are constantly

Vit Muller:

literally last two days, I'm like, I'm taking a break.

Vit Muller:

I'm not, look, every time I open my Facebook, it's I don't know, Mario

Vit Muller:

posts something or somebody posts something like, oh, can't, it's just

Nuno Tavares:

it.

Nuno Tavares:

It's a lot.

Nuno Tavares:

And it's, it's a lot to manage through.

Nuno Tavares:

And they're like, and they're telling us, Facebook wants to post a literally,

Nuno Tavares:

the, the, it's five posts a day, seven reels, and like two something.

Nuno Tavares:

And I like laughing at 'em.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm like, oh man.

Nuno Tavares:

I mean, my life is way too short to do all that.

Nuno Tavares:

But what I will tell you is shut the social media off for a little bit.

Nuno Tavares:

And take a walk outside.

Nuno Tavares:

Go to the local store, visit your local grocery area, visit your local market

Nuno Tavares:

area, walk into some stores, have real conversations with real people outside

Nuno Tavares:

of your little circle of influence of whatever the algorithm is feeding you.

Nuno Tavares:

There is a mass universe that does not know about ai, that is not using voice

Nuno Tavares:

ai, that is, doesn't know what vibe coding even is, doesn't even know that you can

Nuno Tavares:

create your own app in minutes to solve.

Nuno Tavares:

Probably the most important problem for 'em there is literally

Nuno Tavares:

if you literally just go out there and explore the universe.

Nuno Tavares:

I am telling you a fact.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm in a different country now.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm in our, our secondary home in, in a small island.

Nuno Tavares:

I normally am in New Jersey to, I'm in here and I go down there and I

Nuno Tavares:

have conversations with local people.

Nuno Tavares:

Man, it is mind blowing.

Nuno Tavares:

They have no idea what even Chat GPT is.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm telling you, 97% of the population is using glorified search.

Nuno Tavares:

Three to five are using AI automations, 1% are building apps.

Nuno Tavares:

It's not that hard folks.

Nuno Tavares:

You can literally go in there and, and, and sell a box of goods that you think

Nuno Tavares:

everybody knows about, that literally, I'm telling you, no one knows about,

Nuno Tavares:

be, but because we live in such an algorithmically fed area inside of our

Nuno Tavares:

lives right now, you are being fed that everybody knows about this, and I'm

Nuno Tavares:

telling you, the world's a lot bigger than what the algorithm's telling you.

Nuno Tavares:

It's putting you into a small, very loud bubble that you think

Nuno Tavares:

everybody's doing all these things and oh, this person's doing that.

Nuno Tavares:

This person, they're not,

Vit Muller:

it makes you feel like you're missing out or like

Vit Muller:

you're behind or something.

Vit Muller:

that's, for me anyway, this year has been like that, so I'm

Vit Muller:

realizing that and I'm taking it.

Vit Muller:

I'm taking it a little bit more of a distance approach.

Vit Muller:

I mean, the last few days I had to anyway, 'cause it just

Vit Muller:

like really got to, got to me.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm telling you, I struggle posting every day.

Nuno Tavares:

I, I really do.

Nuno Tavares:

I, I, I'm trying to really break into Facebook and, I don't

Nuno Tavares:

think I'm that interesting to talk about something every day.

Nuno Tavares:

Two is, even if I was, I don't wanna, I, I, I get tired.

Nuno Tavares:

I like, believe it or not, even coming up with content is, is a very exhausting,

Nuno Tavares:

doing it, being able to be on camera and then still having to be like a

Nuno Tavares:

dad and, and a husband, like outside of this, it gets like overwhelming.

Nuno Tavares:

And every now and again, you have to take a break.

Nuno Tavares:

And this morning I literally enjoyed some toast, watching the sunrise.

Nuno Tavares:

drinking a little bit of coffee, man, and I was in bliss.

Nuno Tavares:

I put my phone in another, it was a completely different room.

Nuno Tavares:

And then I, and that's how I planned my day.

Nuno Tavares:

I wrote everything down.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm like, okay, this is what I want to accomplish.

Nuno Tavares:

This is what I want to do.

Nuno Tavares:

Just a little time to myself and everything else.

Nuno Tavares:

But I'm telling you, if you just do this, if you become, call me a liar,

Nuno Tavares:

just go down to your local area.

Nuno Tavares:

Everybody has a local area where everybody kind of gathers.

Nuno Tavares:

Go into a shop and just have a conversation with a business owner.

Nuno Tavares:

Non salesy, not anything.

Nuno Tavares:

Hey, I'm doing market research.

Nuno Tavares:

I just wanna ask you a couple questions.

Nuno Tavares:

This is not a gimmick or anything.

Nuno Tavares:

I just wanna talk to business owners and do you know about these following things?

Nuno Tavares:

Do you know about voice or, or chat?

Nuno Tavares:

do you know what those things are and how they help every business out?

Nuno Tavares:

Yes or no?

Nuno Tavares:

let 'em just answer the question, then be like, okay.

Nuno Tavares:

Do you know about vibe coding apps or anything?

Nuno Tavares:

First of all, nobody will know about vibe coding apps.

Nuno Tavares:

Every customer from here to like New Jersey, I've asked

Nuno Tavares:

and not one person knows.

Nuno Tavares:

They look at me like I had forehead.

Nuno Tavares:

They're like, well, you can't build a, you need a programming team.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm like, awesome.

Nuno Tavares:

And I, I keep having these conversations is the amount

Nuno Tavares:

of knowledge that's not there.

Nuno Tavares:

You will be utterly like, blown away by the level of knowledge that you

Nuno Tavares:

think people have that they do not.

Nuno Tavares:

and and I'm saying, and honestly, it's a massive game changer

Nuno Tavares:

because like the, I'm telling you, you are being fed the algorithm.

Nuno Tavares:

Like we all are, like everything from Instagram to Facebook,

Nuno Tavares:

to all these other things.

Nuno Tavares:

It's a very small universe to get interaction.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm telling you to step out of it for a hot minute.

Nuno Tavares:

And just search around, you're gonna be blown away by the, by the

Nuno Tavares:

lack of what you think people know.

Vit Muller:

I mean, let's face it, it's easy, easy, right?

Vit Muller:

Because it's like easy to go back because we got mutual friends,

Vit Muller:

and it's almost there's these inside the jokes at this point.

Vit Muller:

It's you got Pacitto, he's really good at it, by the way.

Vit Muller:

He always throws something out.

Vit Muller:

It's oh, that's the other thing from last week..

Vit Muller:

And he is, it's like you wanna be part of that community too at the same time.

Vit Muller:

So yeah, finding that balance.

Vit Muller:

It's, that's,

Nuno Tavares:

Yeah.

Nuno Tavares:

And I'm not saying I'm, I'm just saying go down and just check it out.

Nuno Tavares:

Like just check out the other side of the universe that is not marketing

Nuno Tavares:

related, because that's also where you're gonna find your customers, where you're

Nuno Tavares:

gonna have your money opportunities.

Nuno Tavares:

And I have a conversations with real people understanding that they're

Nuno Tavares:

trying to solve certain problems.

Nuno Tavares:

That's how you're gonna get these app ideas.

Nuno Tavares:

'cause if you're gonna go in and you're gonna just focus on the sale and you're

Nuno Tavares:

not really listening to the problem, you're, you're always gonna be the person

Nuno Tavares:

that's not listening to the main problem.

Nuno Tavares:

Because when you solve a small problem, it's one thing when you solve a continuous

Nuno Tavares:

problem that everybody's having.

Nuno Tavares:

That's the game changer and that's the money maker.

Nuno Tavares:

and honestly, I, I've built businesses around that.

Nuno Tavares:

I've got four businesses that are all wildly successful.

Nuno Tavares:

and again, I don't, I'm out here.

Nuno Tavares:

I, I haven't posted in like a few days.

Nuno Tavares:

My team's been posting last six weeks of videos have been all pre-done.

Nuno Tavares:

I haven't done anything.

Nuno Tavares:

I've been literally traveling like Lisbon here and there doing whatever it is.

Nuno Tavares:

That's not a flex.

Nuno Tavares:

The flex, if somebody told me the biggest flex was when you don't

Nuno Tavares:

have to open up your laptop.

Nuno Tavares:

And I'm like, yeah, you're right.

Nuno Tavares:

And I don't have that flex yet, but I have enough of a flex where I can say, alright,

Nuno Tavares:

I know my team is hailing certain things.

Nuno Tavares:

I don't have to worry about all these other things.

Nuno Tavares:

I can worry about growing the business, building some more cool

Nuno Tavares:

stuff, going out and creating content.

Nuno Tavares:

but the day, the real strong flex one day will be when I don't

Nuno Tavares:

even have to open up the laptop.

Nuno Tavares:

That's gonna be where I know I've made it.

Nuno Tavares:

You know what I'm saying?

Nuno Tavares:

and that's like kind of the goal of where I'm at, but of what I'm trying to achieve.

Nuno Tavares:

And it's gonna be the same thing for everybody else.

Nuno Tavares:

you don't have to.

Nuno Tavares:

Don't complete with a me that's been trying to do, I've been doing this for

Nuno Tavares:

20 years, like a little bit different, and I've only been on YouTube for

Nuno Tavares:

the last three, but I hustle like I'm doing like three to four videos a day.

Nuno Tavares:

My first video sucked.

Nuno Tavares:

They got no views.

Nuno Tavares:

you have to go through the grind before you get, you literally

Nuno Tavares:

have to go through the suck.

Nuno Tavares:

I, I don't know how else to describe it, but there is so much of a

Nuno Tavares:

light at the end of that tunnel.

Nuno Tavares:

if you're just willing to go through the grind a little bit.

Nuno Tavares:

And I have so much respect for people that grind.

Nuno Tavares:

It's just I don't want people to grind hard.

Nuno Tavares:

I want you to grind and do things.

Nuno Tavares:

I just don't want you to do it hard.

Nuno Tavares:

And if there's a way or there's a video or there's some kind of lesson you guys

Nuno Tavares:

need, throw it on my YouTube channel, put it in the community, do whatever else.

Nuno Tavares:

we'll make it for you.

Nuno Tavares:

'cause again, my goal is to educate as many people as possible to

Nuno Tavares:

make it so it's so easy for them.

Nuno Tavares:

They don't have to think about it when they're doing the

Nuno Tavares:

work, if that makes any sense.

Nuno Tavares:

But it is like a prime time to jump in.

Nuno Tavares:

Man.

Nuno Tavares:

I hope more and more people jump on this thing.

Nuno Tavares:

It's, it's

Vit Muller:

Prime, prime time.

Vit Muller:

So guys, if you wanna learn more about vibe coding, about all these, all these,

Vit Muller:

cool stuff that we talked about, head over to highlevelexperience.com/nuno.

Vit Muller:

I'll have all the links in there.

Vit Muller:

if you scroll below the fold.

Vit Muller:

There's a couple of extra, lead magnets that I've got and obviously

Vit Muller:

big shout is to our sponsors who make the show possible, so make

Vit Muller:

sure you check them out as well.

Vit Muller:

They do have some special offers as well for you guys, but yeah,

Vit Muller:

highlevelexperience.com/nuno so you can check out Nuno's scores, Nuno

Vit Muller:

community and get into vibe coding because honestly it's a big opportunity.

Vit Muller:

I mean, I. Actually, I, I regret to say, but like Mario, he

Vit Muller:

invited me to his thing, was like two months ago before Level Up.

Vit Muller:

I, I think a month before Level Up I got excited, but then I realized I was

Vit Muller:

just over ambitious because just all the other stuff on the, on, on my plate.

Vit Muller:

So I just never really fully dived into it, but, I'm

Vit Muller:

realizing, I'd really have to.

Vit Muller:

So, but yeah, so guys, just check it out 'cause it's, it's

Vit Muller:

gonna be the next big, big thing.

Vit Muller:

And I, I, I, I truly believe in it because it gives you that competitive

Vit Muller:

edge where you can go to, like you said, go to small business owners, go to the

Vit Muller:

industry that, maybe even you've been in the industry, you've had a career in

Vit Muller:

that industry, now you've branched out, you wanted to start your own business,

Vit Muller:

now you've got your high level and you're trying to help that industry.

Vit Muller:

So you've got the insights, you've got the knowhow.

Vit Muller:

Just go back out there and just see what's curing, what are they facing now.

Vit Muller:

A lot of the problems are still like timeless as well, and

Vit Muller:

they haven't been solved yet.

Vit Muller:

And you can solve it with, creating a custom up.

Vit Muller:

Vibe code it and, Bob's your uncle.

Vit Muller:

like before you know it, you could, you could have something that,

Vit Muller:

could really scatter your business So Nuno, I know you gotta go.

Vit Muller:

We had a busy day.

Vit Muller:

I'm wrapping up my day.

Vit Muller:

I appreciate you.

Vit Muller:

I literally have so many cool questions.

Vit Muller:

I literally, I broke it down into like basic more experience and like

Vit Muller:

super advanced coders and vibe coders.

Vit Muller:

We didn't get down to it because we're having so much fun already.

Vit Muller:

so we might have to do it again.

Vit Muller:

I don't know, but

Nuno Tavares:

I am always down.

Nuno Tavares:

I'm always down anytime you want.

Nuno Tavares:

Anything that I can do to help the community, more importantly,

Nuno Tavares:

to ensure, like I said, spreading that knowledge, man, that's

Nuno Tavares:

what we all we're trying to do.

Vit Muller:

yeah.

Vit Muller:

But yeah, I was gonna say thank you so much mate, for

Vit Muller:

not having to meet you before.

Vit Muller:

I've enjoyed having you on.

Vit Muller:

I appreciate you taking the timeout your day and sharing your, your story as well.

Vit Muller:

and passing on the knowledge, just the guys listening because, there's a big

Vit Muller:

pie for all of us, to, to bite into and it's just, seeing the opportunity.

Nuno Tavares:

Awesome.

Nuno Tavares:

Well, thanks Vit.

Nuno Tavares:

It was been a absolute pleasure, man, and like I said, looking

Nuno Tavares:

forward to doing it again for you.

Vit Muller:
