It's important to realize that we are allowed to renegotiate a relationship. It should always be growing along with us. We are allowed to explore new things and have desires that don't conform to everyone else's standards. We talk about Conscious Uncoupling. We discuss sex clubs and how to not be "that guy." We talk about shame and sex and sex positivity.

Finally, I have laid the groundwork so that we can start talking about implementing some of these things. I want you to hear real-life examples of people living and loving authentically.
