Glenn shares how racism has taken its toll on his mental health and the things he's doing to help it. His first encounter of racism was when he was only two years old and the story his mother recounted of the event is horrifying. When people of colour don't feel safe or welcome in our communities we miss out on fully embracing incredible people like Glenn.
