Scott is the CEO and owner of Embringham Media Group, a company that specializes in leveraging artificial intelligence to help food service businesses. He joins Nick to discuss how AI can be used to improve the success of a food service business. Scott shares his story of how he had a successful agency in 2018, bringing in 10 million in sales from the automotive industry, before it all came crashing down.

People have diplomas on their wall to create an impression of authority. There are all these subtle cues. So we commanded Chat GPT and our commands to write everything using Dr. Robert Childini's Seven Steps of Influence model. So an email campaign goes out, and they're thinking it writes the email using that authority.”
• “And now it's a way for customers to just fill out some information, like name of your business and email address and that then gets parsed out in all email campaigns. Your ideal customer, the problems that you solve, the solutions they're typically looking for, and the product offering, and it builds the entire campaign for you, 30, 60 or 90 days worth of content. And for the guy who's maybe got a nail salon or a professional service business, who doesn't want to learn all that stuff, who just wants to fill out like four questions, it's gold.”
