Like not just doing what you see on social media. Thinking you have to be perfect and not miss a day. Make it fancy so you stay excited about it.
Building habits can be simple and they can actually ‘bleed’ over into other areas of your life. The key with building any new fitness, self care or health habit is you focus on the little things daily–and build momentum to keep you going.
Literally you practice over and over.
