Shownotes

What if the words you speak each morning could reshape your entire day?

In this reflective episode, we discuss how intentional language and daily affirmations can shift your mindset and set the emotional tone for your day, and the idea of redefining happiness on your own terms - free from the weight of societal expectations.

Beth also shares why poetry has become a powerful tool for healing and self-understanding, which highlights the vulnerability and bravery it takes to share creative work with the world. Finally, we talk about creating healthier digital spaces, curating your feed to reflect inspiration rather than comparison!

Head over to our Instagram page for reflection questions you can explore during the episode or save them for later, whenever it feels right for you.

Thank you for listening!

Beth has three main passions in life - helping people, creativity and spreading happiness. She is a Digital Comms Manager for national charity Home-Start UK. She’s also a life coach offering 1:1 coaching and creative play through workshops. Each workshop has a creative twist, think vision boards, scrapbooking and collaging. The workshops bring people together and encourage interesting conversation. Beth recently took on a challenge to write a poem everyday for 100 days, so a published poetry book is the next goal. You can usually find Beth reading, journaling, doing yoga, creating and exploring.
