Social worker, parent and recovering addict Sarah Ojeda Kimbrough identifies as Mestizx and gender non-binary. Growing up, Sarah grew a resentment around the identity of being female and how they learned to love moving between the spectrum of femininity and masculinity. They share how turning 29 feels like their golden year, their work in a non-profit that provides early childhood education, their research on decolonized pedagogy in higher education, and how self love comes before identity.
