Shownotes

Get access to our full library of trainings. Monthly live calls. A private community. Exclusive resources. Templates, guides, downloads, plus direct access to me. That's a membership sales page. Actually, that's basically every membership sales page, and it's probably close to yours. And here's the uncomfortable thing about that list: not one line of it tells anyone what they'll actually get out of joining. It's a pile of features. Access, access, access. But nobody wakes up wanting access to a pile of stuff. People don't join for the trainings, they join for what the trainings are supposed to do for them, and when your whole pitch is the pile, you've skipped the only part that matters.

This one's for you if your sales page is a long list of everything that's inside and you can't figure out why it isn't converting or why people drift after a couple of months. Good news. The stuff isn't the problem, and it isn't the promise either. There's one core outcome hiding underneath everything you've built, and once you name it, your sales page, your retention, and the way you run the whole thing get clearer.

In this episode:

• Why a huge list of features reads as homework, not value, and the quiet reason we default to listing stuff

• What people are actually buying (the destination, never the car) and why the outcome keeps them from eyeing the exit

• The before-and-after exercise that reveals what your membership is really for

• Why vague transformations don't land, and the "what does that look like on a Tuesday?" trick for getting specific

• How the promise becomes a filter that tells you what to build and what to cut

• The "delete everything but the outcome" test for finding your one true north

• The one sentence to write this week that's more compelling than your entire current sales page
