Speaker:

This podcast is for you, the Modern Man. I'm Dr Anne Truong,

Speaker:

your host. I'm an intimate health medical doctor and best

Speaker:

selling author of the book, Erectile Dysfunction Fix. I'll

Speaker:

do a deep dive into sexual health and performance and how

Speaker:

it affects men of all ages and backgrounds. So let's get

Speaker:

started, and be sure to visit my website at

Speaker:

sexualhealthformenpodcast.com for more information and

Speaker:

resources from the show. See you on the inside.

Speaker:

Hello there. I'm Dr. Anne Truong, and today I'm going to

Speaker:

talk to you about something that's very important that never

Speaker:

get discussed about, that men suffer silently, and there's

Speaker:

really no other option for them until now. And that is called

Speaker:

pain in the testicles after a vasectomy.

Speaker:

A vasectomy is a procedure where it's almost contraceptive for

Speaker:

men, where the vas deferens, which is the tube that carries

Speaker:

sperm from the testicle to the abdominal space. The vas

Speaker:

deferens, which is that tube, gets cut on both sides. It's

Speaker:

called vasectomy. So it literally gets cut so that way

Speaker:

sperm cannot be transferred into the prostate, and therefore into

Speaker:

the urethra, in the ejaculate. So this is the picture of the

Speaker:

what a vasectomy is, where the vas deferens is cut. And then in

Speaker:

this picture here, it shows the route of the vas deferens, where

Speaker:

it goes from the testiclesup to into the abdominal space, over

Speaker:

the bladder, into the prostate, and then all the way through the

Speaker:

urethra to the penis. It's actually a very curved path, and

Speaker:

so the route from the testicle to the prostate area is then

Speaker:

cut. However, when it's cut, men will develop scar tissue, and

Speaker:

evidently the scar tissue will form pain. Because scar tissue

Speaker:

sometimes it becomes like a big glob, and it involves nerve in

Speaker:

there, and it causes like an achy type like pain that

Speaker:

interrupt a man activity. It's like it's not constant pain, but

Speaker:

any type of pressure on the testicle, such as wearing jeans

Speaker:

or even exercising or even touch or even just having intercourse,

Speaker:

and like with orgasm or with ejaculation, there's that

Speaker:

painful period. In some men, the pain may be so excruciating that

Speaker:

he can't even wear anything that puts any type of pressure on the

Speaker:

testicle, and it's a very uncomfortable, sharp, undulating

Speaker:

pain. I had a patient that actually had a vasectomy eight

Speaker:

years ago and then had wanted to do a reversal, but since the

Speaker:

reversal, he also started having pain in testicle region where

Speaker:

the vas deferens is. And there's also incidence of pain just

Speaker:

active vasectomy as well. Not that, because the procedure

Speaker:

didn't go well. It's just scar tissue develop. Anytime you cut

Speaker:

into something like if you cut yourself accidentally, the scar

Speaker:

tissue that gets formed, but the scar tissue also pull adjacent

Speaker:

tissue and nerve into the area, and it may even form something

Speaker:

called a neuroma, which is where nerve and soft tissue mingle,

Speaker:

and that's what causes that pain with pressure.

Speaker:

Okay, Modern Man, you are not alone and you don't have to

Speaker:

suffer anymore. ED can feel isolating, frustrating, and even

Speaker:

defeating. The endless guessing, the quiet shame, the weight of

Speaker:

not feeling like yourself is exhausting. But here's the

Speaker:

truth, you are not broken. You are not alone. You don't have to

Speaker:

figure this out alone anymore. The Get Wood Now Boost Program

Speaker:

is your step by step, path to sexual confidence and

Speaker:

restoration. No more suffering in silence, no more trial and

Speaker:

error, just real solution, real result and the confidence you

Speaker:

deserve. It's time to take back your power on your term. Let's

Speaker:

get this journey started together. Check out the course

Speaker:

Speaker:

Now that you know what vasectomy pain is, fortunately, we now

Speaker:

have a device, which is our focus shock wave. Right here

Speaker:

that we have. We now have a device, this uses the energy of

Speaker:

sound wave, and this is a focus device that we also use for

Speaker:

erectile dysfunction, and it deliver targeted energy all the

Speaker:

way down as much as four inches that helps with pain, it also

Speaker:

helps with increasing blood flow. It breaks up scar tissue.

Speaker:

It also helps renew tissue, or rejuvenate tissue as well. So it

Speaker:

is evidence based to work for ED. And now, using the shock

Speaker:

wave machine, we can also now treat the pain from vasectomy or

Speaker:

pain in the testicles that men are suffering, and now there is

Speaker:

no treatment for it at this time. Because the last thing you

Speaker:

want to do is have another surgery down there, because it

Speaker:

just kind of exacerbate the pain. So now, with using the

Speaker:

shockwave probe, we can now just do targeted treatment right on

Speaker:

the testicle along the vas deferen, along the side of the

Speaker:

testicles right here, and up and down like this. And we had a

Speaker:

patient that we did this to this week that said that after the

Speaker:

first treatment, he felt pain relief immediately, and then he

Speaker:

also feel the swelling around the testicle also went down as

Speaker:

well, too. And he was suffering for eight years constant pain

Speaker:

every day. With one treatment, which took like maybe five

Speaker:

minutes, we were able to reduce his chronic pain immediately,

Speaker:

and he now had a second and third treatment, and now is

Speaker:

having longer relief from pain, the first time in eight years.

Speaker:

So we're able to treat within a five minute treatment.

Speaker:

So having said that, if you are a man that has pain in the

Speaker:

testicle, either from vasectomy or maybe from trauma in the

Speaker:

past. Perhaps consider getting shock wave therapy, like with

Speaker:

the focus shock wave therapy, just targeting around the area

Speaker:

of pain around either the testicle or the scrotal area.

Speaker:

And how it works is that it brings in more blood flow, it

Speaker:

breaks up the scar tissue, it rejuvenate the tissue, and

Speaker:

therefore stimulate healing. When you have more blood flow,

Speaker:

more healing, and obviously the toxins are cleared out of the

Speaker:

way, and then the tissue is able to function normal again, and

Speaker:

therefore pain is reduced. It's the same way that it works on

Speaker:

the penis, where it rejuvenate the penis muscle and improve

Speaker:

blood flow. That's how it helps with erectile dysfunction. So

Speaker:

this is great news if you are a man that has pain in the

Speaker:

testicle, the scrotal area. There's now another alternative,

Speaker:

which is the shockwave machine, with focus shockwave that is

Speaker:

targeted towards the area of pain, and you will have

Speaker:

immediate relief, like one of our patient had this week.

Speaker:

So I hope that you find this interesting. I am excited that

Speaker:

this is something that it's helpful for. I know millions of

Speaker:

men are suffering from this. If you have pain in this scrotum,

Speaker:

you don't have to suffer in silence. Explore this option of

Speaker:

focus shock wave therapy for that area, and it will mean a

Speaker:

lot to us if you let me know what you think about this

Speaker:

episode, and if you have any problem with pain in the scrotal

Speaker:

testicle area. And subscribe to the channel, it will mean the

Speaker:

world to us. And just know men that you do not have to suffer

Speaker:

with ED in silence, we have solution for this. Check out the

Speaker:

Modern Man Club at noedman.com and check out the link down

Speaker:

below, because there are options other than surgery and

Speaker:

medication for ED, and now for scrotal and testicle pain. So

let me know what you think, and we'll see you in the next

Speaker:

episode.
