Past the future... intuition is somewhere in between.
I am often asked, "How will I know I'm following my intuition when I am in a stressful situation"? The answer is simple, let go of both. The process can feel a bit more complicated.
Key Points:
- Recognize what parts of the past are getting in your way—these are the moments when you question what you want and where you are going.
- Ask yourself if you are too specific about the future, with unnecessary expectations.
- Are you making things complicated by trying to live in both the past and future simultaneously? Also known as overthinking.
- Find the flow by identifying restrictions placed on your path from the past and future fantasies.
- Relax, allow flow, be alert to signs, and act upon them. Be inflow.
