When Evan first moved to Davis, California to attend college he ran in to a big problem! He began putting on the freshman 15 and falling into bad eating habits. After putting on almost 20 pounds in two years, Evan decided to make a huge change in his diet and lifestyle. Upon graduating Evan adopted a type of the keto diet with intermittent fasting and began to shed up to a pound a day, totaling over 30 pounds! Astonished by his results he continued on with the diet for up to 4 months and then moved to a diet more focused on longevity while still maintaining a comfortable weight.
