Do you have a practice for bringing gratitude into your life daily?  What does that do for your daily state of being?  We are such doers on the daily and what I know is that when I am in a constant state of being in gratitude it will help me move through life’s challenges in a different way and stay grounded and present.  Today we are going to explore what it means to have a state of being in gratitude beyond our attitude and the impact it has in your life and  others.  Grab a delicious cup of coffee, tea, or your favorite beverage to savor and or take a walk in nature and listen in as we explore this together.
