Jack Timmons, owner and Pitmaster at Jack’s BBQ in Seattle (So Do) joins JT to discuss the affects that Covid 19 has had on his restaurant business. With restaurants being ordered to close to everything but take out the residual effects are devastating for owners and employees. Jack had to lay off 60 people last week at his three locations. The native Texan who has lived in Seattle for over two decades is getting creative to finding ways to keep the doors open and perhaps bring back some of his employees. Jack understands the severity of the situation regarding public health, and he also is serious about trying to help his employees.
