He and Dr. Ali Sahebi have created the first coaching business in Iran where businesses are training their people in how to use coaching to supervise their direct reports. They are doing cutting edge work there. Additionally, they have translated and published several coaching books to have available for their students. Amir distinguishes between business and executive coaching, talks about how coaching got started in Iran and shares some of the lessons he's learned training coaches.
