Today, I have an excerpt from an interview with Rebecca Griffeth from our Lipedema Worldwide Summit that was held in 2016. Rebecca is a lipedema lady from the US who was thrilled to suddenly find her tribe when she went to the 1st International Symposium on Lipedema in NYC in 2015. In this excerpt, she shares how she was distraught with the sudden onset of lipedema a year prior and how she learned to advocate for herself with the support of her family and various support groups.
