Hey yall. This is your Iron sister Lauren with another episode of the Iron Women’s Guided Grace. In today’s episode we will be reading scriptures that will help us in our surrender to a trustworthy and able God. He holds our very future in His hands. If you are tempted to hold on too tightly to something the Lord is trying to lovingly and mercifully pull away from you, or if maybe you’re trying to force your own way in something, trying to carve your own path, trying to push open your own door; or maybe you’re just struggling with following through with obedience to what you already know in your heart God is speaking to you. I’m inviting you right now- to join me in the beautiful release of holding things with open hands before the Lord. We surrender our wants, our will, our desires and our plans to a trustworthy God- who is able to hold them all. We will present our requests before the Lord and let go of the expectations and truly rest in the peace that comes from fully trusting in the plans, placement, direction and guidance of our loving and merciful Father. Even when those plans might not line up with our own. I invite you to gently release your grip and join me in the word of our living God who can reassure us of just how perfect and good His plans for us are.
