When you think about all the things that HR is responsible for and all the things that you have to put together, workforce planning becomes one of those critical items that you can't get ahead of under normal circumstances when you're dealing with a disengaged workforce. And that's where the shift.

First and foremost, your turnover issue tends to go away. You're finally getting off that talent and traction hamster wheel where people are coming in and leaving, and it's a revolving door within your organization. Your workforce becomes stable and predictable. That helps you plan a lot more effectively.

When you've started solving for that turnover issue. From a workforce planning perspective, all of your employees start communicating their needs a lot more openly. It gives you the ability to really plan more effectively and put the right people in the right seats on the right bus going the right direction.

Where they're supported, their growth is nurtured. You're gonna see performance overall increase, and then the high performers, there's gonna be more of them, and the ones that were already performing high are gonna take their performance to the next level.
