So diving in today for the rest of this month, I'm going to be going through many factors that are improved when you get the right amount of sleep that you need for your body. Go back to Episode 391, in order to hear how much sleep you need based on your age. And we're going to dive into each of these in more detail throughout the month. I just want to give you that overview right now. And if stress is a factor for you, you are not alone. And the more sleep you get, the more stress resilient you become. Getting the right amount of sleep also allows your body to be able to better regulate its body temperature. And that leads to a more restful sleep as well because the temperature of the room definitely impacts your sleep you know that if it's too hot on a hot summer night, you might have a hard time falling asleep. So body temperature regulation is important for good quality sleep and good quality good sleep leads to your body's ability to do that more effectively. Good quality sleep also leads to improve libido and sexual function. And of course everybody would like to enjoy that and you probably never connected, good quality sleep to your libido before. So keep coming back to these little health hacks throughout the month as I will continue to share the benefits of good quality sleep so that you are motivated to ensure and learn how to ensure you are getting the sleep that your body needs so that you can thrive and you can live a long, joyful, vibrant life
