By day, Mike Ham is a Sales Executive with Fidelity National Title Group, the nation's largest group of title companies and title insurance underwriters. Throughout his career Mike has been an extremely active networker, forming the "Next Generation of New Jersey" networking group to give young professionals of all industries an opportunity to connect, network, collaborate, and grow together.

Mike started "The Morning Spotlight" in 2020 as a daily LinkedIn video series where he would interview networking partners, clients, friends, and more in an effort to give everyone an opportunity to speak directly to his network.

After 3 months and 60 episodes of the video series, The Morning Spotlight transitioned into the more traditional podcast format it is today which primarily focuses on real estate, but has discussed business, mental health, health and fitness, and more!
