talk about how you can take care of your penis so that way it

doesn't get smaller, and that way it can keep functioning

until the day you die.

Now let's say you have ED and you haven't been able to get an

erection, that means that the muscle, your penis muscle, is

ED medications such as Viagra or Cialis. But on the contrary, if

exercise, sleep, penis pump, are three things that you can do for
