We have economic growth downtown, we have a NBA championship team, we have the Republican and Democratic national Committees looking to bring conventions here and then you have that other side with high levels of poverty, crime, record level homicides, and things that are happening that affect a lot of our young black males. Today we talk to Andre Lee Ellis and his wife Angela Ellis about imbalances within households that lead kids to disruptive behaviors.
