Originally from Wisconsin, Dan now resides in the Greater Milwaukee/Chicago Area. After high school, he entered the United States Army as a military police officer serving in Frankfurt, Germany, The Republic of Panamá, and Fort Devens, MA.
Dan served in various leadership roles in the military prior to transitioning into public education where he taught and ultimately served in various executive roles. Dan practices situational leadership while focusing on those he serves. He has mentored and coached emerging and established leaders across the country.
Since 2019 Dan has been coaching and mentoring leaders and helping employers save time and money as they attract and retain great people.
